Everything is very good! The cuisine is delicious, varied (my diet has not been repeated for 4 days). The territory is not large, it is beautiful. Across the street from the hotel (very convenient) there are several retail outlets, a tour desk, a restaurant, a car museum.
The staff is responsive, efficient, and there are many Russian speakers.
Minor disadvantages: there are only two coffee machines in the Mosaic restaurant and they can not cope; when the hotel is fully loaded, there is a queue for dinner at the main restaurant. The gardener is not working in a timely manner, there are a lot of untrimmed shrubs...

The food is generally fine, the breakfasts are standard, lunch and dinner were good every other time, there were very few fruits and they were unripe. the territory is small, but everything is well maintained and there is a lot of greenery. The beach is clean and sandy, there are always enough sunbeds. Snoopy Island is 20 minutes away, where you can swim with masks and see turtles and even reef sharks.

I liked the Emirate of Fujairah, the hotel is excellent, the territory is well-groomed, clean, private beach, sun beds. We rested here after the F1 event for three days. The hotel is just for 5+! The beach is extraordinary! The room is simply at the highest level. Room cleaning for 6 out of 5! In terms of food, the choice is not great, but at the same time there is everything you need and they cook very tasty! The staff is very friendly, attentive. Animation is not intrusive, there is everything you need, such as volleyball, yoga, zumba, aqua aerobics. It was a bit boring in the evenings, but for us, at the moment, it was only good! The hotel is family-run. Mostly young couples with kids, sometimes there are older people. In general, peace and grace! We would have come here for another 6-7 days, after the hustle and bustle of Moscow..., that's it!

Rested in October 2023. We liked everything very much. Beautiful green area. Excellent restaurant, dishes changed frequently. Desserts are very tasty. The staff is friendly and responsible. Otherwise, I, an inexperienced person, like everything. We chose a green hotel, and it is very beautiful here, cleaning, sevis for 5+, there is not too much choice in nutrition, but you will always find what you like, soups are excellent (borscht, solyanka, chicken with noodles)
Animation for children and adults, in the evening such a cool band sings on the beach, in the afternoon a DJ until the evening playing
It's good that they didn't agree to change the hotel, because there is no alternative, and waited until everything was arranged

A big beautiful hotel. For a quiet family holiday. The first line, right on the beach, the beach is clean, lifeguards are on duty everywhere. There is nowhere to go nearby, there are no entertainment and discos. There are many children's shallow water areas in the pool. A huge plus is that there is a "frog house" covered with an awning, the kids will not burn. There is a small slide. The pool is thermoregulated. Nutrition - nothing special, we only had breakfast, so I won't say for sure. There are several restaurants nearby, you can easily find where to eat. What else I liked - the pool is open until 00.00h, in the heat it's wonderful. The room has: kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, floor scales. Also daily put 2 * 0.5 liters of water for each tenant and tea / coffee / sugar. Clean, beautiful, excellent plumbing.

We have been vacationing since February 24 at this hotel. We were on Fujairah for the first time. The hotel is excellent, surrounded by greenery. The coastline is gorgeous. No one interferes with each other there at all. In the evening, you can walk along the coast. The hotel is clean, relatively fresh. We were with the ULTRAV tariff, the only difference is alcohol of good quality and without restrictions. The food in the restaurants is very tasty, but the choice is very limited by the number of dishes. In the general restaurant, everything seemed delicious for the first 3 days, on the 4th they realized that it seemed the same every day. Of the fruits, only green watermelons, melons, sometimes oranges and apples. The children have something to feed. The main dishes are vegetables, beans, chicken, meat in stew. The hotel is ideal for staying with a child of any age. A gorgeous children's room, it has a playstation 5 for older children. The staff is responsive, everyone is so pleasant, they will always help and prompt.

We stayed at the hotel from the end of December 2023 to January 8, 2024 with a large family with children. The hotel is just great. Chamber. 250 rooms. I liked the food. On New Year's Eve, the table was more than pleased. There was absolutely everything.
There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff.
I was lucky with the sea. At this time of the year, it is 4-5 degrees warmer than in Dubai and Ras al Khaimah. Swimming is comfortable.
A large coastline. We walked with my wife every day.
The greenest hotel of all in Fujairah.
Don't wait for animation. A hotel for a relaxing holiday:)
The Gulf of Oman is certainly not the red Sea - but there was something to see with a mask.
Among the disadvantages are mosquitoes in the room in winter (take a fumigator), there were small jellyfish for a couple of days. The bite is not very pleasant, but life guards always have vinegar in the spray bottle. Relieves the burning sensation at the bite point in 5-6 minutes.
The hotel provides a private transfer from and to the airport, which is also very convenient.
We will definitely come back here next winter with fumigators!

