The only advantage of the establishment is its location.I don't recommend it-it's tasteless, the staff is young, but completely untrained, the room is full of chaos, different waiters approach the table, always forgetting one thing or another.The salad was brought, and the appliances after, when asked if the 2nd pizza was ready, the waiter replied that she did not know, she did not look, they brought onion rings, and cheese sauce 20 minutes later.A cleaning lady in a dirty uniform runs around the hall.The toilet is OK, there's even a hand cream-I'll give you a second star for that.

One of the favorite places in Vitebsk.Excellent service, good cuisine, reasonable price tag.We visit regularly for breakfast and not only, a pleasant bonus is the points in the application, which you can use to pay part of the check. A good location in the city center. There is a children's play area. A veranda has been installed for the summer. Lots of tables. The kitchen is certainly not top class. In the Greek salad, cherry tomatoes were cut into small pieces, but everything is basically delicious.

They were regular customers of the establishment. But now there is no desire to return to this cafe. Our evening is ruined. This is not respect for customers.

Today, at lunch, I asked to correct the drink, the manager Alla, violently indignant (not for the first time I have observed such a reaction), bulging her eyes began to prove to me why she could not correct the drink. She ruined my mood and appetite with her tantrum.
I ask you to draw the attention of the management to who is in charge of the staff - "the fish is rotting from the head." The manager should solve the problem, not create it out of the blue.
Due to the fact that there is no customer orientation and basic respect, you lose regular guests who bring you money. Don't you understand that?

The best pizza in Vitebsk. These cheese sides of thin dough create taste wonders. The cozy atmosphere and polite waiters complement the overall impression. There were 2 half-price pizzas on the promotion. The only inconvenience was that registration was needed, and for tourists it is not very convenient. We need a link to a Belarusian phone number. It would be nice if it could be done in other ways.As it is, everything is fine.

One of the advantages is the city center. The service is good. Perhaps that's all. The waiters do not have time to prepare the tables. They came- the tables are dirty. We sat down at one table and saw a note. Did you check with the waiter what it is?. Indeed, this table had to be vacated in an hour. Booking. It's good that you saw it. We moved to another table (it turned out to be dirty too). Did you bring the menu? While we were choosing, we brought the same note about the reservation. But at least we could sit there for more than an hour. It's unpleasant. Drinks were brought immediately (+). The food is frankly 3. I expected more for this price. And they also brought us one drink in a cracked glass... To give it its due, it was not included in the bill. The garage has a lot to work on.

On July 14, 2024, we went to a cafe. During the Slavic bazaar, there were a lot of people. But the waitress found us a table for two. The menu was served to us, after that we waited for 20 minutes for one of the waiters to come up to us to place an order. We wanted to order draniki, but as it was explained to us that we would have to wait 50 minutes due to the large influx of visitors. We decided to limit ourselves to a non-alcoholic mango drink with basil and ice cream. We waited another 30 minutes!!!! Because of the ice cream with a drink! They wanted to leave already. And suddenly they brought us drinks, without ice cream! The drink tasted absolutely disgusting. The ice cream was refused. I wasn't in the mood to wait another 30 minutes for ice cream. The conclusion is that there are isolated cases, the nuances are different, but it was in this cafe that I visited for the second time. And the first time we were also disappointed, since chicken broth with crackers and a milk cocktail were ordered (there was no Slavic bazaar), the broth was brought without crackers, the cocktail was not delicious, as if there was more water than ice cream. I gave two stars only to the waiters for their hard work, it was clear that they were very lacking, and those who worked simply did not have time to serve everyone quickly.
