Today, at lunch, I asked to correct the drink, the manager Alla, violently indignant (not for the first time I have observed such a reaction), bulging her eyes began to prove to me why she could not correct the drink. She ruined my mood and appetite with her tantrum.
I ask you to draw the attention of the management to who is in charge of the staff - "the fish is rotting from the head." The manager should solve the problem, not create it out of the blue.
Due to the fact that there is no customer orientation and basic respect, you lose regular guests who bring you money. Don't you understand that?

The restaurant prepared two spoiled Greek salads to take away, it was impossible to eat tomatoes and cucumbers, I just had to throw them away! The waiters are also upset, they don't know the menu, they can't tell you anything, they stand in groups and have fun chatting.
I do not advise anyone to visit this institution, as it is prepared from spoiled products that can simply poison you!

We ordered pizza delivery and tom yam soup with seafood. There were only mussels in the soup, there were no shrimps. The pizza is delicious. The service is 0 out of 10. We visited this place for the second time and did not receive any service.

On the first day we sat down at a good table, but we waited a long time for drinks and dishes.
I took the usual pancakes, there were only two of them. If you omit that it is not enough to saturate, even with a salad, the taste was dry and bland. I liked beetroot tartare with fried tofu, I ordered it from the lean menu. There were only five small cubes of tofu - it was strange.
My companion liked caesar with shrimps and pancakes with sausages very much.
The next day we came to the establishment to have breakfast. We sat for 10 minutes and no one brought the menu (the boarding was not complete), in general, no one even passed by and did not find out that we were sitting so sadly at an empty table.

Moreover, when you manage to catch a waiter running past, you will wait 20 minutes for the menu. Then 50 minutes (50 minutes!!! CARL!!! During this time, you can catch all the salmon in the rivers of Canada, bring them to Vitebsk and cook! Although they promised 15-20 minutes!) wait for the order. Then they will tell you that they do not know the names of the wines and look for them yourself. Then you will not be served separate dessert dishes, and you will have to pick at the biscuit with a greasy sausage fork. Then... then you'll want to get up and leave. This theater didn't even start with a hanger. The kitchen itself is pretty mediocre. If you have nowhere to put your time and money and you have nerves of steel, come in, I recommend other places to the rest, fortunately, they are in the city.

I came to visit Belarus . They recommended a garage establishment. I went to breakfast and lunch today 08.08.23 and everything was at the highest level. The waiters are friendly, the atmosphere is good. But no luck with dinner. I met a cheeky (or dissatisfied with my life and work ) the hostess. It 's good that she gave me the place to choose . She didn 't give me a paper menu , but I 'm not local and it 's hard for me to watch anything on the Internet . And she said this phrase in a rude form: "when you are ready, raise your hand, the waiter will come to you"
- OK. She chose and sat with her hand raised for 2 minutes , the hostess herself ignored this gesture, at least she would have passed it to the waiter. I had to go myself . I met the receptionist, she was happy to give me the Menu (which was in paper form!) . We decided not to stay after all . The look and communication of the hostesses spoiled the mood . But, once again, thank you so much for the delicious breakfast you have.

The dish I ate on the Internet-there is no menu, I don't remember the name, it starts with "You" from pancakes, sausages, mushroom sauce and fried eggs. Everything was on the level except for the pancakes. They were raw inside and I got the impression that they were made from frozen pancakes that are sold in hypermarkets. They were only partially defrosted and slightly fried. For a dish with a price of 16.9 rubles, this is profanity and deception of the client. I had to go to a diner to kill this terrible taste of raw draniki.

The first time I visited the place, I thought it seemed to me that the service was slow and poor. I came in a second time.
There were 20 minutes for a quick breakfast. I said that I wanted to order right away — the waiter, instead of helping with the menu, stood and said, then you will call. I stopped because I was in a hurry, ordered cheesecakes with sour cream and Americano and asked to bring everything as soon as it was ready. When after 15 minutes they didn't even bring me an Americano, and the next table, which came later, was served at the bar, I asked to cancel the coffee. To which I was informed that everything was ready. I didn't take the coffee out of the receipt. And after a couple of minutes, I heard the sound of the coffee machine working, and then the order was brought. Coffee without foam on top, as if it stood and boiled water was added🥲 it tastes the same as it looks — no way, I drank literally two sips.
There are several people at tables in the hall and three waiters with their backs to them. I recommend that the owners of the establishment control the quality of service, which spoils the whole impression of the food.

In general, it seems to be delicious and the staff is pleasant, but there is a huge fat minus for me personally. I ordered soup and pasta for myself. The soup was brought barely warm, which immediately spoiled the impression, but then almost immediately they also brought pasta (apparently in the same condition), so when it came to her turn, I had to eat completely cooled pasta (by the way, I advise those who do not like hard parsley in dishes not to put it). As a person who loves when the dishes are as hot as possible, it was not very pleasant for me.
I was also confused by the taste of a soft drink (like a mojito) that my girlfriend ordered, it turned out to be bitterly diluted. Maybe it should be like this, but personally, in my opinion, I think it shouldn't be like this)
You can go and spend time, you will not regret it, but I do not advise you to build special hopes for something incredible
