We took Gal Trans from Bucharest to Chisinau and back. The bus was very comfortable with a strong wifi. The drivers were nice, helpful, and careful. They stopped a couple of times each direction for a refresh break for food, toilets, and smoke.
When we arrived in Bucharest on the return trip at 19:00 we were the last ones off the bus. Another passenger had taken one of our bags by mistake and left theirs. Gal Trans was extremely helpful and focused on ensuring we retrieved our bag quickly. Fortunately, the person who took the wrong bag returned soon after we left to exchange bags. We immediately received a call via WhatsApp that our bag had been returned and could be picked up at the bus that evening. The bus station was closed, but the bus driver waited until we could return to retrieve our bag. We were so grateful for the person who returned our bag so quickly and to the Gar driver and support staff who called us to ensure we retrieved our bag that evening. By about 20:15, we had our bag again! Well done, Gar team! Grateful for your customer focus and thinking to call us on WhatsApp since we did not have our home sim card in our phones!

I promise that they will be in St. Petersburg on August 19 in the evening. But that was not the case. Tickets to Chisinau were booked for August 20, but had to be cancelled. I wouldn't be outraged if there was nothing to compare it with. On August 17, at 8 a.m., on a circle in Kikovo, another carrier Tiraspol Moscow St. Petersburg went to Russia. And on the 19th at 23 o'clock I was in St. Petersburg. And transfer services, or how to transfer documents to me, the cost is 1500 rubles. A SHAMEFUL COMPANY AND ITS DIRECTOR!!! This is the first and last time I use the services of this company. I repeat my review, the previous one was deleted, then I will explain why. Nothing personal, just the facts. I booked 4 seats at a table on the bus for the family on the Chisinau-Moscow flight by phone, 2 months before departure, when the bus was absolutely not busy booking, we were in fact the first. Lilia Galupa personally booked our seats by phone, who assured us that she was the director of the company, decides everything herself, and even sweetly offered to buy an extra seat for half the price. After booking, there was a note on the company's website and in the company's application about our reserved seats, which corresponded to our application. A few days before departure, the company confirmed our reservation. We arrive at the train station - a SURPRISE, our seats are occupied by drivers, they have set up a mini warehouse with water and other things there. For all the explanations that these are our places, they don't care. They put them where it is convenient for them, on the second floor, saying that they decide for themselves what to do on their bus. The director of the company that confirmed the reservation to us, filled her mouth with water on the day of departure, did not answer the phone, the operators and the dispatcher homed, the drivers homed. In short, "everything for passengers." As a result, we were put on the second floor. It's more interesting next. We emotionally write a negative review on the Internet, and lo and behold, the director of the company was immediately found, who handed over to the dispatcher who was riding next to the bus SO that WE COULD BE DROPPED off in Balti if we did not like something. The dispatcher in Balti gave us audio messages from the director, in which she obscures us passengers and her clients throughout the program and insists on our disembarkation. My recommendations: never book tickets through operators without supporting documents, if something goes wrong, do not prove anything to anyone. They took the money for the trip from us easily, but they didn't give us a check or tickets, they showed us only lists of passengers on paper. In Chisinau, when boarding and in Balti, we had nothing to show to prove our case, it turns out we just boarded the bus without travel documents. Be vigilant, because you are welcome only as long as they charge you money.

The bus was supposed to arrive in Balti by 18:00.
We called the operators for an hour and were told that the bus was delayed due to traffic jams in Chisinau.
Here, of course, the operator acted very incorrectly, not having an understanding of where the bus was speaking, just not to be silent.
As a result, they decided to give us the driver's number, when we called the bus was already at the border.
We had to catch up by taxi, which cost us more than 1 ticket to Prague.
My advice to operators is that when passengers call you, clarify the data and of course you will first find out where the driver is and why he is not in place, then pass it to the passengers.
We were taken away, that's a plus.
After the border, the driver asked to pay for the fare, allegedly he did not have info on our tickets, although we already had everything paid online (go to the new century guys, automate and improve your service).
Fortunately, we insisted on our rightness and after 5 minutes a miracle happened and said everything was found.
If this situation is not a human factor but a failure in the system, then it is worth finalizing. It is worth having a conversation with operators and drivers.
Numerous letters were sent and a conversation was held, no one reimbursed the money spent on a taxi, referring to the fact that the trip was realized.
This is a small part of this whole story, the sediment remained negative.
We sent my mother to Chisinau from Moscow , my mother was satisfied, so many emotions from the polite drivers SERGEY, YURI and GEORGE and the girl assistant in the car , attention was paid to every passenger, free tea, coffee, croissants!! The film of your choice included! The trip turned into a tourist trip to Europe! They do not charge money for additional baggage, as in other companies...I arrived in Moscow by minibus, the bus is much easier!!! I recommend this company to everyone! Situation: Arrived at the Chisinau-Severny bus station 1 hour earlier and decided to try to leave on the flight before mine, if possible. I turned to the first bus driver I came across with a question whether I could leave earlier by bus of the same company, to which I received an indignant refusal from the driver that allegedly this creates big problems for drivers and therefore he will not take me at all. And it turned out to be the driver of my flight. After talking with the driver, I contacted the bus transportation company that owns the bus by phone, where I was informed that the driver explained everything to you and we can not help in any way. As a result, the full bus left without me, taking on board a "stowaway" in my place.
Thus, the driver can, at his discretion, deprive any passenger of the opportunity to travel if he does not like him, even if he has a ticket booked. The company's management supports such a vicious practice. I bought a ticket for another flight, another company, and left after 15 minutes, and if a passenger plans to transfer to a train or plane, then such a refusal by the driver can disrupt all plans. I strongly do not recommend using GAL Trans passenger buses, especially since there are many other conscientious bus carriers.
