Good food but the prices are more compare to quality

I visited the restaurant and was very satisfied. Top-level service: the waiters were attentive and helpful. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and cozy. I especially remember the delicious menu with a variety of dishes. I will definitely come back here again!

A very tasty lunch offer at a nice price. Food 5/5. Anyone can find dishes to taste for themselves – both a lover of something unusual, and a connoisseur of more traditional cuisine.
I would like to note the attentive, unobtrusive service in the person of the waiter Alexander – he brought all the dishes very quickly, clarified whether he liked everything, was in sight all the time. Polite, competent speech, pleasant smile.
In general, the atmosphere of the establishment is very comfortable and cozy! And the interior is very instagrammable – the photos are just super!

We visited this network outside of the Republic of Belarus. I liked the first visit, it was delicious and very close to the taste of cooking this chain in Warsaw, I also liked the service.
But after visiting again, we were very disappointed, but without despair we came for the third time and this time spoiled the relationship to this institution completely and for always. We go to this restaurant regularly in Dana and in Palazzo.
Delicious! but there are two "buts":
1. the staff is incredibly slow, or there are simply not enough of them. You constantly need to invite the waiters yourself to sit at the table and take the order.
Today, as a result, they left altogether after they had been sitting for 20-25 minutes and no one came to us for an order, even after I had already gone myself and asked to take an order.
2. There are regularly no dishes that are on the menu. I can order Laksa soup every other time, ice cream in batter is the same.

I really love Gan Bei, the dishes are all delicious, the serving is cool! Price=quality is consistent. We really love the cuisine of this restaurant. But the service in the restaurant of the Palazzo shopping center chain is not very good...It feels good. We go once a month or a month and a half. We got the set mixed up today. The administrator appeared about 20 minutes after we said that we had the wrong thing. No apologies were even said. Apparently such simple words as sorry are very difficult. Since we tried the dish and realized that we had fish under the clip and not beef, we were told that they would not change the eaten dish. I.e. you tried it, which means you ate it...this cuisine (for which we love it) involves vegetables, chicken, fish in identical batters. It's not clear from the outside until you eat it. We write a review for managers and owners. Maybe he'll clean up the staff. The cuisine is delicious. I would like a normal service. I work with people myself and it's not difficult for me to smile and be attentive and caring. PUT THE WORK OF THE STAFF IN ORDER! To be happy and polite with visitors is what we all want. Отдыхали компании в субботу, все очень понравилось, здорово что есть такая история как заказать 70% порции (так как они очень большие ). Ожидания горячих блюд было около 30-40минут , закуски напитки принесли быстро, как по мне 30-40 минут для выходного дня это очень даже хорошо, учитывая то что гостей кроме нас было много , персонал общительный и знает свою работу. В общем 10 из 10

Выбрали с подругой это место чтобы отдохнуть. На входе в заведение заметили акцию, когда сели за стол меню с этой акцией нам не дали. Мы заказали напитки и попросили принести нам акционное меню. После того как нам принесли то самое меню, мы ждали нового прихода официанта пол часа. Свои лимонады мы ждём все ещё (30 минут). Когда мы сделали наконец-то заказ еды, официант не очень охотно рассказывал что ещё идет в набор к сету и в целом не был доволен тем, что мы заказали.
Само по себе заведение приятное, расположение неплохое, красивый интерьер, большое меню. Но отношение официанта оставляет желать лучшего. Официанта кстати зовут Евгений)

Посетила недавно открывшийся ресторан! Восторг не возможно описать словами, лучше приходить и смотреть и, конечно, пробовать блюда из меню на любой вкус и предпочтения. Особенно хочется отметить дизайн и интерьер. Понравилось как детали дополняют друг друга, радуют глаз и и вызывают непреодолимое желание сделать памятные фото для себя и красивые фото для соц. сетей, чтобы как можно больше посетителей обязательно стали гостями ресторана и увидели также душевный приём. Классно, что в копилке плюс одно место, где можно душевно, вкусно и красиво провести время!