Food for 2-. The same thing every day, rice, potatoes and chicken in different versions, this is not a 5-star hotel at all !!

We had a vacation in Rotan in July with my husband and we are in a hurry to share our impressions. It was our first time in the UAE, so we will not compare it with other hotels. I must say right away that from some comments I fall into a stupor, it feels like people writing negative reviews were vacationing in another hotel, not in Rotan🤔
Or I'm just a gentle person looking for only the positive in everything...
let's start with arrival and check-in.
1. Transfer. It's almost individual! We were met by a minibus, cool, comfortable, 2 families were traveling with us-my husband and I and a married couple with two children.An hour and a half flew by unnoticed.
2. The lobby. The lobby is mostly being renovated, so tourists are greeted in a temporary one. We arrived at night, we were quickly registered, by the way, there is a guy who speaks excellent Russian, so there were no problems with understanding. Then they were escorted to the room, the luggage was carried, and a hot dinner was brought-a huge burger and potatoes. What immediately caught my eye was kindness, cordiality and no hint of begging in the form of tips! And in the lauded Turkey and Egypt, this is already like the norm (( In general, I am ready to sing odes to the staff for competence,
unobtrusiveness, helpfulness, promptness. Example: they asked to bring ice for water on the road-they did not have time to reach the room-the order is on the spot. So it was with other requests.
Guys and girls are always friendly, with a smile on their face, they will definitely say hello and ask how you are, if everything is okay. This applies to all staff - at the reception, in the dining room, and in the bar. You guys are doing great! This is the first time I have met such an attitude.
3. The room. We lived in a two-storey building on the 1st floor. Everything was wonderful.It's quiet, cool, comfortable, though without a balcony, but they reassured us, saying that you don't have to worry about safety, theft is not observed here) By the way, yes! We calmly left bags with phones on the beach, everything was OK. The room is very nice and clean. Everything for a comfortable stay is here: starting with a hair dryer, iron, washing gadgets and ending with ear sticks and shoe cream) Gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, toothpaste with tweezers-everything is at your service.
There is a safe, refrigerator, ironing board. The furniture is solid, the plumbing is sparkling, the towels and bed linen are snow-white. And yet: what a pleasure to enter the building after the sweltering sticky heat! Just a separate kind of pleasure)
4. Cleaning. There is nothing to complain about. We cleaned every day, more often in the morning, we were early birds, got up, went to breakfast and ran to the beach. We came to a clean, cozy room. I don't know the names of the cleaners, I haven't seen them in person, but you are super good. Thank you for the cleanliness and always replenished stocks of coffee, tea and water!
5. Nutrition. Look, I understand everything, we are people with different incomes and living standards, but, in my opinion, some are so disconnected from real life that it's amazing... And they don't have enough squid, and oysters of the wrong quality, and lobsters are not enough. And it seems like there is fish, and beef, and chicken, and even edible soups (there was even a hodgepodge!), but still people lack something. I will answer for myself: yes, even if the assortment was not in such quantity as in Turkey or Egypt. But damn it, it's all very tasty and it looks like what we eat at home! And not a million varieties of Turkish soy sausages and sausages and an incomprehensible liquid called soup. Let there be two or three dishes, but delicious, which you will enjoy!Side dishes for every taste, pickles, sauces. The fruits were very different: green apples (very tasty), red ones, melons, though not quite ripe, there were plenty of watermelons, we ate enough! Pineapples, kiwis, grapefruits and oranges, of course, this will not surprise us) Salads, however, we did not take, it seems that they were molded from what we did not finish at the previous meal) The breakfasts are great-fried eggs, omelets, porridges, pancakes, everything that is close and understandable to our stomach. In general, many thanks to the chefs for their customer orientation! 🙏
