Great living room.
I was carrying humanitarian aid, I had to spend the night in Lugansk.
We stopped at it by chance.
The rooms are clean and tidy.
The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful girls.
There is a parking lot for cars, I parked my car there, it's included in the bill.
Not expensive. A single room with a check-in cost me + a partner of 3900
There was a nice bonus - breakfast is also included in the bill.
I'll be going again soon, I'll book a room in advance))))

Compared to another hotel (I won't say which one) - heaven and earth. Everything is just great. They keep the brand. In the last hotel there was some kind of a scoop from the 80s. It seems that in Lugansk they don't bother much, because there are more guests than there are free places. But last time, Friendship dissuaded me from this . thank them (her) for that.)

I was in a junior suite and a suite. There is no classic desk for work. Everything else is fine. There is a balcony in each room, convenient. The staff explains everything, the maids are hiding for some reason)
Several restaurants. 900 for breakfast, the serving and serving of food wins, the friendly staff was surprised that the table was served by as many as three employees.

I liked the fact that there are free seats without reservation and at a price that you will no longer find in old Russia. There is a paid parking for cars nearby, the prices are ridiculous. Of course, financial investments are needed in the reconstruction, since the Soviet design has been preserved. And it would be nice if breakfast was included.

Prices are overstated 10 times, depending on what you can count on. The food is very expensive ( any salad over 1000 rubles) I do not recommend. If you want to stop, it's better to make it to Donetsk. There is a completely different atmosphere and comfort there.

We stopped by for 1 night to spend the night after a long journey. We called beforehand to find out if there is a room for 2 people. They answered on the phone, the price is 4500. We were satisfied and arrived at the hotel. In the hour that we drove, the room went up by a thousand. The receptionist explained that the room had already been occupied for 4500. There is a junior suite for 5500. We paid, came to the room and fell asleep. The bed is a bunk bed, a single blanket. We slept with my husband Jack, I think it would have been no worse at the train station. The night was terrible. In the morning, I went to the hotel's website and looked at the rooms and it turns out that the two of us spent the night in a single standard for 3500, and not in a junior suite for 5500. I turned to the administrator with a question how so? This boorish woman began to continue to prove that we slept in the junior suite. She refused to tell her last name, did not answer when the director came, said she did not know. My conclusion: this is how the girl arranged for herself an additional income. I do not recommend this "hotel" to anyone.

I highly recommend it, the rooms are clean, cozy, the staff is polite and friendly, the food is delicious but expensive, the portions are small, there is no buffet, but the breakfast is generally normal. If you eat all day in the hotel restaurant, then it will come out approximately as the cost of another room per day)). and in general, catering in Lugansk works until 8 pm, so if anyone wants to eat later, you need to think about it in advance, no restaurant or delivery in the city will bring anything to the room after 20 o'clock.

I called on the phone for two days, asked to book, on the day of arrival at 6 a.m. I was confirmed that there was a place and booked for me until 12:00 Moscow time. I arrived at the hotel at 11:00, 2 employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs stood in front of me, I was asked to wait, I waited for 10 minutes, then came to check in and I was joyfully informed that they had just given my room to these employees because they did not know what time I would arrive...
Of course, this building and service are not worth the requested money for 2 nights (13 thousand rubles!), but not only was I refused, I was fooled! with armor. I was left without Internet and knowledge of the city. The hotel and the staff have a big minus, this is not the level of a high-quality place. Thanks to the people in Lugansk for their help in navigating the place)
