I recently ordered 2 T-shirts with prints as a gift, for a long time I could not choose the size, color and style on my own - there are a lot of them on the site, my eyes ran away)). The guy who took the order advised us clearly and clearly, offered us options, and we settled on one of them. The order was made quickly, the sizes fit perfectly!! The color is as I imagined. I am also satisfied with the print quality)

I contacted this company last year, ordered 10 T-shirts with my own logo.
Everything was done coolly and efficiently. And I decided that now I will always turn to them.
And so it happened. Now I ordered 5 T-shirts from them. Exactly the same color, size, fabric quality with the same logo.
The alarm bell rang at the start. When the deadlines promised by the employee came up, they didn't write anything to me. I unsubscribed myself asking if the order was ready. To which I received an answer: the suppliers were delayed, so the T-shirts will be ready in a day.
It is unclear why the client finds out information about the changed deadlines himself, and not through a call or a message from the administrator.
Now about the T-shirts themselves. The logo on the T-shirts turned out to be defective. Each symbol seemed to have been gnawed, uneven edges. It was as if there had been a lot of washing and the symbols on the edges had been erased. When I very politely and frustratedly asked the employee what it was. She told me that she did not know that this was not their problem, that they had printed from the same sample of mine and on the same equipment. When I found photos on my phone with T-shirts from last year, and tried to show that it wasn't like that, she didn't even look. The employee did not try to fix the situation somehow, did not try to figure out what could have happened. She just rudely tried to convince me that it wasn't their fault!
Bottom line: I have to leave for another country-the T-shirts are not ready, time and money have been spent on a taxi. From such brazen gaslighting on the part of the "worker", if you can call her that, the mood is spoiled.
Due to the fact that I was confused and upset, I did not have time to take photos of the marriage on T-shirts. But in the correspondence I found a logo template open on their computer. As you can see in the photo, there are no notches or unfinished pieces on the logo. What an employee of this organization tried to convince me of.
