The staff guys are tired, you can see it in their indifferent eyes. After landing, we waited for the menu (only the menu) for 30 minutes, because it was not there initially.
After we found the menu ourselves, we waited for someone else to take the order. The first waiter had disappeared. They pulled the second girl, and as a result, she disappeared. On the third try, a guy came over to take the order.
And looking at the big picture, this problem wasn't just with our table. They "forgot" about many tables with clients.
If you order something, you need to try to attract the attention of the waiter so that he notices you (there was not a full fit, by the way), while standing with a colleague on his finger, twirling the tray out of boredom)). By the way, they listen inattentively.
The vaguest thing about it all is that you had to ask for change, because it's perceived as a tip, apparently. Even if there are not only 5,10,15,20 rubles for change, but more, they also do not bring it. More precisely, they bring it after a request with a displeased face.
In short, the institution does. The staff should relax and be more friendly (at the same time, any client understands inside that working on a thread is exhausting and you can miss something). But it seems like it's too much)

The quality of the food is excellent. A big request. Accelerate the return rate of the lunch and main menu because waiting 40 minutes for the order of the lunch menu and the main menu. There are 3 tables in the hall, waiting for any dish for an average of 40 minutes. It is very unpleasant to wait for an order for 40 minutes and eat faster because lunch time is not 2 hours, but 30-60 minutes.

There is no limit to indignation! We came with the children to a pizza-making workshop. It's a snake! UNSANITARY CONDITIONS! The children were given a table in the area where people walk (the entrance from the street, the entrance to the Car Park and the Garage between the halls). They brought all the dirty aprons, stained, and when asked if they had any normal clean ones, the answer was "we don't have time to wash them." What!?))) How so!!!! They don't know how to conduct MK. Unfortunately, they didn't teach me how to work with children, but the guy wasn't to blame for this - the cafe's management had failed. During cooking, they left us with the ingredients and told us that you would do it yourself, but you would come in and call. And again, the question is: what did we come for? I can pick up the kids at home and cook pizza myself. But the "cherry" of MK was that while working with the test, a cleaner drove around us!!!!! Kaaak!??? THE SUBSTATION! Explain to the institution that this is not the norm!!!! They didn't leave just because the kids said they didn't want to go anywhere else. We believed that friendly staff and interactive interaction with children would smooth out all the incidents, but no. I wrote in the complaint book, after which the waiter looked at us as if we were to blame for a seemingly ruined event.

I love this place, I often come here. It's nice to sit with a friend over a cup of coffee or with the children on a day off. We are pleased with the 2 shares at the price of 1 on weekdays. And almost always everything is delicious. Of the things I didn't like, perhaps I can only remember cherry lemonade and carabonara pizza. But this is not because of the quality of the products, but purely personal taste preferences.
The service is good, the staff is pleasant, although it is constantly changing.

We went to Gatstrofest, we liked the food, at first we liked the service-the guy was unobtrusive, which is a plus, we asked his colleague to calculate, asked how I was talking on the card (cash was planned for tea), so here the good impressions faded, we waited for 15 minutes for the calculation, longer than we ate, our waiter came up a second time and I asked the same question again with a card or cash, they answered, and everything blew away the man, we sit waiting, he went back and forth, brought new customers appliances, even though they were still without food, approached everyone except us, saw that we were waiting with an empty table, calculate us a minute of time, and walked, and went, we no longer understand what is happening, I wanted to go again to find out if they had forgotten about our table, the guy came, no apologies for such a delay or an explanation of why, if there is something with the terminal, you can warn the guest that you will have to wait so many minutes for the calculation. We came out upset, we spoiled the mood, of course we didn't give the guy a tip anymore, the day is gone, there is no loading, the landing is minimal, how so is not clear. There is an assumption that the guys are deliberately messing with the guests with cards, thinking that there will be no tea (((otherwise I can't get myself drunk.. it's a pity, the cafe itself is cool, the cook is good, the dishes are beautiful and I liked the service at first. 2 adults came in a great mood, left depressed. You can't do that to guests.

Tom yam was amazed by the abundance of shrimps - 6 small shrimps of 2 cm each. Today is Tuesday, so I paid 20byn for this "abundance", and it would have been 40.
I wouldn't give more than 5 for each of them.
