One of the best hotels we were lucky enough to visit on a trip to Georgia. We called and booked a room. Everything went quickly and as comfortably as possible. It didn't take long to check in either. The hotel is located almost in the center of old Tbilisi. Nearby there is a cafe Palermo, where you will be served delicious and inexpensive local dishes. The room is very large and spacious. Bed, sofa, table, chairs, balcony. It is spacious, bright, and cozy. The bathroom is also quite large. The plumbing is in good working order, it's nice to use. The sound insulation is good, at least we didn't hear anything that happened in the neighboring rooms. The price tag is humane for such a room, taking into account the location of the hotel. You can book at the booking office or just by calling by phone. Payment upon check-in. Thanks to the staff and the owners of this hotel for a great stay! Have good guests and good luck in business! I recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone. You won't regret it.

A small cozy hotel in a very right place. She lived on the top floor with a balcony and a wonderful view of the city. The room has everything for a comfortable stay. Clean, neat. To the very center, as well as to the old town, is a few minutes on foot. It's quiet in the evening and at night. A 2-minute walk away there is a shop where, among other things, they sell Georgian wine for bottling, churchkhela, cheeses and seasonings. The metro is a 5-minute walk away. Not far from the "Khinkali House" and other pleasant cafes and restaurants, which wonderful receptionists will tell you in detail if you are interested. Special thanks to them for their hospitality, kindness and care!

Good afternoon, dear friends! It's no secret that the success of our travels directly depends not only on a busy day, but also on a good rest at night! And, unfortunately, it is not always possible to restore the strength spent on numerous excursions and vivid impressions... I've been incredibly lucky this year! In early July, I arrived in Tbilisi for ten days, settled in the FLAMINGO hotel, and I am happy to note that for the first time, perhaps, in many years of travel practice, I felt as comfortable as possible during the trip! Cleanliness, order, fresh renovation, beautiful and cozy courtyard left the most pleasant memories. The hotel is a two-minute walk from Rike Park, the cable car, the Peace Bridge and other city attractions. At the same time, it is located on a quiet street, so it was possible to have a great rest at night. The price-quality ratio is perfect. But most of all I was impressed by the professionalism of the hotel staff! Their attention and responsiveness, care and kindness conquered me so much that I fell in love with Georgia once and for all! I sincerely thank Kristina, Manana, Alexey and Igor for their friendly attitude and help in all matters that arise! I will definitely return to Tbilisi! The administration is hospitable and helpful. Clean and cozy. It is very quiet around and at the same time in the very heart of Tbilisi, very convenient location. It's a little difficult to park on a narrow street, there won't be enough mirrors and parking sensors, but they will definitely help you.

We arrived at the hotel from 28.03 to 31.03 2024. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, the location is good. To our super pleasant surprise, we got the most luxurious two-room room, with two beds, a sofa area, a dining area and!!!!!! great view from the balcony!!!!!!! This view has given our hearts!The room has a refrigerator, TV, safe, hairdryer, hot water, heating, dishes for 4 people. The hotel has a kitchen, but since we were out of season, it was not working yet, but on. They showed me in case I needed anything. Very pleasant Russian-speaking staff, helpful! At our request, they gave us tea, responded to every request! The hotel is very grateful for such a warm welcome! My ardent recommendation!!!!!!

It's perfectly clean everywhere, but it's very scary to get there at night. There is nowhere to buy food, water was brought on request, a shared toilet and bathroom, but it is perfectly clean and there is a washing machine, the doors of the huge old house creak. The beds are perfect. There is a balcony. Well, you feed the people and have change and currency exchange. Thanks! I deleted the photo, but it looks like I'll find it. The view is good, but the neighbor's bead starts up early in the morning, loudly)

Nice clean hotel. The friendly hosts will tell you everything. I removed one star because there is no private parking and the car was left just along a narrow street under the wall of the hotel. As it is, everything is wonderful. The metro is close. Nearby is the restaurant "khinkalny dom" where you can have a good and safe lunch and dinner.

