I was here in July of the 24th year. An incredibly wonderful Japanese restaurant! The food is delicious. The service is also excellent. Few places have seen a service of this level. And the interior immerses in the atmosphere of Japanese culture. Many thanks to the restaurant for the delicious food and a very warm welcome!
A wonderful place!!
This is a Japanese restaurant, the chef is a real Japanese.
everything is very tasty and the atmosphere is energizing
the chef himself rushes around, takes orders, communicates, tries to do everything in the best way for EACH visitor.
The staff is the same - charged, fast, willing to make spending time in the restaurant special.
The food is excellent. The menu is huge. We will definitely come back again.
you need to book a table in advance))
P.S. The price tag fully justifies the quality of food, service and emotions that you get from going to this place.
For everything in the photo + a portion of nigiri with the freshest tuna, 3700 soms + tips came out. In other capitals, it would be x2-x3.
I bitterly admit that my impressions of visiting the Japanese cafe Furusato have deteriorated significantly. It used to be so wonderful here that I was happy to recommend this place to my friends. However, now my impressions are greatly clouded.
I was here for the first time about 10 years ago, and almost every time we came on a business trip with the team, we went and this place was a real find, but now it is far from the joyful experience that it used to be.
The service seems to have gone down a lot. It used to be so comfortable here, but now it feels like the waiters are in a hurry to get rid of customers. As soon as I put the spoon on the table, they are already starting to clean up, as if they want to clear the table as quickly as possible. This really gives the impression that customers are just being turned away, not served.
But the Udon soup incident was a real disappointment. In our soup, we found crab sticks that had not been unpacked from cellophane. They asked us to clarify what it is, and we were only told that, they say, they just forgot. Is this a reaction to such a situation? We expected at least an apology and a more responsible attitude. The Misosup is not the
same at all, it is a pity that the service has dropped so much in quality. I always chose Furusato because of their delicious cuisine and pleasant atmosphere, but now my feelings are not so joyful. I hope that the department will take measures to improve the service and will closely monitor the quality of the dishes.
You've heard about this restaurant. Walking around the city on Saturday, we decided to stop by.. On Saturdays, it starts working at 16.00. We were accepted on the condition that we would clear a table by six, because everything is booked. I would like to see these visitors who booked everything there so quickly, as if there was nowhere better to go in Bishkek.. the interior is completely tasteless, no Japanese flair for you, stupidly mossy retro. But this is the topic of another review. The menu was brought to us in two volumes, in wooden covers, like the church lives of saints. In good restaurants, the menu fits on one piece of paper, because such a large number of dishes offered in a small place will definitely not be fresh, which we immediately saw. The sushi was like in a supermarket from the refrigerator: ice-cold rice from a week ago. What the hell is the Japanese chef? A real Japanese knows that the rice in sushi should not have time to cool down to the end and not from the refrigerator in any way, the pieces of fish should be with tears, and not dried up from waiting for some suckers to order them and pull them out of the refrigerator. What prevented the so-called Japanese chef from cooking fresh rice on Saturday before the opening, and the rice was somehow wrong - garbage, that's all. And the apotheosis happened with a salad of toasted salmon skin with seaweed. In fact, a dish was brought that did not match either the description or the picture. At first we thought that the waiter had mixed up and brought someone else's order, but we were told that this was what we ordered. But let me tell you, they brought us a green salad sprinkled with salmon crumbs, as if from a tin can, and rings of sweet pepper, instead of fried salmon skin. Even if we had never been to Japanese restaurants around the world, we would still be able to distinguish salmon skin from half-eaten moose crumbs. They started telling us about some kind of technology that does not match the description. Okay, then why didn't the waiter tell you about these differences between the pictures with the description on the menu and the cooking technology when he took the order? In general, without touching the dish, we refused it. But they went further - Even if we had never been to Japanese restaurants around the world, we would still be able to distinguish the skin of salmon from half-eaten moose crumbs. They started telling us about some technology that doesn't match the description. Okay, then why didn't the waiter tell you about these differences between the pictures with the description on the menu and the cooking technology when he took the order? In general, without touching the dish, we refused it. But they went further and included it in the bill. We refused to pay, but they told us that they would wrap it with them, that's arrogance! It rarely happened in my life, only a couple of times, that something was wrong with the dish, while the restaurant apologized and certainly did not include it in the bill. Let's forget about this incident with the dish. It is more interesting for future visitors to know about the quality of food. Well, it's disgusting. Or we haven't had enough to drink. Who writes all these laudatory reviews? Maybe they are sweeter than the skin of a sponge and decorated with rings of sweet pepper, K.
A great place, the chef is Japanese, you can immediately see the order, cleanliness and excellent service!
It is only necessary to book tables in advance)))
I will only say that seafood is offered , the price is for average opportunities . A look from the outside. Every year, a colorful show is organized next to the institution! It gathers regulars, passers-by and people living nearby. The drums are beating.Lasts about 3 hours , until dark .Employees meet and escort visitors.
