But the return flight changed everything... We returned on 03/28/24 on flight FZ965. At first, we were surprised by the appearance of the flight attendants. It feels like they were recruited from different airlines: one was in a blue pantsuit, the other in a blue shirt and skirt, the third in a polka dot shirt and skirt, the flight attendant in a plaid shirt and blue trousers with an apron, in general, who is very good at what. Then it was more interesting, about an hour and a half after the flight, they began to carry a cart with food back and forth through the cabin of the aircraft. We still did not understand what kind of demonstration it was. Then, as always, not everyone got pasta with chicken, the rest were offered rice with vegetables. People started to get indignant. My son and I just refused such food. Further more, when tea and coffee began to be delivered, at first, according to tradition, the cart was again rolled back and forth around the cabin, then about half of the cabin was offered drinks, and in the second half something went wrong. Either they were just tired, or the boiling water in the kettles ran out, but they just "scored" on the other half of the people. Apparently they decided that if they closed the cage with a rag like a parrot and he fell asleep, they did the same thing to people - they just turned off the lights in the cabin and decided that it was time for everyone to sleep. For some unknown reason, they did not fly out of Naples on time. At the transfer to Dubai, instead of arranging a quick transfer, the flight was postponed for half a day, the next day. The transfer to the hotel had to wait more than an hour!!! The Dubai Grand Hotel is a dead one, with burnt-out chairs, old furniture and plumbing. It looks more like a Hindu entertainment venue with a nightclub, hookah bar, bowling alley and a "SPA". Dinner and breakfast are miserable. Then we see what it says: check-in is over.My husband, my two children aged 3 and 6, and I quickly ran to the information desk. We found out which window the registration was in, ran up there at 6.13, it turns out we were 3 minutes late. As a result, a representative of the company named Karina, who was standing there, very rudely replied that we were 3 minutes late and registration was closed for us and told us to buy new tickets. She said she wasn't going to help us and wanted us to get out of here. Boorish and habalistic. It's just a shame that such representatives represent such an airline. They approached her and asked her to open the registration, she still answered haughtily and spoke rudely. We ask the airline to pay attention to this representative. She's clearly not sitting in her place. As a result, we bought tickets for another airline. There is no desire to fly this one anymore.
I strongly do not recommend it . Planes often break down, flight delays, everything on the plane has become paid: movies, Internet, headphones. Food: pasta and water. Last year we flew better: both meals and movies are free.
