Excellent service and excellent price. The guys helped with the selection of the bouquet and kept it in perfect shape until the morning. Special thanks for the attention to detail: from the QR code with care instructions to the water "glass" that kept the flowers for three days and even allowed them to leave for St. Petersburg! Veronica, I'm a fan of yours. Thank you very much!
I ordered a bride's bouquet in October in this salon in advance, discussed prices, dates, composition, said that they would send flowers for approval a few days in advance, as a result, I reminded myself a day in advance, waiting for an answer at least in the morning (the day before the wedding!), but they sent me photos of flowers at 6 p.m. on the eve(!) weddings , when I had already gone out of town to organize and could not read the messages.
I saw the messages after the salon closed and in complete shock, realizing that I would be left without the bride's bouquet, I replied that I had not had the opportunity to respond earlier.
The cherry on the cake – on the wedding day at 10 o'clock, I received a message where and at what time to deliver the bouquet, if you like everything)))) I already saw this after the wedding, of course
After this situation, they blocked me on instagram without apologizing for the situation.
I constantly buy bouquets from the guys, I love this floral.
The florists who work here are very responsive and professional. You can also order coffee while waiting for a bouquet, the coffee is excellent)
The most sensitive and caring girls work in the store, they make incredible beauty, the flowers are always fresh. While waiting for the bouquet, you can drink coffee there. I recommend it!
This is my favorite flower shop in Tbilisi! Bouquets are alive, one or the other flowers are gradually blooming - I love it! We also bought a bouquet with a vase and delivery as a gift , we are very satisfied
I came to get a responsible bouquet for the wedding - which is thrown to the bridesmaids.
I really liked the interest with which Nina and Diana approached the task.
We asked a lot of necessary questions, met an adequate budget, and got creative.
Thank you very much!
We came to visit relatives in Tbilisi. We saw enough Internet bloggers and decided to order a bouquet in this salon. It seems like a hostess from Moscow City University, so we thought it would be easier to find a common language. As a result, we arrive in the afternoon and explain that we want a bouquet for our birthday. We were not really guided by prices: for as long as you want, we will collect a bouquet for such an amount. Well, all right. We ordered a bouquet for 100 GEL with delivery the next day in the evening by 17:00. They asked for roses and hydrangeas. We accepted a 50% prepayment. Cash payment, no questions or problems. We were promised that in the morning they would send a photo of the bouquet for approval, and by 17:00 we would receive our bouquet.
As a result, no one called us either in the morning or at lunch. I wrote to them myself at 16:00... and only then did the florists begin to collect the bouquet. Then it turns out that we cannot give the remaining amount to the courier, because they use Yandex delivery, but they do not have their own courier! It's already 16:45, and they don't even think to deliver the bouquet to us, because half of the amount has not been paid. As a result, we were sent a whole Talmud with instructions on how to make a payment through the terminal... They also had to wait for the code from the hostess, which they sent twice late, and the system demanded to start from the beginning. We are on edge, the birthday girl is waiting for us at the appointed hour. Somehow the money was transferred... then we waited 1.5 hours for the courier! They brought a bouquet, and he did... Well, how to say it... not only is it very modest, but also the flowers are withered!!
It was a shame to tears, but I had to go to the birthday girl with this broom. There were no hydrangeas in the bouquet, most of them were decorative branches and cheap oaks (bush chrysanthemums).
If you knew that this would happen, you would never have ordered from them!
