2. The tea was very strong, I asked for boiling water twice. It was poured, of course, but at some point there were no cores for brewing in the institution and they asked us to take it away, because someone else ordered the tea. Provide employees with enough inventory
3. As a greeting, they said that there would be a dessert with a candle, but later it turned out that there were none (candles). This is again a question of providing employees with the necessary inventory, the purpose of which is banal customer orientation

Firstly, the table that I booked in advance (by phone and on the booking site I indicated table 7) was occupied, and it was offered to us only 15 minutes after we arrived, we said we will now resolve this issue and sort it out, but I don't understand why it wasn't possible to book right away. It was extremely uncomfortable and ruined the start of the evening.
Secondly, I had a severe allergic reaction to your cocktail, which I ordered.The girls gave me allergy pills, thanks to them, it helped me, but then why not remove the cocktail from the receipt or suggest something else, given that I only took a sip and left it aside.
And finally, I was not congratulated on my birthday. I was waiting for some kind of sweet surprise (dessert) from your institution, although the institution knew about my holiday. I also indicated on the booking site that the girl has a doctor, and by phone to the administrator, I also indicated this, she said, yes, we are super waiting for you on Saturday at our institution.
It left an unpleasant impression and spoiled the mood.
