I contacted this company last year, ordered 10 T-shirts with my own logo.
Everything was done coolly and efficiently. And I decided that now I will always turn to them.
And so it happened. Now I ordered 5 T-shirts from them. Exactly the same color, size, fabric quality with the same logo.
The alarm bell rang at the start. When the deadlines promised by the employee came up, they didn't write anything to me. I unsubscribed myself asking if the order was ready. To which I received an answer: the suppliers were delayed, so the T-shirts will be ready in a day.
It is unclear why the client finds out information about the changed deadlines himself, and not through a call or a message from the administrator.
Now about the T-shirts themselves. The logo on the T-shirts turned out to be defective. Each symbol seemed to have been gnawed, uneven edges. It was as if there had been a lot of washing and the symbols on the edges had been erased. When I very politely and frustratedly asked the employee what it was. She told me that she did not know that this was not their problem, that they had printed from the same sample of mine and on the same equipment. When I found photos on my phone with T-shirts from last year, and tried to show that it wasn't like that, she didn't even look. The employee did not try to fix the situation somehow, did not try to figure out what could have happened. She just rudely tried to convince me that it wasn't their fault!
Bottom line: I have to leave for another country-the T-shirts are not ready, time and money have been spent on a taxi. From such brazen gaslighting on the part of the "worker", if you can call her that, the mood is spoiled.
Due to the fact that I was confused and upset, I did not have time to take photos of the marriage on T-shirts. But in the correspondence I found a logo template open on their computer. As you can see in the photo, there are no notches or unfinished pieces on the logo. What an employee of this organization tried to convince me of.

I ordered a mug.
The girl called back, confirmed the order, said that it would be ready in 2 days, to which I replied that I would arrive after 17.00 on the appointed day.
Upon arrival, after calling the order number, I heard a request to wait 5 minutes, after which the girl just started fulfilling the order and called someone to instruct the interlocutor on how to put a print on the mug.
My wait lasted 30 minutes.
The most interesting thing about this is that no one even apologized for waiting, or for the fact that they forgot to place an order at all, although they promised that everything would be ready.
The mug seems to be good, but the service is at the skirting board level
PS I'm writing this review because we couldn't even apologize... That's how you value your customers' time.

I chose and printed on the T-shirt for the first time. I tormented the chat consultants in the telegram for a long time, they answered all the questions.
When I came to the center, they remembered my order, which is also nice :) There was a guy who told me how to do it better, on which T-shirt, what would be better to hold on to. It can be seen that the service is aimed at making the customer happy! Thanks!
I brought the T-shirt and on the same day (there was no download), 20 minutes later I received it with a magnificent seal - exactly what I wanted! Before printing, they showed how it would look on the project picture. I was even a little surprised how accurate it is))
If I come up with a new seal, I will go here)

The two is set only because of the good quality of the shirt itself. The print is a complete GE. After the second wash, it acquired the appearance of a floor cloth. The T-shirt was given to me for others. I do not recommend it.