Drinks of good quality, juices are not made from bags like Jupi, but quite tasty. Alcohol... We come to the conclusion with experience that it is quite possible to do without it. Yes, it's nice, of course, to dive into a bar after a hot beach and refresh yourself with a cocktail or beer, but overpaying for this option is not worth your money, really! The wine is tasteless, the beer seems to be good, canned, they open it and pour it right in front of you, but the bugger with the checks sometimes bothers. We came to the conclusion that it is better to take a boarding house instead of all inclusive, and take your own alcohol from home, of good quality.
6. Ocean and beach. This is the most important reason why it is worth coming here. In general, the Fujairah Emirate was recommended to us by a travel agent, because the water here does not warm up as much as in Dubai.I can imagine how the Persian Gulf is boiling in July! The ocean is amazing! However, the waves have moderated their ardor a little. They're huge here! The first day I swam, but the next two days I just stood on the shore and licked my lips, it was very scary. Then I got bolder and made up for lost time. But keep in mind: at this time of the year, such waves are the norm! Sometimes it twisted very much, tossed so that they flew head over heels to the shore! In general, the extreme was enough. This is not the gentle Red or Mediterranean Sea. The beach is great, the sun beds were always free, there were no problems. The sand is clean, the entrance to the water is excellent, the water is pleasant, you do not need to get used to it. Rescuers are very strict, always on the lookout for safety. The slightest violation-sailed into someone else's territory or over the buoys-whistle. Negligent parents were also watched - it is forbidden to enter the water with waves with a small child in their arms. There is a wild beach nearby, where you can take good photos. We also walked to the neighboring Meridian and the hotel behind it, found good photo locations.
Yes, I will add a small drop of tar to the barrel of honey: the pool! It is not (( Firstly, it is not very big, everyone is splashing in it: children and adults crowd into a small patch, noise, screams, screams, it is not pleasant. Secondly, it is warm, it does not save you from the heat in any way, the water is cool only in the morning and late at night. Request to the administration:At least somehow keep an eye on the temperature in the pool, splashing in a warm puddle is so much fun!
By excursus: we took only one to Dubai, I think that's enough. It's not worth your money, yes, we looked at this beauty, but we received practically no information, we ran around at all points as if stung and searched for ourselves where to see and what to photograph. It would be much more convenient to book an individual transfer and drive around all the sights yourself.The Sky View site was not impressed:it is closed, all the beauty is behind the glass, and it is unclear whether these are real objects behind the glass or a painting. On the street, the photo is much brighter, more realistic. There was an Ayia Museum, interesting, unusual. The photos turned out to be beautiful. Then there was Arab Venice and a yacht tour of Dubai in the evening. That's it.
P. S. Souvenirs, perfumes, sweets are better to take in the shop opposite the hotel, it is cheaper there and you can bargain. By the way, colorful photos turned out there against the background of mountains and buildings in the oriental style.
We were also sent to the airport in a small company in a passenger car. We stayed in coolness and comfort for an hour and a half.
To summarize: the hotel is very, very decent! The territory, although small, is cozy and green. The ocean is magnificent! All the employees left a great impression. The chefs are great! Dubai is luxurious, I think that we will continue to get acquainted with it. If there is an opportunity, we will come here again! Thank you all for a wonderful vacation!

