The Fayz Mount Cafe is located at the lower parking lot of the Amirsoy resort and has convenient parking, which is already a big plus. In this place you can try a small but very tasty samsa. Kebabs are cooked correctly here: they are not dry and not overcooked, which pleases. Tandoor gusht (meat in tandoor) is also juicy and appetizing.
However, there is one significant disadvantage: the dishes are served cold. Heating them in the microwave is not the best solution, and this somewhat spoils the impression of the visit.
In general, Fayz Mount deserves a visit, especially if the taste and quality of meat are important to you, but the cafe needs to work on the temperature of the dishes served.

The prices are average , I think they are adequate for a place located far from the city . The portions are average -this is not a bad thing , since walking in the mountains and driving a car on a full stomach is hard . There is no wine , no beer at all . If you want to sit with wine, take it with you, it will add charm and appetite to you there, looking at a beautiful table covered with sweets and a view of the mountains. The toilets are clean , there is a children 's room . There are many places . The waiters are very polite, the dishes are served very quickly, you will not drown in saliva!!!! Now about the food, that is, about what you didn't like. Lula kebab or shish kebab made of minced meat for three, without frills. The lamb kebab is quite good, but again not a five. But in general, the not very bad impression of the food was crossed out by the achik-chuchuk salad. It would seem that it is impossible to spoil a simple traditional salad, but the cook coped and spoiled the impression. The onion in the salad is hard, unwashed. Tomatoes at the height of the season are also tough and tasteless (where did they manage to find them only?), and cucumbers appeared in this salad, by the way, of the same inedible quality as the rest of the ingredients. The tortillas were good, there are no complaints.
But the most striking thing was the unwashed forks with leftovers. The impression was finally finished off by annoying flies, of which there were many, and which had to be brushed off. There is nothing to say about tea bags. A self-respecting institution is not too lazy to brew normal tea.
There is no desire to visit this place again. Well, management has something to work on. And yes, I also ask you to wipe the tables more carefully so that there are no streaks on them; this also does not add points to the institution.

A huge plus is the playground, it's really huge, even adults can get lost in these labyrinths. I put a solid 5 for the site. This is the best catering establishment of traditional cuisine in Uzbekistan. Amazing shurpa, lagman, lamb kebab melts in your mouth! If anyone is going to Chimgan, I advise you to visit this cafe.
