At the end of May, I was at a doctor's appointment with Drugochenko (office 9). I came after removing the plaster, they put it on me in another city, there was a closed fracture without displacement.
I was extremely dissatisfied with the reception, as the doctor behaved disrespectfully and rudely, after looking at my picture, where a crack was visible, she said that I did not have any fracture, this is generally absurd...In her opinion, I just suffered like that for a month and walked with crutches and a cast and invented all this. There was a conclusion from another doctor and a picture on his hands. Thus, she also confirmed that the other doctor is not a specialist and it is not known who at all. At the entrance, she did not even greet me, as if ordinary people were not her equal, she did not specify how what happened and how my leg was at that moment. In short, I would not like to get to her again and would not advise anyone. And I'm not the only one who thinks so, sitting in line I heard comments from other people who were at her reception.
Probably the only poor medical institution in Mogilev, and maybe the whole Republic of Belarus. Everything is on stream, the attention to visitors is about zero... At one time, the mother was called an alcoholic at the reception (they came with blue fingers), although she does not accept alcohol even close...I had an X-ray done on a woman with the wrong leg... A relative was "cured of scaliosis" from a single X-ray (with a doctor's opinion, of course)... At the same time, he was ill from birth... They did not admit the mistake, did not apologize, and radiated again... They said that they did it wrong twice in Minsk, but we are professionals... The head does not have time to figure it out, she, before the question, talked for half an hour on the phone "about panties", apparently with a friend... "I'm going to drop everything now and go figure it out," is her answer... There is no queuing and reception of visitors!!! Everyone finds an argument for themselves - "repeatedly, without waiting in line"... Dear residents of Mogilev, cross the road to Pervosovetskaya or call an Ambulance... They will treat you with respect as a Person, explore everything, help you with empathy and understanding!!!!
Boorish attitude towards patients. When visiting the emergency room on 04.11.2024, I experienced all the boorish and disrespectful attitude towards patients from the head of the trauma center, Natalia Mikhailovna Denisenko. If a doctor is in an unhealthy state in the workplace and in a bad mood, then these are the doctor's problems and patients should not suffer from this. And you need to keep your negativity and discontent to yourself and express it in special places, and not as not on the site.
Ahaha, no, well, the staff is present, this is definitely a plus. The attitude towards customers is like towards free customers, which is also generally expected.
The queue ... well, thoughts that the fracture will somehow heal itself there visit every 15 minutes of every hour spent in the queue. Thus, for the twentieth time, this mantra sounds more convincing than a moan of pain :)
Today, on 21.7.24, I went to the emergency room with a serious injury. I was just surprised how quickly and professionally I was helped by a team led by doctor D.A. Ivanov.
I express my great gratitude to you dear doctors, Success to you dear ones in your noble work!!!
It's a purely boyish place, although real chicks fly here too, they won't stand on ceremony with you here, they'll fix it, they'll put it on, or you'll put it on here, as you're lucky.
People know the pile of work, but as always there is, but watching patients very often you hear about rudeness on the part of the doctor and not to both sides
I had to go with an injury recently.Very quickly and promptly examined.Honestly, I didn't even expect it.The receptionist is very nice receptionist Alesya.Polite, everything was quickly arranged.Very good impressions remained.
I would like to express my gratitude to the medical staff of this institution. Especially Khaletsky In C for his sensitive and attentive attitude, a very cordial doctor!
After the injury, I had to go to the emergency room. I want to share my impressions. First: it is a pity that so far in our wonderful city a clinic building has not been built that will meet all the requirements for receiving patients with limb injuries. A building in which there will be no steps so that patients can enter painlessly. It is spacious, since two people cannot miss each other in narrow corridors. And this is the emergency room!!! Second: today at the reception, the doctor Drugochenko S.V. behaved rudely, allowed herself insults, even obscene language at the end of the reception. I have never encountered such an attitude towards a sick patient before. Today I experienced a real shock! What's happening? There is a doctor who allows himself to humiliate you, she doesn't care about all your problems. The nurse who is nearby leaves the reception immediately when she sees that a conflict situation is brewing, so as not to become a witness: medical ethics. Instead of somehow smoothing out the inadequacy of the doctor, she just leaves the office. Apparently, she was tired of all this herself. How is this acceptable in the 21st century: at the end of the reception, turning away from the camera, the doctor sends you half-whispered obscenities? The person who came for advice, help? What's happening? If you don't want to work, retire, quit, make room for another doctor. I wish you, dear doctor, to be treated the same way you do. Third, there are other doctors working here: kind, attentive, ready to help. Thank you to all of them very much! The work is certainly hard. Good health to real doctors! Patience and optimism!
The emergency room itself is good. The location is not very good. It's a long way to get there. It's difficult without a car at all. There is parking, but when there is a large influx of people, there is a catastrophic shortage. Moreover, an ambulance can also come and take patients to the hospital.
