We spent one night on a long transfer in Shymkent, we were very satisfied with the hotel. We stopped by at night, they met us, told us everything. In the morning we went to a wonderful breakfast and went to the airport. The staff is very polite, the room is clean, the mattress is good and the begging linen is perfect. Thanks to the management and staff of the hotel for such an attitude towards their guests! I highly recommend this hotel!

A small but cozy hotel, the rooms are of course very small, but you feel quite comfortable. The bed linen is fresh and clean. Shampoo, gel, soap are all there. The rooms have a small mini bar and a safe. The staff is friendly and friendly. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, but there is one disadvantage, there are only 4 tables in the breakfast area, so if guests come down from 4 rooms and have breakfast, then there is no place, you have to wait until they finish. Otherwise, I liked everything, good location, various parks within walking distance.

As always, everything is fine! I often stay at this hotel, and it is noticeable that the staff is permanent, and this is very important nowadays!
Clean, quiet, the breakfasts are delicious, the coffee is excellent, the rooms are small but cozy.
As I wrote earlier, there are many conveniently located outlets in each room. There is a safe where you can also leave the power bank or the phone itself on charge during your absence.
By the way, the kitchen is very tasty, which I enjoyed having dinner in the room without stopping after work in city cafes.
The hotel administration is well done, they keep the brand!

The room is small but clean.What I didn't like was that it was very cold in the room.There was an electric heater, but even 2 hours after switching on, it was still cold.It was even colder in the shower, it was not possible to wash.There is no anti-slip mat in the shower.The bed is icy, it's frozen too.The TV remote control does not work, the TV does not turn on.The room was booked by the company, otherwise I would have refused.

Clean, new bed linen, not cheap. The bathroom is very decent. The staff is polite. The location is convenient. An ironing board and an iron were provided free of charge. The breakfast is excellent and varied. The room has air conditioning, but the disadvantage is that it is directly above the bed. You can't leave it at night, it's cold, if you open the windows, it's noisy, because our room faced the road, the sun was out the window all day, I had to close the windows tightly, because of this it seemed like there were no windows at all. And I really didn't expect the room to be so tiny, I don't like very small spaces. If it suddenly drifts back to Shymkent, then in principle I would stay there, but with the condition that the room is not on the sunny side.
