A huge minus is the delivery, I ordered it for the first and last time, the packaging is disgusting, polyethylene and scotch. Huge claims to the site / online store. In winter, there was an attempt to order cat food. They called and promised that the order would be ready in a day, by evening. They didn't call back. Two days later, they answered my call that "for some reason they didn't bring it, but we will call you back today and let you know what and how." They didn't call back. On my second call, another girl picked up the phone, who was not aware of the situation at all, and they began to find out everything from the beginning. Bottom line: the feed, which is "available at a discount" on the site, is not available from the supplier at all and will not be. And it took me four days to hear it.
The day before yesterday, there was another attempt to order food for degu. The site is available, they called and confirmed that the order will be ready "tomorrow evening". The next day, after lunch, they called and reported that the supplier who sells them to the supplier does not have food. When asked if there is another food from this line, the answer was: "Place an order for it, then we will find out." I have already issued it just out of principle. Bottom line: they called a couple of hours later and reported that there was no such food either.
If you post products on the site, make sure that you have them! Or write "To order" and tell us what you will order, if the supplier has it, so that people do not waste their time waiting for a couple of days for something that you do not have and will not have at all.
There are no questions about the fact that the store does not have something, it is clear that it is difficult to supply now. The claim is that the store either does not follow the site at all, or tries to deceive customers by promising a non-existent assortment just to attract attention.
For some reason, the site does not indicate whether the product is in stock 🤷♀️ I made an order for filler (for pickup) - the order was highlighted as issued. Later they called back, said that there was no stock and they would call back again on Monday (it was Sunday), they would say whether it was possible to order the goods from the supplier. As a result, I have an order on the site with the status "not completed", as I understand it, the synonym "canceled" and, of course, there was no call.
I would like to wish the business to update the website and indicate which products are there and which are not, so that customers can buy them somewhere else, and not endlessly wait for the response of the supplier, who, perhaps, does not know that he has to supply something