The specialists are good. But also when it's injury season, the queue is huge. And first to get to the doctor, then a kilometer-long queue for a picture. Then back to the doctor. You can get stuck not only for an hour, not for one day! We need at least one more specialist for the season.
I have already published my review, The purpose of the institution justifies itself, but the small room for patients is too small, the television came and filmed a report, but there is no shift, everything is as before
Hello! I can only say good things about the emergency room. I faced such a problem myself. The doctors are smart, the nurses are attentive. Everyone did their best. The only negative is that there are always a lot of people, the issue of admission is not completely thought out, or there are not enough doctors, or the room is too small....
Excellent staff, professionalism of doctors!!!The husband of 1 January broke his leg 2 in the morning, everything went very quickly professionally, despite the fact that it was a day off.We are being treated by Tabanyukhin's doctor, we do not have attentive attention to him and his nurse!Thank you, people in white coats, for your help and understanding, and professionalism!!!
Contact us here and highly qualified doctors will help you quickly. The staff is very polite. They take it very quickly . Treating patients politely will be done without pain. But it's better not to come here, but if you fall, don't worry. They will do everything on a high level painlessly .
This is a separate story. On February 12, I brought my mother, people are apparently invisible, 1 office is working. We sat for 3 hours at the reception, 1 hour after the picture was taken back to the reception, and laughter and sin. People brawled, of course, but there is no fault of doctors, there is a shortage of trauma doctors. But where are they? Meduniver Vitebsk, Minsk, where did they go, huh?
I had a chance to visit this institution with Dr. Tabanyukhin S.K. This is not a doctor, he should not be allowed to see patients...he expresses himself obscenely, is rude, for the entire period of treatment, he was only worried when I was pleased to close the sick leave. I did not hear my complaints about the pain in the bruised joint at all, when examining the sparks from the eyes from the pain! This is not a doctor, but a butcher! There should be no such doctors, we are asking you for help, and we did not come to your house personally and demand anything! You need to be more humane, do not forget that you are wearing a white coat!
Thank you for the timely assistance, for the professionalism of the med.the staff. I would like to thank doctor Pechoro V.V. for his attentive and friendly attitude towards people.
To get to the doctor, you need to stand in line for several hours. There is not much place to sit down. And the saddest thing is that the pictures are taken any way. Dad with a hip fracture took 2 weeks until he went to take a picture at the polyclinic at his place of residence again... I went to the emergency room myself for several years, they wrote a sprain when there was actually a crack... That's the attitude and service...
Thanks to the surgeons for their prompt help! I got in with a fracture and received a high-quality consultation! We promptly took pictures, put on a cast and told my further actions point by point! There are no problems with bandages after the hospital. The only negative is queues(((((
On the day when I got to the emergency room, there were not many people, the ball specialist in the registry was polite and courteous. The surgeon who sewed my finger "aerobatics" sewed everything neatly, the scar is small.(I don't remember the last name, a man in years , tall , of medium build)
I rarely visit this institution (this is a plus), I recently had to apply. Thanks to the doctor for the prescribed treatment, it helped in two days. But if these two days were not my days off, but working days, then I would work on one leg, because a bruise is not considered a reason not to go to work, and I have hard physical labor. The main thing is that everything is culturally polite and help is provided for free!
I was here on the agenda, I decided to ask myself what I should do with it, they said that I would take a separate direction and go another time, because the pranksters still work there, all some kind of evil, not a pleasant place
They work whenever possible. Quickly. Such a stream of people. And doctors calmly explain everything without nerves. Well done. There are always a lot of people. We are such lucky Mogilev residents.
By the end of winter, she was injured: dislocated her right arm and severely injured her shoulder.
I was received by Dr. Drugochenko Svetlana Vitalievna. A very responsive, friendly, professional doctor. Even personally, she helped me put on a special bandage correctly, helped me take off and subsequently put on clothes. She is very attentive, sensitive, pleasant as a doctor and a person.
I am very grateful to her for her help, I am glad that I got to see her.
I wish her continued success in her work and personal life.
A cramped room. Is it really impossible to make it more spacious? Because of the tightness, all the patients are on edge. There are no questions for doctors - they are being muddied, but they just do their job perfectly, without snapping, without nerves, but calmly answering questions, giving explanations, calming down. I bow low to the doctors for working in such conditions. There are really professionals working there.

Everything is fine, although there are not enough places to sit for an hour, the interior is a bit old, but the service is excellent.
The attitude is good towards patients. Waiting times vary, it depends on the weather, there are a lot of people on holidays, but this does not affect the attitude towards patients.
The child was not accepted, but they could have.We did not know when they arrived, as they were geographically closer, we were sent to a children's emergency room.I think this is not right, we did not even look at the child, there are different cases.
