I leave the highest rating for now, because previously everything was fine: delicious food, fast service, the presence of a game room, starting work on a day off from 8 a.m. (relevant for me!). But the last time the joint was on the joint. The coffee machine was not working (for the second time). Okay, tea was brought, but the spout of the kettle was knocked off. Around 10 a.m., there was only 1 croissant with chocolate left, and they are baked in the morning. And there were no cherry tomatoes for Caesar salad, they were replaced with the usual ones with my consent (well done, I'm not trying to hide the substitution). The waitress girl was very nice, trying to smooth out the corners. But, fellow organizers, we must keep the brand up!
I visited this place again not so long ago. We were pleased with the promotions. It's still expensive, but it's delicious. This is the case when it is better to pay more and enjoy the dish.

We came to this institution to celebrate a birthday (2 people). I won't say anything bad about the food, but the customer orientation let me down. Everything seemed to be fine, but at the time of payment, the waiter and the service fell down. There is a 15% discount + free dessert for the birthday boy. When calculating, the waiter girl brought the receipt and said that she had counted everything with the beer promotion (1 +1=3) or we could take advantage of a 15% discount, we asked how it would be more profitable, we were told that the receipt still needed to be recalculated and it would be more profitable with a 15% discount. A couple of minutes later, a new check arrived, with an even larger amount. When I asked where the original receipt was, they said that it was thrown out and the one that is more expensive needs to be paid. We did not argue, the mood was spoiled, and we remembered about the free dessert, which was not brought to us, only at home.
