It doesn't taste like kharcho, but just tomato soup with meat, unfortunately. Try kharcho in Tiflis and you will understand what a real and proper kharcho is.
Pepper (spice) is behaving very strangely. It's almost tasteless. I think we need to find another brighter pepper. By adding it to khinkali, the taste of the khinkali themselves does not change at all. Which is very frustrating.
Khinkali took the classic ones, I didn't like it. It doesn't look like Khinkali at all. The broth has a strange taste (sweet and meaty), not the taste of broth with spices and there is little of it. Spices are also scarce, greens are scarce. That is, in fact, I ate meat with dough, not khinkali.
I'll try it with mutton next time. I want to eat real kharcho and khinkali in a Georgian restaurant. And it would also be cool if you add the "ostri" dish to the menu.
I will be happy if my feedback helps you get better.
I would put three stars, but today is just a good mood. ✌️

I don't recommend this place.
Inexpensive yes, but there are many places in Minsk where it is inexpensive.
I ran in hungry, took a Caesar salad and lobio with bread, but I couldn't eat.
There is a lot of vegetable oil, it is impossible to eat. There is too much mayonnaise in the salad, spoils the taste, lobio is the worst in my life, the wrong recipe and a lot of butter. And their ‘traditional’ bread seems to be made not from flour and water, but from sunflower oil.
There were still 2 tables in the hall with me, both were extremely dissatisfied with the service, they waited for orders for a long time

I was with my parents at the institution. Expectations were not met, despite numerous positive reviews. They position themselves as a snack bar - and this is really a snack bar, not a cafe, and even more so not a restaurant. Come to lunch to eat, if you are nearby. Nutritious, inexpensive. But if you plan to spend a cozy evening in the company, this is not the place. It is very small, 15 centimeters between the tables, the interior is mediocre, the toilets are not cleaned. But you can still put up with all this. What upset me the most: during our stay there - about 2 hours - some packages of bottles were rumbled past the table through the entire establishment 4 times. It felt like I was at a train station.
Service: during the acceptance of the order, the waiter, without listening to the end, interrupted the speech and ran to the door to meet other guests. I apologized, of course, but the unpleasant aftertaste remained.
In general, I recommend choosing another place to get acquainted with Georgian cuisine.

I wish prosperity to the institution, but without the Georgian flag on its walls!! These khinkali are just a shame, in a magnet they taste more like Georgian! I got the impression that you are not eating khinkali , but Uzbek samsa with a bunch of cumin ! There was no smell of beef , just pork , bland . Satsebeli was generally finished off when I realized that it was made of cheap ketchup !!! Hire a Georgian chef if you position yourself as a Georgian restaurant or cafe and don't embarrass yourself further.

I visited this wonderful place for the first time. Very tasty homemade wine, we took 1 liter red, but we were persuaded to take 1.5 liters and a cheese plate as a gift! Adjarian khachapuri is beyond praise, dolma and champignons are just great, grilled chicken thighs are also very tasty and juicy. I liked everything very much, the atmosphere is pleasant, it turns out that you need to book a table in advance on the weekend. I regret that I did not know about this place before, now it will be one of my favorites))

It's a good place. It works until 12 at night. I ordered red homemade wine, kharcho and pork kebab. Everything is exceptionally delicious. For a portion of shish kebab, 300 g of free side dish and sauce. The wine is drunk like compote, there is no alcohol taste, after 10 minutes it relaxes well. :))
