The story is like this…
I bought Etnies marana slip xlt shoes from them, I didn't wait long, I ran to pick them up, because I had wanted a good original shoe for a long time.As a result, what was there just amazed me, not only that the color is not the same, it is also worn, traces of exploitation are visible, so the shoes themselves are crooked, the glue sticks out, the seams are the same - not a picture, but some kind of disappointment is solid.It turned out that the box may not match the shoes, also that the site may have the wrong picture at all (I ordered one - the left one came at all), also when sending it back, they do not want to take it superimposed, they will persuade you to drop the card number (everyone at their own risk, but I decided not to take any chances).I sent it on delivery, almost a week has passed, they took it away a little, and I constantly reminded them and called the director of this office.They will assure you that the shoes are straight original, everything is fine with them, it's just bad luck for you.So please note that when sending the delivery, they do not take pictures of the delivery itself, they say, let's put it this way, maybe what is needed will arrive or not.Of course, I do not urge anyone, but my personal experience has shown that it is more expensive to contact them, the amount for shoes is not small (178 rubles, including delivery), they also used to send a parcel on delivery, now they want to immediately make a full prepayment.Don't get fooled if you want to buy something there, just three rules:
1. Ask for a photo of one or the other before sending
2. To be sent superimposed with the possibility of opening the parcel itself and subsequent verification, if even there is no way to check, open the parcel directly in the mail, do not repeat my mistakes
3. If everything seems to be OK, walk around at home in shoes, look at all angles, what and how, and make a verdict for yourself, you will wear it and whether it is convenient for you

It used to be better, now in my opinion they have gone down to nowhere (not a fact, of course, they even delete bad comments on Google and Yandex, the last one was in April)
I strongly advise against ordering, at the moment there is a dubious office with dubious staff, ask for their photos, ask them for everything before buying.

The service in the store is getting worse and worse…
When ordering wakeboard fasteners, spare straps were not put in, they say we will send them at the next order. What if I don't plan to order anything anymore?
The response from the managers in WA can be expected from 2 days to infinity. Очень хороший магазин с качественным товаром.
Заказывал для жены комплект. сноуборд, ботинки, крепления. Через доставку СДЭК в московскую область, девушка подобрала комплект, онлайн все в размер, доверясь ее советам и опыту все подошло, как надо, посылка пришла за 2 дня,
Недавно посетил магазин лично и купил ботинки для сноуборда, встретили как дома, угостили холодными напитками так-как было жарко. Так-же подобрали ботинки и сделали скидку за прошлую покупку + что приехал и посетил лично. В общем остался доволен и буду заказывать еще.

- we sent the order later than we were going to - we promised to send a bonus card, but no
- there were no mounting discs in the box with the crepes
- the disks were sent, but the delivery is paid again, and they didn't even apologize

Закупаюсь в этом бордшопе уже давно, начинал покупать стафф для сноуборда когда магаз был ещё на первомайской, можно сказать почти весь стафф куплен в Family.
Из хорошего:
С большего товар мне попадался хороший 32, Union и т.п. Новый магаз стал красивее, просторнее, есть примерочные (раньше не было), можно найти всё что надо для катания и не только. Family развивает досочное движение в РБ, за что огромный плюс.
Напрягающее:
Маленький выбор сноубордов, сколько я не приходил всегда есть только Drake, хороших брендов Jones, LibTech, Neversummer и т.п. либо нет, либо я не попадаю на привоз. Последнее время по ощущениям появилось больше некачестнвенного стаффа, но с более доступной ценой. При этом консультанты могут проехать по ушам и продать такой стафф под видом хорошего, лично у меня таких примеров было несколько. Нелепая система цен видимо скопирована с доминанта, на сайте будет стоять одна цена, в магазине тебе озвучат вторую, а на кассе ты заплатишь третью. Всё потому, что есть какая-то система скидок и на одни товары ты можешь применить свою черную скидочную карту, на другие товары нет, т.к. на них действует другая скидка, третья скидка берётся консультантом из головы, кароче чёткого понимания цены у покупателя нет. Сайт вообще нужен только для красоты, всё что там написано включая наличие и цену, обычно не соответствует действительности.

