The flight according to my booking was postponed for exactly one day from November 10, 2019 to November 11, 2019.
The departure time remains the same at 18:00.
I have not received any notification from the airline about the cancellation or postponement of the flight.
I checked in on the company's website a day before departure and received boarding passes for printing. Arriving at Chisinau airport, I found out that my flight had been postponed for exactly one day.
They refused to provide me with any written documents stating that the flight was canceled and rescheduled at the airline desk, citing the lack of authority of seals and elders.
The airline staff behaved as rudely as possible, refused to comment on the situation and did not offer any assistance in resolving the situation at all.
The money for the cancelled flight was refunded in full, but the refund was carried out for more than 1 month.
According to the rules of European transportation, in case of flight cancellation, passengers are entitled to compensation from 250 to 600 euros. I wrote an application for compensation to the company. The company refused to pay compensation.
I'm filing a lawsuit.