A cozy small hotel located in the old center of Tbilisi Avlabari metro station , next to the fruit and vegetable market metro station. 5 min walk to Rike Park, 10 minutes to Sameba. On the territory of Sameba, the Logidze Water cafe, which has the most delicious layered khachapuri and a boat, we have tried a lot in different places, but here the most delicious. We went to this cafe for breakfast every morning. There is also a Khinkali House near the metro station. And most importantly, ask for a view of the Narikala Fortress, Queen Tamara and the entire old center of Tbilisi. Administrators Manana and Kristina are very good girls. They settled in without payment , told where to change the money at a good rate . I recommend that everything was great 👍👍👍

A small private hotel. Firstly, the hotel has a wonderful and friendly staff. Secondly, everything that was declared in the description of the hotel corresponds to reality. Thirdly, the rooms are clean, the furniture is new, the beds are wide and comfortable. Air conditioners and refrigerators work perfectly, which is extremely important for summer Tbilisi. The metro is within walking distance. There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and a small oriental bazaar nearby. The historical center of Tbilisi is a few minutes' walk away. I was satisfied with everything!

We spent the night in a 5-bed spacious two-room room on the 3rd floor with a terrace balcony with a table and chairs, as well as an amazing view of the Narikala fortress and monastery. Thanks to the administrator Monana for the hospitality and help. An excellent hotel with a kitchen, dining room, excellent location at the same time in a quiet location and at the same time close to the metro and cable car. At the end of the street there is a must-visit small temple with a beautiful courtyard. open from 10 to 14-00

Very nice hotel! Clean, the room is spacious. We had access to a balcony overlooking the night city. It is possible with children. The staff was very friendly, they always asked if we needed anything. We took the cards for the subway and the funicular at the hotel. Umbrellas are also provided. You can wash your clothes. There is an iron on the floor. There is a kettle and plates with glasses in the room. There is a kitchen downstairs. The location is the center. We walked to the sights.

We found the hotel by accident, after we had our reservation cancelled at another hotel. The owner was understanding, placed it immediately, was ready to wait until we changed the money. The location is gorgeous, near a cafe where you can just overeat, the room is very clean, the furniture is new. The sound insulation is good, it was like we were alone in the whole hotel, although this is not the case. All the staff are super polite, I recommend you to stay in Tbilisi

An interesting hotel, in the center of Tbilisi.
I stayed there in the first days of October for two nights. When I booked everything was rosy. I arrived late, met very well, there are no questions to the staff, they speak Russian, great guys, prompted, helped, thank them very much!! I booked a room with separate beds, I was provided with it, but.... the bathroom toilet was shared for three rooms, I was very surprised (therefore not a high price for the center of Tbilisi), they have two entrances to the hotel, it's like the second half, it's possible that in the main part of the room with toilets inside. And I wasn't warned about it. On the website it hung that there is its own parking, but there are two places on the street near the hotel, or at the walls away and think how someone would not hook up then, we got a place the next day and we put a taxi near the hotel and around Tbilisi, this is more profitable due to heavy traffic on the road, parking problems in the city. The rooms are normal for this price, the bed linen was perfect, good satin. The room had a TV, there was only one Russian channel, a kettle, a refrigerator and dishes, and a sofa.

Advantages: location and pleasant staff
Cons: I was led by the reviews about the terrace with a view, but we were provided with a room with access to the street (the only one with such a window) in the size of a door-bed-window. The photo of the room is in the description, but in fact the room is on the 1st floor, you can't open the shutters, the walls are dark, so the room is very dark, it's clean to come and sleep. You can see the "view" from the window in the photo for this review: screams / revelries / March cats in the alley until late at night, sounds from the neighboring garage in the morning. The main disadvantage, which must be indicated in the description, is that the hostess contains 7 cats!!! I have allergies, they walk and rub everywhere, for three days on antihistamines. Either the walls and floor, or the pillow and mattress smelled of their waste products

I lived in several places in the old town, I liked this hotel much more than the others. Pleasant staff, a room with a balcony, in-room shower and all amenities for GEL 65 per day. If I still find myself in Tbilisi, I won't even look at other accommodation options.

Very cool hotel! We stayed there for a week, friendly staff, all prompted and showed where to find what and how to go where. Oh, how wonderful it was to spend time in this hotel room on the outskirts of Tbilisi. A balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard of Tiflis, and then the mountains with wonderful views of the ancient walls of fortresses and churches and the cool air flowing from the mountains, so welcome after the hot city. Cool evenings on this balcony with a cup of tea or coffee will be remembered for a long time.