I was tricked three times!
1. I ordered a WIDE board, but it was not sent WIDE;
2. They said that the delivery would be 2000 / 2500 Russian rubles, it turned out to be 5000 rubles;
3. I sent the board back, they said they would refund the money in 2 business days, 4 days have passed, now they tell me that within 7-14 days.
I do not recommend buying anything online here. Because they cheat, do not pick up the phone when calling, do not respond to messages for 4 days.
There is no trust in them!
I will write a statement to the police (fraud).

The site presents a bunch of goods that are listed as "In stock". However, if you come to the store or arrange everything online, they will call you back and inform you that there is no such product. This situation has been repeated too many times. And that's what's very frustrating. It turns out that you mislead the buyer with your assortment, which in fact does not exist.

Для ценителей это чуть ли не единственное место, где можно подобрать себе снарягу.
Зимой есть бесплатный прокат сноубордов на одни сутки (больше уже платно, но все равно недорогой). Доски прокатные гораздо лучше, чем на прокатах в силичах или логойске
Из нюансов - это подъезд: в выходной день на машине туда ехать бесполезно (места припарковаться возле магазине нет). Там вообще проблема с заездом во двор.
Потсоянно есть скидки и акционные предложения, в общем рекомендасьон)

Шикарное обслуживание!) Клиентоортентированность 100%. Менеджер подсчитала,сколько будет стоить доставка, постаралась,чтобы заказ пришел вовремя. Держала в курсе перемещения товара. Классный магазин, заказывал из Москвы, хоть они находятся в Минске. Супер адекватное и быстрое общение, доставка в Москву да 2 дня. Цена лучше чем в наших магазинах, ребятам спасибо помогают не переплачивать :).
Вопроса нет вообще, покупкой доволен.
P.S. Девушка помогавшая с обработкой заказа вызвала особое восхищение:)

Прекрасный магазин. Удивило разнообразие сап-сёрфов, скейтов. В момент пика спроса на сапы удалось там взять в аренду. Сапы были качественные, даже показалось, что совсем новые и по доступной цене

Очень классный магазин. Считаю что у них лучший выбор снаряжения и сервис . Приятный персонал. Большой плюс для тех у кого нет своего снаряжения и хотят попробовать, есть бесплатный прокат. Всё снаряжение там в отличном состоянии и хороших брендов. Регулярные акции и скидки.
Однозначно рекомендую этот магазин.

Отличное заведение, если хотите покататься и сэкономить денег) Приветливый персонал, бесплатные сноуборды, приятная атмосфера.
Из минусов, это проблема с парковкой по выходным, но это спорная претензия)

Можно описать одной фразой, скупой платит дважды. К товарам в магазине претензий нет, к персоналу тоже. Но случай с прокатом убил просто. Увидели рекламу с бесплатным прокатом, приехали с края Беларуси, нам подобрали снаряжение, и всё вроде бы хорошо - но по месту на горнолыжном оказалось, что доски не едут. От слова вообще. Снег прилипает моментом и он не двигается практически с любого уровня трасс. Мучались час, пошли искать у кого-нибудь жидкий парафин. Пока помазали, пока подсох немного - прошёл ещё час. Третий час мы пытались опять их раскатать - бесполезно. В итоге плюнули, пошли взяли в прокате и, о чудо, скользят как не знаю что. Если б сразу миновали этот магазин - получили бы 4 часа удовольствия. И, согласен, когда тебе дают что-то бесплатно - грех жаловаться, но так испортить настроение и поездку(недешевую) - надо постараться еще

Это магазинчик буквально стал для меня родным. Невероятно приятный персонал, очень теплая атмосфера. Спасибо за горы сэкономленных денег на аренде, это отличный ход. По факту, ребята бесплатно подбирают лучше, чем в некоторых платных прокатах. Естественно, не всегда есть все, нужно успевать, т.к. половину в Силичах катаются на досках Семьи. Кто успел - того и тапочки) Но если я где-то и буду покупать экипу, то, конечно, только здесь ❤️
Ах, и да. Ребята, если у вас машина больше Матиза - не заезжайте во двор. Нервные клетки потом не восстановите))