The restaurant is not bad. There is no abundance and special delights. But, what is is very well cooked. The dishes are always fresh. Dishes, napkins, tables and the room itself is clean and tidy. The staff at the restaurant and hotel are well trained and polite. During rush hours, sometimes the waiters do not always have time to serve - but not critically. The staff in the bars, did not like it, some kind of arrogant. In general, the Arabic olinclusive has its own characteristics. What I absolutely did not like was watering the plants. Obviously, waste water that has passed a certain purification cycle is being reused, it constantly stinks like from a city sewer collector. In general, I do not advise spending a lot of money on a very dubious quality of rest.

We were at the hotel in July. Nice hotel. Great rooms. Well-groomed territory. The hotel is located in Fujairah (2 hours from the airport). The service is excellent- the staff tries to please in everything and quickly: they need adapters for sockets- 5 minutes and brought them to the room, pick up suitcases-5 minutes and the porter came and so on. During the stay at the hotel, the reception called 3 times and asked if everything was fine with us?) At the entrance, they offered options for settling in with a sea view with an additional fee or a larger room, we refused and did not regret it: the room was close to the beach and excellent! Constantly the staff cleans everywhere and takes care of the territory. Rescuers are on duty vigilantly at sea. Thanks to them. The pool was not closed until night, tourists swam even at 11 pm ... A quiet, peaceful hotel. There is no animation- hooray! There are no walking streets and shops around the hotel: only a pharmacy and one souvenir shop. Someone was missing meat and pastries from the food. Personally, I had enough of everything. There is a shop in the hotel itself - prices are 2.3 times higher than Moscow. Thanks to the hotel for a great stay. The only thing is that the sea was stormy for the first three days of our stay. It is impossible to swim with children (it was like this for 2 weeks before us). But this is a question of the weather, not the hotel. There was a spot of oil, but it dissipated later. In general, about the hotel - everything is fine! Quiet and calm.

I'll start with the main thing - you can safely choose to relax. There are some shortcomings, but where they do not happen.
Food: the assortment is not overblown, but there is definitely enough variety for a week not to have lunch with the same thing. There is everything and in sufficient quantity.
Ocean: within walking distance from all buildings. There are always free sun beds. It may not be right at the entrance, but you will definitely find a step to the right or left. A beach with fine sand. It's a miracle what kind of water. The purest.
Pool: the same story. There is enough for everyone.
Rooms: fairly fresh. Cleaning every day
So I boldly recommend you to visit. The only drawback: we left early, we were not given a lunch box with us (although previously we always packed in hotels for the road).

The journey from the airport takes 2 hours. The hotel is on the first line, the beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is gentle. There are tides, sometimes significant, 70 meters (see photo). There are enough sun beds for everyone, but right next to each other. It's the same by the pool. There is some daytime animation. The territory of the hotel is large, green, many flowering plants, many birds. The scheme of the hotel in the photo.
Check-in no earlier than 15 o'clock, check-out at 12. There is almost always a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. Currency exchange is one-way, dirhams are not accepted back. The course is slightly worse than at the airport. There is a free hammam, sauna, gym. Free Wi-Fi, not very stable and does not take everywhere on the beach.
The room was a Deluxe Ocean View on the 4th floor, nice sea view, with a balcony. The minibar is empty, but at least 4 bottles of water are left every day. They are cleaned every day, cleanly, efficiently. The sockets are Asian, you need an adapter (see photo), the reception will help with this. The biggest trouble is that all rooms, without exception, are halves of a family room, respectively, you will have a door to the neighbors (see photo). You will hear everything that happens to them, they will hear you perfectly.
There is one restaurant, breakfast from 6.30 to 10.30, lunch from 12.30 to 15, dinner from 18.30 to 22 hours. It makes no sense to describe A La Carte restaurants, the prices there are horse-drawn, and the assortment is very so-so. There are three bars in the main building (from 18 to 22) and two on the beach, from 10 and from 12 o'clock and until dinner. There are only drinks in the bars, there is no free food. The queues at the restaurant are huge (see photo), you can stand for half an hour during rush hour. I am especially sorry for those with young children. All the employees constantly ask you for the room number, in 10 days I answered this question a hundred times. God forbid you get a drink that you are not entitled to by status. If you have All Inclusive, then you are supposed to have juices, water, beer in cans (they open in front of you so that you don't take it with you), disgusting homemade wine and locally made spirits, also a so-so pleasure. Accordingly, cocktails will be made from the same ingredients. The happy owners of Dine Around consume additional draft beer and imported spirits. Normal wine or sparkling wine only for money. The most modest bottle of wine cost 170 dirhams (more than 4,500 rubles). In bars, for absolutely everything, for every poured glass of Cola or beer, you will receive a receipt, where you put the room number and signature again. It's very tiring.
The food is monotonous and not tasty. There is no interesting national cuisine like kebabs, flatbreads, pilaf, samsa. The same fish (tilapia steaks), the same stew, everything is like a carbon copy. For 10 days, the assortment has not changed, cardboard cutlets and pieces of chicken breast are fried every day on an outdoor grill for dinner. In the children's area, the most edible is French fries, which are instantly disassembled. Fruits (in March) – quarters of oranges and grapefruits, green apples and wooden kiwis, which are also quickly disassembled (see photo). From the leftovers of yesterday's food for tomorrow, you will get numerous "salads" that are even scary to look at. More or less edible or popular food is poured a little bit at a time, it quickly runs out and you have to catch the chefs every time and ask them to bring more. Coffee from a coffee machine, tea bags, pour boiling water from titanium yourself. In general, savings are felt on literally everything, even paper napkins or toothpicks are not questioned.
If they had given an Oscar for greed, the owners of the hotel would definitely have taken the main prize.
The weather in March (from 6 to 16) is mostly sunny, comfortable, and it rained for one day. The temperature increased from +24 to +31, the sea warmed from +23 to +25, the water in the pool was 28-29 degrees.
Of the excursions, we were in the Dubai Safari Park, 2.5 hours to go there. The tour with the hotel guide cost $ 55, it's just a round-trip bus delivery, and then you can do whatever you want. Considering that the entrance ticket for the whole day costs 50 dirhams ($ 14), it is better to discount and go by yourself.
In general, the hotel was disappointing, it does not pull at 5 stars at all. There is definitely no desire to come back here again.

