I rarely write reviews, but in this case I'm not too lazy to leave one. I should immediately note that the cuisine in this institution is not bad, but the portions are small, and the prices are an order of magnitude too high - a kind of claim to elitism. A chicken skewer made of 4 small pieces will be sold to you here for 1,700 tenge and this is without a service fee. You can place a takeaway order only on the threshold, no one will let you inside, and no one will take out the order itself - you will have to pick it up from some window in the door in the back room, the order is packed, however, well.
I do not know which "Friends" are mentioned in the name of the institution, but I can assure you the atmosphere here is far from friendly. It's not about service, it's about competitors. And the fact is that you can be made an unwitting participant in a conflict between competing institutions. There is another place nearby called "Chikenz", with which "Friends" has a rather cool relationship. If you want to eat pizza, which is on the menu of "Friends", but for some reason their kitchen does not do it - you will not be able to order pizza from a neighboring institution, because "it is impossible", but "it is possible" only after 10,000 money spent, somehow it is not friendly, not Do you find it? To be objective, I note that in the neighboring "Chikenz" the customer is treated much worse, the staff there may be rude. And in Friends, the waiters do their work well and affably, I understand perfectly well that all the stupid instructions and restrictions come from the management.
In general, the establishment is quite normal, ridiculously stylized, but with some "nuances" in service. In the trading house "Taiga" there are two places where you can eat - these are "Friends" and "Chikenz", of which, for lack of more choice, I would still recommend "Friends".

Some ingredients are missing altogether, and some, according to the manager, are there, but for some reason they are not added to the dishes. I ordered Tom Yam, but I got broth without coriander and lime, but with a slice of lemon. It's a pity, we could have varied their unleavened tea.
