We were passing through (we came to visit Slonim), it was Saturday, about 16 o'clock, the steering wheel began to beat on the highway - it was necessary to balance the front wheels (the weight fell off). Work for about 5 minutes in fact. I stopped by the tire shop, the girl at the reception said: "What are you doing, Saturday, 4 p.m., what kind of tire service, no one is there anymore." A Google search for other tire repair points that are still operating in the city did not yield results, it was decided to leave this problem for Sunday morning. I arrived at 11 o'clock on Sunday, there is no one at the tire shop, at all. No queue, no other customers. Two masters are available, well, I think now I will be provided with the necessary service. I ask the girl: "Can I balance the wheels?", to which I heard the answer: "No, we have an appointment," I say: "So there is no one, in general, to work for a couple of minutes." And the answer is categorically "No, by appointment only, let me record you for later." For me, this is not customer-oriented at all. And a big minus for the organization of work.

Prices charge crazy, but banal brakes can't do it properly. We changed the brakes twice and still didn't figure it out, we had to go to another service.

Отличный авто сервис.Сами позвонили и попростли приехать на Бесплатную диогностику так ка я был у них на сход развале. Назначили время. Было произведена диагностика подвески. Выевленные недостатки устронили быстро и качественно. Отличный персанал. Мастера просто суппер. А девушка на приёмке просто шикарная. Так меня ещё ни где не встречали. С улыбкой и хорошим настроением предложили чай кофе напитки. Попросили подождать машину с диагностики. После неё отдали машину и сказали будет ездить вечно. Не проезжайте мимо сарвиса богатый выбор запчастей масел и так далие. Если нет в наличии значит найдут отбирут но вашу ласточку поставят на колёса. Главное что бы машина была исправна и радовала своего хозяина. Большое Спасибо за Вашу Работу.
Обратился в сервис с заменой клапанов двигателя и шумом подвески. Мастера выявили и исправили все недочёты, автомобиль теперь сново на ходу и не шумит и не гремит. На протяжении всего ремонта согласовывались все действия по замене ЗПЧ. Персонал вежлив.