Central lobby (reception) it is under repair, does not smell, does not make noise , but it is closed. The food is generally normal : fish, meat, shawarma . There is not enough baby food, this was an important fact for us. There are huge waves on the beach, it's unrealistic to go for a swim. Of the 12 days, 7 days we just look at the waves. Everyone, young and old, is crammed into the pool. Here the sun beds are probably occupied from 6 in the morning, by 9 you will not find anything free, the guys at the bar can not cope with the flow, but it is not critical. The cleaning is excellent, the towels are good, the bed linen is changed very white. The kids' club is good, there is a place for children to play. And on the street there is a playground and a club under the roof with different zones. The territory is green.. water is given on the bar in bottles.

We are resting right now.
Comfortable rooms, high-quality cleaning, snow-white towels, everything is very clean.The food in the restaurant is more than decent. A variety of meat (stewed mainly chicken, beef, lamb). From the sea-white fish, squid, seafood soup.
There are no delicacies in the form of red fish and shrimp-follow them to the neighboring LaMeridien, where the price tag is an order of magnitude higher.
The staff is very courteous and helpful!
There are lifeguards at the pool and at the sea.
In the children's club -older children are more interesting because of the PlayStation 5,
the five-year-old turned out to be bored-although there seems to be a schedule of activities for children for every day, but without time. Maybe it's more fun there before lunch.
Of the minuses-I want to draw attention to not very clean sunbeds on the beach-please the hotel management not to lose sight of it.Lying on a dirty sunbed is not particularly pleasant.
In general, a decent option for those who have already looked at the main places in the UAE and Dubai and just want to lie on the beach -the ocean and the beach are gorgeous!
UPD: a couple of days after the review, all the sun beds by the pool and on the sea were washed with Kerch, respect to the hotel management for trying to make their stay at the hotel more comfortable.

Lovely hotel. Green, cozy. Friendly and responsible staff. A nice beach with a gentle approach and vigilant lifeguards. There are adult and children's pools, a water slide for children. Playground, ping-pong tables, table football, billiards. The gym is good with a sauna, a shop. The dine around system will allow you to consume imported alcohol, visit the restaurant on the menu for dinner at least every day, eat desserts and ice cream in the lobby. In general, the abundance of food is not like in Turkey, it needs to be taken into account for whom it is important. There is no animation. Peace and quiet.

Great hotel. Clean, fresh rooms - cleaning for 100 points. The first line, a large but shallow pool, slide. There are plenty of sun beds, both at sea and by the pool.
The food is delicious. We took breakfast, and for dinner we went to a fish restaurant across the street from the hotel - it turns out much cheaper than buying dinners in a restaurant. We were in June. It's very hot outside. We went swimming from 5 am to 8.30 am, then went for breakfast. By the way, you can have breakfast twice, no one makes comments for this - you can at 6.30 and then at 10, for example - you will get two meals a day. This is a small life hack for you, how to save on lunch. After 9.00 and before 17.00 it was hot outside, the UV radiation index is very high. The temperature is 40 in the shade. Many are fried in the sun. And they walk like red crayfish.
We sat in the room, slept, went to the gym and sauna, went to eat.
After 17.00 to 20.00 it is also very comfortable to swim and walk.
There's not much to do at the hotel after 22. There is an alcohol bar with billiards, but we didn't go there, so I don't know how long it works. It is better to go to bed early and get up early to go to the sea.
In general, the hotel is cool - just right for a family holiday. Many are vacationing with two or more children. There are only a few vacationers without children.

