We visited this institution on July 7, 2024.The interior corresponds to the beer theme by 100%.There are several halls inside, the furniture is quite comfortable.The menu is interesting, there is a national cuisine.A huge selection of beer for every taste of good quality. There are also tinctures with different flavors on the menu, cumin has an unusual taste, but this is for an amateur.We ordered pork ears in spicy sauce, fish finger, main dishes dranburger, Irish standing for an appetizer.The dishes are cooked perfectly, everything is very tasty.Good service.I recommend you to visit.

I definitely recommend it. We were in the summer. Cool veranda, helpful and friendly staff. The beer selection is great, I recommend the Petrus line. The food is decent, everything is cooked in the best traditions of Belarus. The decoration inside the bar is modern and noble. I delivered a TV inside the women's toilet :-)
Even if you don't like beer, come and see how the museum is. Yes, cherry tincture is beyond praise.

We had dinner at this place on 09/28/24. As for the kitchen, there are no questions. Satisfying, delicious. The interior is also not bad, the only drawback is it's a little cramped.
Now why is it BAD:
I strongly recommend that everyone who wants to visit this institution do not relax and carefully check the bill brought by the waiter when calculating, check it line by line! It seems to be a well-known rule, but after a busy tourist day, relaxing from food and alcohol, as well as being impressed by the cleanliness and order (at least externally) in Belarus, I did not check the bill. Alas and Ah! The waiter Maxim Si-ying managed to include dishes and drinks in it (more expensive of course), which we did not order. Of course, I won't go broke from this deception, but it's annoying... Once again, you are convinced that people are the same everywhere and you need to keep your ears sharp everywhere. Hence, such an assessment is BAD. Cheating and deceiving visitors is BAD.
P.S. The restaurant administration - do not be ashamed, do not include thermal boxes for food that the visitor takes with him, on the bill.

Just a top place if you want to drink delicious beer. A large assortment for every taste. Good staff, they will help with the choice if you do not know what to take. The food is also great, I have already gone several times, always a great impression. Perhaps the best place to get high with friends or family. If you find yourself in Minsk and want delicious beer and good food, then you should go to Gambrinus! Right at the entrance, it may seem that you are somewhere in the Czech Republic...or maybe in Germany? A wonderful and tastefully decorated room consisting of several halls decorated in different styles. When visiting, we decided to try several different types - dark, the production of Belarus turned out to be wonderful! And the ordered food is beyond praise - the Munich sausages seemed even tastier to us than in Munich! We were with a friend a couple of times. We would have gone again, but we came to Minsk only for the weekend. Good location, in the very center. The room is not very large, but there were always places during the day. The audience is different, both local and out-of-towners. They cook very tasty, the portions are large. Классический бар, все из дерева, огромные столы, чучела животных и птиц, флаги разных стран, много сортов пива

Поесть трудно!!! Точнее трудно дождаться своей еды )))
Мы пришли вечером в воскресенье, людей было не много.
Официант принял заказ обещал 30 40 мин
Прошел час еды нет. Мы начали скандалить вынесли драники, ничего так съедобные
Еще через 30 мин нам с боем отдали дораду
Как будто ее ловили и убивали все это время
Мы так проголодались что сожрали рыбу до костей, буквально обглодали.
Запили вином и удались
Самое запоминающееся в ресторане очень быстрый вайфай!!! Прям ну очень скоростной!!!

A wide range of beers. ..But from the food: salad with roast beef and pork ears according to the old Belarusian recipe leave much to be desired. The roast beef was overcooked and the combination of roast beef with parmesan is quite strange. The shrimp and avocado salad had 2 small pieces of avocado and 2 shrimp.. In general, if you want to drink beer with a standard snack of croutons, then you can visit this place. If you also want to eat, you can stay hungry.

I took 2 Czech beers: Budweiser and Pilsner urquel, draught, the foam immediately went somewhere, the taste vaguely resembled the original. The croutons that were on the beer plate... Well, these are not beer croutons, they are just fried pieces of bread. Tartar is sad. A plate with sliced beer - lard and roll in various variations, a little bit of kabanos... We could also work with sauces, mustard with horseradish, which no one eats, please, but something delicious... these are still snacks for beer, not vodka. There are no complaints about the service and staff.

One of the favorite places in Minsk with traditional local cuisine with a good beer hall. I tried soups: solyanka, borscht and excellent spicy goulash, beer snacks, schnitzel, as well as the highlight of the institution — Irish pork ham with Jack Daniels sauce (pictured).
