The hostel is good for its price. We managed to stay in three different rooms.
One of the advantages is very good staff, polite administrators, super location in a cozy area near the center. The cost is also pleasant. We gave 1800 rubles for a separate room for two with its own bathroom/shower. The so-called fence is very cozy, there are benches, a gazebo, and flowers. You can sit on the street of seagulls to drink comfortably, smoke, and so on.
One of the disadvantages is the beds with terrible springs that stick into all places, the audibility is strong, there is always noise, something is humming in the bathroom, then all the footsteps and conversations can be heard in the hallway. We found a cockroach and ants in one of the rooms 🐜 🤪🙂
Overall, we were satisfied, thank you, but kill the cockroaches, please, otherwise they will run into all the rooms. Well, if possible, mattresses would be better, but when you really want to sleep, it doesn't matter what to fall asleep on, as long as the horizontal position 😅

A great place to spend the night: a private bathroom with a bathtub, a wide comfortable bed, clean white linens and towels, a refrigerator, a TV. There is no smoking in the room. Electric heater, if it's cool. The hotel and the room are clean, there is a separate kitchen where you can cook. There is a designated smoking area. Polite and attentive staff. I recommend it to everyone

A great hotel to stay in! Good location, Polite and helpful staff. The room has everything for a comfortable stay: a toilet with a bathtub, a TV, a refrigerator, lockers, a double bed. There is also a separate kitchen. Beautiful garden with gazebo inside the hotel.

A normal hotel. The staff is nice, polite and helpful. I may be wrong, but it seems that the mini fridge has been changed to a heater since the summer, closer to winter. On the whole, I like it. It's not the first time I stopped, and I think it won't be the last)

Everything is great! Great location! Cafes, shops, pharmacies are all within walking
distance. Helpful staff! Conveniently, you can cook in the shared kitchen. Silence, clean bed linen, all bathroom accessories!!! We really liked it! We will definitely come back again!!! Prosperity to you and more satisfied customers.

An inexpensive hotel, while I was doing repairs in the apartment, I probably lived in it for 3-4 months. A choice of rooms, bigger, smaller. But I don't have my own kitchen, I have to go downstairs. During the renovation, I spent a lot of money on rent, cafes, flights.

The average quality and price of a hotel-type hostel. In principle, it is satisfactory, only one thing, but perhaps coincidentally, the administration reacted poorly to the small but existing problems at that time, namely with hot water, cockroaches and parking cars. When we contacted about cockroaches, there was an interesting reaction, they say they happen and it's okay, also for hot water, they say the water temperature is normal and we ourselves, like the guests, use it, but thanks to the perseverance of other customers, the administration itself made sure that they did not use hot water all the time, but with slightly warmed water. Regarding parking, it is in the yard and small, which sometimes caused inconvenience. And, so for such a price, a completely acceptable hostel of a typical type, and the administration and staff are not bad, they try to respond to complaints and suggestions, not counting the above situations.

The hotel is worth the money, the friendly owners rested very well, they obviously really appreciate their business, they rented a room for four, everyone was comfortable, the shower and toilet were shining, another main plus there is a kitchen with lots of dishes, there is a convenient place for eating, I advise everyone!

If you want to relax in a five-star hotel as in a resort, then you are not here. If you want to get the most efficient place for your money, then fiveseasons is what you need. The room has everything you need, the location is excellent: the very center, right around the corner of the PSC, a five-minute walk from an excellent shopping center (Forum). The staff is very helpful and helps you solve your questions. One of the best places in terms of price-quality ratio.
