I was in this store. I still did not understand where such a rating of the store came from. There is no choice of tiles from the word, just like the staff. In order for you to find a consultant, you need to try hard. In 20 minutes of being in the store, no one came up to us. There was no one else but my wife and me. We went shopping in the hope that someone might come up to us, but we didn't wait. There's probably one salesman there, he's also a Loader, he's also a consultant. It's not worth wasting time on this store.

We wanted to buy a tile, went into the store, wandered alone for 5 minutes, a consultant came and asked "Maybe we are looking for something specific," we told. As a result, the consultant left and we watched for 15 minutes ourselves, took out all the tiles ourselves. And when they wanted to clarify the availability, they could not find a consultant for 5 minutes, as if they were alone. And when the consultant came, our tiles were not available, we were disappointed and left, the consultant did not even offer alternative options. I put 0 for the attitude towards customers. I will not recommend this store to anyone.

I drove purposefully from the factory district to buy laminate flooring and tiles for repairs for the entire apartment, stayed in the store for about 30 minutes, arrived with measurements of the rooms, but all the sellers who were "sitting" on the phones, who were talking to each other, there were 2 other customers in the store at that time besides me, who were also watching Something... It was a big surprise to me that no one even came up to me and helped, I turned around and left, decided that these sellers probably did not depend on the salary.

We bought linoleum in this store. Since the whole piece did not fit the dimensions, it was decided to cut it into two parts. When it's time to lay it on the floor, it turns out that one piece is 50 cm shorter than the second! Which was immediately reported to the store, where it was said: "So maybe you cut it off yourself, but you're making claims against us here. We can't help you." The price of the issue is of course pennies, but the attitude towards the client is disgusting. Be vigilant, check everything immediately after purchase, otherwise they will fawn over you until the money is given, and then what will happen (through their fault)" We can't help you!"
