We were celebrating a birthday. I wanted to treat myself to Georgian dishes. There are no questions about salads. They are very tasty, especially the Tbilisi salad. Khachapuri was upset. According to some secret recipe, they did not put cheese in them, but cottage cheese. Phali was also upset, there should be an elastic ball, and this is something spreading... Well, they definitely didn't. The kebab was very tasty, soft, juicy. I would like to express my gratitude to our waiter, a young guy, did not ask for the name, unfortunately. He watched our table very well, everything was served and cleaned on time. The table was booked in advance, so everything was ready for our arrival.The atmosphere itself is inviting, pleasant background music. Overall, thank you for a pleasant evening.

I have been going to this restaurant for a long time, when it was not so popular yet.
Is it delicious? Yes, the wine is also very good
But the service has slipped, the waiters don't seem to care about the visitors at all
You wait 20 minutes for the order to be accepted, you wait 20 minutes for the calculation, I don't say anything about food at all, you can spend a good hour waiting. Needless to say, we have to carry the cheese plate for 40 minutes, but it would seem that all we need to do is put everything on a plate

Subjective opinion: homemade wine is excellent. Ciabatta is also good. Phali is an amateur, I don't really like when the dish is brought directly on a wooden reusable Board.
Staff: when you order khinkali, in the place of the waiter to say: "I don't like khinkali at all and here I'm not your adviser" - it's strange when you realize that you came to a Georgian restaurant, specifically for this. It is also not very appropriate for the waiter to upsell for alcohol at the beginning of the working week. it would be more correct to start with this when the client has questions about alcohol. Regarding lemonades, again, it was not possible to get any comments, since according to the waiter: "I last drank Duchess at the age of 6."
Khinkali: cooked well, but the minced meat is for an amateur, very similar to the one that usually goes in frozen products. Not spicy, the minced meat is dense, there is not much juice, there is cilantro everywhere, which is also not very good, since there are people who do not like this herb (in my defense, I want to say that there are other establishments where there are khinkali ONLY with meat, without cilantro).
Three Stars - the overall impression of the place, taste and communication with the staff. If I had to compare this place with the Khinkalnya chain, I would give it 2 Stars. Therefore, without relying on the experience of visiting such establishments, I believe that this is an absolutely adequate rating.

The worst Khinkali in the world. Remove the flag of Georgia from there, the establishment has nothing in common with this wonderful cuisine. Smelly meat without spices and herbs, khachapuri has the cheapest cheese, which tastes and has the consistency of a powder. We made an order with ourselves and threw away this shame.
