Since we are in another country and cannot personally congratulate our relatives, we decided to order bouquets for my mother, grandmother and mother-in-law on Mother's Day
I suspected that there would be a stir and made an order in a week and a half in this "wonderful" place @flovi.studio. She chose bouquets, indicated addresses, times, etc. Later, a nice girl contacted me, confirmed the order and we discussed all the nuances, promised to do everything in the best possible way.
And now this bright day has come, which was supposed to bring only warmth, joy and smiles…
In the morning, the courier called and said that in 10-15 minutes he would be with his mother-in-law, I was a little surprised, because I asked to send photos of bouquets before sending, we already received photos from my husband's mother, the bouquet was good, but it did not correspond a little to what we ordered, unpleasant of course, but not critical.
Due to the heavy load, I was asked to deliver the other two bouquets in the time interval from 15.00 to 19.00, I entered the position and told them to just dial me in 15 minutes and I will tell the exact address, since the time spread is large, I do not know where my mother and grandmother will be. And so I am waiting at this time, at 18.00 I decided to write to them, it was read, but there is no answer, I waited half an hour, I call - there is no answer. In general, I called somewhere several times within an hour, then they dropped it, then they did not pick it up, did not call back, did not respond to messages. And once again I got through, they tell me that 5 couriers have left, they don't know which courier number to give, they will clarify and call back and silence again… I dial again in half an hour, they tell me that the courier leaves in 5 minutes, he will be with you in 30 minutes. An hour passes, I call again, try to get through several times, I managed to get through only around 22.00, they answer me that they should be at the entrance. I said that they would either deliver within 10 minutes or cancel, the girl replied that she would dial the courier and that would be it. In the morning, no one calls me, around 12:00 I dial myself, try to keep my composure as much as possible and get into the position, the girl, as if she didn't understand who I was and what I wanted, I said to be delivered within 2-3 hours, I was answered "of course, of course, as an apology, chocolate-covered strawberries to you"
And what do you think, two hours later they call me and say that Juliet roses came in poor quality and instead of alstroemeria, they will also now send photos of bouquets that they can offer, that is, their remnants, like they will make more flowers in a bouquet and more expensive or they can refund the money for two bouquets ... and then I couldn't stand it.
I called them, told them everything I thought about them, and told them to return the money for all three bouquets, since there was only one order and they did not fulfill it, to which they replied that then I would return the first bouquet…
Naturally, no one is going to return the presented bouquet, and for what reason.
Since it was supposed to be a surprise, I had to call my mother before delivering flowers like congratulations and casually find out where they are, so I was really waiting for the courier's call all afternoon and was very nervous that it was delayed. As a result, I just congratulated my mother on the phone late at night…
Bottom line: the closest ones were left without congratulations, and it's better for you not to know about my moral and mental state.
They ordered a bouquet of bush roses for me to be delivered from this store, the request to change the packaging (to make it different from their photo reference) was ignored, after they said that they decided not to coordinate it, allegedly with such packaging the bouquet looks more voluminous. But that's okay... They claimed about the flowers themselves that they were super fresh, as a result, when they were received, their non-primary freshness was already felt and they stood for one day, the next day, deciding to remove the packaging, at the slightest touch on one branch, all the buds completely crumbled. IT'S ONLY BEEN ONE DAY! And after a negative review left on Instagram, they just decided to block me🤦♀️
