We ordered delivery several times and it was never perfect.
The first time we ordered two pizzas, they arrived cold, as the deliveryman was not carrying them in a thermo bag.
The second time we ordered one pizza and a bottle of water. The operator warned about the waiting time when placing the order, and according to her, the waiting time should have been an hour and a half. As a result, an hour and a half passed and we decided to call to find out where our order was, the operator replied that the courier was on the way (About 20 minutes to go from the restaurant to the address), the operator added that we need to wait another 10-15 minutes.
We waited half an hour and called again, which was answered the same way.
After a while, the courier arrived and did not know which of the two pizzas was ours.Barely figured it out, and thanks for that.
We ordered pizza and French fries for the third time.It was the worst display of service from this restaurant.
The operator warned about the waiting time of one and a half to two hours (not a holiday, evening, and a small order)
This time, we set the timer for 2 hours.The timer went off and we decided to wait another 10 minutes. During the waiting time, we received a call and were told that the courier would be delayed for 15-20 minutes. We didn't see any courier for the next 15-20 minutes and decided to wait.An hour has passed since the operator called, warning us about the additional waiting time.We decided to call, but no one answered the phone anymore because they accept orders until 00:00, and there is no separate support number or consultation.
About 5 minutes later, the courier arrived, I went out and expressed dissatisfaction with the waiting time, so far, to which he replied that the courier who delivered the order to us broke down on the way and he noticed it only after he delivered his orders.Plus, he added, "If I could return the time, I would definitely return it." It may seem to me, of course, but such an answer from a courier working in a restaurant is very unsuitable for the status of a restaurant. But come on.Let's move on to the most interesting thing - the condition of the food delivered to us. The pizza was cold.It is cold, not even barely warm.Ordering French fries was a mistake, as 100g of potatoes, completely softened and not salted, arrived for 600tg.Fortunately, there was a sauce, which by the way was mixed up, when ordering, the operator asked which of the three available ones we needed.And we ordered barbecue sauce for the fries, and cheese sauce for the pizza, but we ended up with two cheese ones.
The result is soggy potatoes, cold pizza and mixed sauces.
If your courier's car breaks down, it seems to me that the customer should not suffer from this, because this is your problem and you should solve it, and since you are called a "Restaurant", problems should be solved much faster than an hour and a little.
All the orders spoiled the impression of the whole "Restaurant" as a whole.
I hope that you will take into account the mistakes and correct yourself soon.

Nice cozy atmosphere of the restaurant.Have a nice time in such an institution.One minus that is upsetting.This is what used to be, when the restaurant first opened, sushi and rolls were tastier and most importantly fresh.Now it feels like they are being taken out of the refrigerator.And the second thing.It is very unpleasant that pizza is made, but at the same time it is impossible to eat it in the restaurant itself.

Yesterday we made an order, we waited 2 hours for the order, for a very long time! The pizzas were cold and tasteless, one was with raw dough. Sushi is disgusting:dry, rubbery, completely tasteless, onion flavor! It was impossible to eat it. It feels like the sushi was made a few days ago. They paid 8,000 thousand, but it's not clear for what? The price and quality do not match! Terrible service! We will never order again!

The restaurant itself is very cozy and delicious! There have never been bad reviews....And here's the delivery...I sent a complaint that the piperoni pizza was brought spicy...if hot pepper was sprinkled with adjika instead of tomato sauce or red pepper. But it's so acute that they threw out all the pizza...They said on Instagram that it was because of the sausage...but first we tried it without sausages...the sharpness in the sauce!!! They didn't even call and there were no apologies!
