A small hotel on the outskirts of Minsk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are tiny but cozy and clean. There is practically no sound insulation between the rooms, you can hear every word of the neighbors even if they communicate in a calm tone. The cost of the rooms is not cheap either. Parking is available on site.

There is no air conditioning. The shower is just a miracle, it pours from the watering can wherever it wants. The pressure is very weak, in short, it is difficult to wash properly.

The hotel has a clearly expressed nationalistic attitude towards guests, expressed in clarifying their nationality in order to make a decision to refund money when guests leave the "hotel" ahead of time. The situation that my husband and I had to face was very disappointing, the woman refused to check in after examining the room (the description of the room did not correspond to reality), the hotel administrator said that this issue was being resolved with the owner. Then a conversation took place on the phone on speakerphone, apparently the owner did not know about this and decided to throw out his entire nationalist position, saying "she is Russian, expel her or call security so that she is not here. We will not refund any money." The woman did not wait for any measures to be applied to her and left the hotel without waiting for a refund. I believe that this behavior is unacceptable, because the Russian Federation and Belarus are friendly and fraternal peoples. I ask you to check with the owner and possible co-founders of this hotel.
Also from the cons: the hotel is next to the highway- the noise of cars, the audibility of the neighboring rooms is very high, the tiny area of the room and the shower cabin. There are no shelves for cleaning supplies in the shower cabin. Cleaning does not take place every shift, garbage is not taken out. There is no forced ventilation in the room, only natural ventilation. The lighting lamps are not all in working order. There is no electric kettle in the room, there is no refrigerator

The disadvantages are poor sound insulation, the corridor and the neighboring rooms are quiet. And it is also allowed to smoke on the shelves on the floor from which the smell goes to the entire floor. - it is allowed with a dog, the fee depends on the size, the spaniel was charged 25 bel per day, the hotel in the cottage village costs, there is a place to walk with a four-legged. And the forest is 300 meters away
Of the cons
- the usual room is very small, a double bed, an incomprehensible sofa, the TV is turned so that you cannot watch from the bed
- there are no chairs, a table, a closet, a micro hallway, two glasses, we had a snack on the windowsill
- old plumbing, I had to become a husband for an hour - put the shower door in place, attach a fancy sink faucet, flushed the toilet without a lid the third time
- There is Wi-Fi, but it is slow and fell off, there are two grids (!), the first one does not take on the second floor
- lack of any facilities for eating. There was only water and a kettle at the reception, they asked for a kettle in the room, there was no one alive
- the linen was not changed in 5 days, the garbage was removed on the fourth

The cafe is not working, unfortunately. There is a public transport stop near the hotel. The room is small (comfort). The room has a double bed, a folding sofa and plasma on the bedside table, there is no place to put a laptop. Wi-Fi goes missing regularly. The room is clean, the linen is of decent quality, as is the mattress with pillows. There is no sound insulation, you can talk to your neighbors right through the wall. It is quite possible to stay for one or two nights, especially if you are in a car (there is a parking lot) and with a dog.

After the airport, we were sheltered here for the night for quite modest money for Minsk. At the reception, a girl with a dog advised us not to buy an expensive option. We visited this guest house in July, the room was on the second floor. There are no questions about cleanliness, everything is in order. But there are questions about sound insulation and poor water permeability, as well as sometimes the "sinusoidal shape" was hot, a kind of contrasting shower. Although there were few places in the yard for cars, they all fit perfectly. I would like to note the quiet neighborhood, no one was "buzzing" at night and it was quite comfortable to rest. The only thing to know when staying here is that you will have to drive at least 15 kilometers to Minsk along the MKAD, although there are large shops for provisions like an excellent Green. Of the inconveniences - payment only in cash, interruptions to the Internet, TV works only via the Internet, i.e. it also did not work. The cleanliness in the room is a C minus (dust and cobwebs on the windowsills, hair on the mattress, stains on the carpet), the toilet was constantly bubbling. The shower head was not fixed, the sink was burst. The partitions between the rooms allow you to hear everything that is being said in the next room. A convenient location with an exit to the MKAD is good for a short stop for the night, take a break and get back on the road. There is parking.

We booked by phone without prepayment, said we would arrive late, the girl at the reception was waiting for us. It takes about 15 minutes by car from the center of Minsk.