We recently vacationed at this hotel. None of the previously visited hotels evoked more contradictory emotions.
Of the advantages:
1) A large green area, there is a place to walk.
2) Several low-rise buildings, there is no long waiting for elevators and, in general, it is very comfortable.
3) Nice beach.
4) There is a kids club. A very good kids club!
5) There is a team of animators with a decent program and children's discos.
6) Very decent rooms.
7) Responsive staff, which is also important.
8) Across the street is the retro car Museum
9) Across the street there is a chic eatery with kebabs and a roadside seafood restaurant. Both establishments are great.
10) There is a pharmacy across the street.
11) Excellent gym, tennis court, mini golf course.
12. Even a huge chessboard is available
13) There is a water slide.
14) There is a bouncy castle slide/ trampoline.
15) A lot of animals. (Birds, cats, crabs, fish)
And, it seemed, what else is needed for a good rest? The hotel is very comfortable and friendly. And then a series of small and, frankly, spoiling the whole picture of the rest of the little things:
1) Food. We haven't written about it in the reviews before. You will not stay hungry, but I have not achieved gastronomic pleasure. For this, apparently, there are establishments described above (those that are across the street). For children, the choice, to put it mildly, is not great. And here the staff is ready to show a flexible approach, we must give them their due.
It's sad for the fruits. Green or overripe. What is sad is that it seems that a lot of food goes into the trash.
2) Crows. Proud birds, very arrogant and loud (cawing from morning to night), which at some point begins to annoy. Also, they very quickly teach you to remove any things from the sun beds and the balcony
3) Ice cream for children. Available 1 hour a day and, yes, only for children (exactly All in?). (Although, to be fair, there are more questions for the agent who forgot to warn about the rules than for the hotel.)
4) The condition of the dishes in the bars. Well, the dishes are completely ruined. He regularly asked me to pour it into a disposable glass. (Poor ecology). I admit that replacing the dishes costs some big money, but it's worth it!
5) Children's Club (a dead house that just couldn't stand the constant exposure to the sun and a nail sticking out of the wall). Is this possible in a 5-star hotel? It is immediately clear that special attention is paid to the safety of children here.
6) Alcohol in bars is released on zero checks, and this is the time.
As a result, you stand behind a bottle of water and wait for the receipt for alcohol to be knocked out to the person standing in front of you. Why not split the queues or change the system. They don't check the room number anyway.
7) Room cleaning. Externally, everything is fine, as long as the child's toy does not roll under the bed... pushing the bed aside, the remnants of the previous tenants' vital activity appeared to the eye ... he asked to be removed.. they removed one, left it under the other... well, how is it?
8) The shower drain does not always work stably. Sometimes the water doesn't go away. On request, cleaned. (But, on request)
9) There was no gel in the shower for a couple of days. A strange saving, the consumption of shampoo has increased..
10) Employees in bars. They poured the juice into a glass for the child. They poured it out of the box and in an incomprehensible way, foil turned out to be in the glass, which is designed to preserve the condition of the product before opening the lid... it's good that I noticed, and not just gave the juice to the child ... maybe the employees will look at what they give, and not knock out zero checks?... I thought it was a one-time promotion, no, the next day I found a similar foil in the juice storage at breakfast. Well, how is it?
11. Low tide. It is a natural phenomenon, but you need to be prepared that at low tide the bathing area decreases in size to a small patch and there will be water there, even at buoys, up to your waist ... if you are lucky and there will be a wave. This story is also puzzling.. Why can't you expand the bathing area? The neighboring hotel has more depth. Verified.
12) Restaurant service. The service is the bottom. The coffee machine does not work (the grains are out), you turn to an employee, you get an answer, now we'll fix everything, you leave breakfast, standing in line for the only working machine, and you realize that no one poured the grains either. The replenishment rate of empty food storage is sooo low. Every morning there was a kind of "ritual", to spend ten minutes waiting for the replenishment of the dish with watermelons (with regular requests to all passing employees). Hot milk for cereal. For three days I told the staff that there is almost no milk pressure, (It flows in a thin trickle) promises that they will fix it and again a thin trickle of milk…
13) Cleanliness of dishes. The presence of divorces is present in principle, dishes with leftovers from previous guests came across several times.
14) Children's disco 3 times a week. Why not every day?
15) and it is very unpleasant. About a third of the beach is given over to "water sports", which certainly reduces the bathing area, there are regular people who want to go for a ride, that is, the sound of the engine and exhaust gases are provided to swimmers and vacationers.
16) next to a deserted beach, which is occupied by fishermen, dead fish and the sound of pickup truck engines will also accompany your vacation.
In general, it's a shame. The hotel is not cheap. Excellent infrastructure, adequate (for the most part) staff, normal customer orientation and such absolutely ridiculous things. And I would understand if it was a conditional "Soviet boarding house Berezka", but it says 5*. And, in fact, except for the birds, the rest of the little things are fixed with very modest money for the hotel.
If the nuances of service are removed, you can safely recommend to visit and enjoy your vacation.

