I booked a table a few days before the scheduled date!
We decided to celebrate my mother's birthday, the mood on this wonderful holiday was completely ruined…
It's very cold outside, it's pouring down a heavy downpour, the doors to the institution are open (as far as I understand one door was broken, and the second one was opened for some reason)
They showed us our table right in front of this broken door!! A table for 4, although I immediately warned on the phone that there would be 5 of us!
I asked them to transfer us to another table, to which they told me that all the others were booked.
I clarify the point, they did not tell us on the phone which table we would be seated at and I do not see a problem in changing the reservations, since such a situation has developed (at the time of our arrival there were a lot of empty tables with reservation signs)
As a result, the girl offered a table on the cold veranda, where people were sitting in jackets.
We came with a small child who started crying and saying that he was cold and did not want to sit in a jacket.
We were also offered a table for 4 and no one even thought to bring the 5th chair until I came up and asked.
I'm already silent about the fact that we were with a bouquet of flowers and no one guessed to offer a vase for flowers either)
As a result, once again, no one reacted to the request to transfer us to a warm hall.
We called a taxi and stood waiting for him at the entrance, no one asked why we were leaving!
Friends, I understand that you are hosting a food festival and during this period of time you have a big load!
But no one ever cancels the fact of customer orientation.
I think this attitude is absolutely inappropriate, it is a pity that the holiday was ruined because of your institution and staff.

They do not warn about the delay of the dish. 20 min waiting time. Okay 20 minutes have passed. What's next? Will there be information about readiness?
The wait for lunch is 40 minutes. Lunch!!! Isn't lunch just to have time to eat at lunch at work? . I'm sorry, but this is the first time such an emotional state from visiting a cafe.. Think about the service if you can't handle a large number of people or even a simple order.

We visited this institution on 25.11.23 (it was the day of the oath) and were disappointed to say the least. I do not dispute that our order was large, the dishes were all different + there were a lot of people. The waiter forgot about one portion of ribs + they were very salty, the pizza was generally one dough, coffee was brought in a glass of water)))for several hours while we were there, the waiter never took the dirty dishes herself, let alone wiped the table. At the next table, the waitress generally dropped a kettle with boiling water (I do not argue - it happens), but after dropping the appliances 2 times, it's worth thinking about. The service is weak . Of the advantages, I can only note that the order was brought within 30-40 minutes, otherwise there are only disadvantages.We often go to the garage cafe in Minsk, everything is always fine, but this is some kind of horror.

We tried two types of pancakes and soup, and everything was deliciously delicious. We were also pleasantly surprised by the large number of seats, courteous staff and fast service. After a long wait, they left this place without even making an order.
P.S. Choosing a table on the veranda, all the available tables were dirty and not cleaned after previous visitors, they had to choose a "cleaner" one.