Great hotel, great time of stay! We are here from 7.22 to 12/14/2023! I like everything: the sandy beach, the purest water in the sea, whiskey in unlimited quantities! The food is excellent! The only disadvantage is that the fruits are not ripe: Apples, pears, kiwis, plums! And this is in hot countries! Great animation for kids! There are many advantages!!

A wonderful hotel that you want to return to! I must say right away it is more for couples, a relaxing holiday. If you are looking for a noisy party or planning excursions, then it is better to choose something else. We were looking for just such a hotel, calm, beautiful, first line and delicious food.The staff is especially trying to please.

The rooms are new, the bed is comfortable, soft pillows. The body lotion in the bathroom smells delicious. Excellent cleaning, we didn't have time to have breakfast, but the room is already clean. We rested in a chalet close to the ocean.
The Gulf of Oman is wonderful, there are waves, but it's more like entertainment) It's a pity I drowned my glasses and cap) one day after strong waves, lumps of fuel oil were thrown ashore, carefully it is poorly washed.
Meals for 4+
You won't see any delights in the form of seafood delicacies, but mostly the food is delicious. There is a sea cocktail, grilled fish is also served. On the weekend there were delicious grilled squid. Children are given ice cream every other day. From fruits watermelon, bananas, apples, oranges, pears, plums, kiwi, grapefruit, salad for breakfast from watermelon, pineapple, melon and fruit. The child really liked the pancakes.
There is always beef, chicken, a very tasty children's menu - fish fingers, chicken lasagna, cauliflower in cheese.
I didn't have enough more classic salad dressing, a lot of them are quite bright, for an amateur. You can add caesar sauce, or something similar. I liked the blue cheese social network, it was a pity it wasn't always there.

The worst hotel of all the five I've been to. It corresponds to the level of a good European three-piece or a very average Turkish four. The all-inclusive package is just three meals a day and plus alcohol at the beach bar from 10 to 22. When ordering a drink, you need to call the room number every time, which is very annoying. Moreover, upon check-in, while the room was being prepared, we were refused drinks, and another time the bartender wrote three portions into the receipt at once, not one, which indicates that they are stealing. The check is free, but it needs to be signed.
A restaurant with very mediocre food. For 10 days there was nothing tasty, interesting or that was cooked better than me. If you have not come to the beginning of the meal, then eat leftovers that are not replenished in the system. There is almost always a queue for half the hall at the entrance to the restaurant. There are tourists with babies and strollers, no competent organization. Disturbances do not bring results. And the cherry on the cake is all rooms with sea views, this is half of a family room, i.e. with an adjacent door to strangers. Neither the hotel nor the tour operator, in our case, the Russian Express, warn about this. We also got into Ramadan with a bunch of restrictions, which no one warned about either. In general, I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Impressions from the rest at the hotel are only positive!The food is very tasty and varied.That's just with ice cream, there's a cookie.The service is good, all the staff is Russian-speaking, everyone is very smiling.The room was double, clean, spacious, there is an ironing board and an iron.The territory is clean, everything is neat, there are a lot of greenery, there is where to walk, there is even a small vegetable garden where vegetables grow!)In the evening, you can walk along the embankment, there is light from other hotels.In the morning, while jogging, on the shore, you can meet crabs.Twice a week, you can get to the local catch, where fishermen get nets.As a rule, many tourists gather to see this spectacle.We saw turtles and cuttlefish.The beach line is clean.The water is clear and very salty, as if it was specially salted).I am delighted with the rest in this hotel!Everything is delicious, beautiful!
