For almost 3t.p. a day, you get a life near the Mkad, the absence of slippers, bathrobes, a refrigerator, a closet, a normal iron, a dirty and torn ironing board, a torn toilet lid, one outlet in the room. A super small shower stall and if someone uses the water in the next room, then your water pressure will be several times less. Exactly the same room at the same price, the guys already had a refrigerator, sockets and a closet (so whatever you get). It is better to choose another place to stay.

A big fan of saving money. If you need budget - norms. And so - it's noisy because of the ring road. Payment is in cash only. Almost every night someone roams, drunken animals. There is no sound insulation. The shower is microscopic. The stairs are narrow and uncomfortable - it is inconvenient to carry a suitcase upstairs if it is large. In general, it is difficult to find advantages in this budget nursery. But the good news is that there is parking in the yard. I think it's okay to spend the night in a motel format on the way. But no more than that.

The lights were turned off at the hotel, I had to gather by the light of a flashlight in my phone. The towels are stale. There are no advantages.

A cheap flophouse at the price of an average hotel, sufficient remoteness from the center of Minsk and the absence of basic things that are even in the cheapest hostels, and this is a kettle or cooler, refrigerator, microwave, at least on the floor, showers flow, the first two days they covered around with rags, and then they stopped doing that, and the garbage was thrown take it out, some staff are rude, after receiving payment they don't care about you, payment is only in cash, so don't count on the cash on the card.
So getting up early in the morning, it's good if you have a car next to you, like mine, a child under your arm and in the center to have breakfast, and as soon as dinner, eat enough for the whole evening, do not warm up, do not drink tea.
The rooms are dirty, there are stains on the floor from past visitors, dust, hair on the bedside tables and in the shower, the neighbors are 100% audible.
So I advise you to worry in advance and find a normal hotel or better apartment, there are many such in Minsk and at a cheaper price than hotels, we got into the tourist season and it was almost impossible to change the hotel, everything was occupied for almost a month.

The drain in the shower works very badly - we wash our ankles in water. Otherwise, everything is like everyone else's. One of the advantages is the location on the ring road, convenient for transit. You have to take a taxi to the center all the time, and it feels like the administration does not know what a suite is, the wallpaper is torn, half of the light bulbs are not lit, the neighbors are insanely audible, it feels like the walls are made of plywood, and even the cafe is too expensive even for Muscovites, and there are no cafes or shops nearby.

A very cozy hotel, everything is tastefully selected,good bed linen, excellent location- quiet and peaceful,near a large park where you can walk and enjoy both the air and the view of huge trees, and after this park there is a large shopping and grocery center.
To be honest, I did not expect cleanliness, comfort, and breakfast for such a price!
By the way, the very pleasant staff at the reception - Alexandra and Inna!, even late at night when checking in - showed a high class of hospitality!!! Thank you!

Disgusting attitude of the staff. They started being rude to me, they said that we were Russian terpiles. The cleaning lady was rude. The rooms look good to sleep comfortably, apart from the fact that it is very noisy due to good audibility. The TV only works via the Internet, which they constantly cut off. There are no channels on the TV. If you decide to wash something, even small ones, you will not be able to hang it, there is not a single battery or even chairs to hang it. Only if you order a laundress from them (it seems there is such a service, but I do not know how long you will be without your things). It is far from the city, you can only travel by taxi, there is a public bus that runs once every 40 minutes. Bottom line: you can spend the night, but the mood can be spoiled.

We rented a room for 1 night. But it turned out that this poorhouse was not very suitable for this either.
Of the advantages, parking can be noted. Well, then there are solid disadvantages.
- There is either no one at the reception and you have to ring the bell and wait, or there are dissatisfied ladies. Who, apparently, think that you broke into their house in the middle of the night and want something. Payment is only in cash, no receipt is given. When we were a little confused and said that there was no cash, we were told that we should have read carefully when booking. Courtesy itself.
- The corridors are narrow and dark - you need to look at your feet, but it's better to take a flashlight in your teeth. If you have travel bags, be doubly careful, the stairs are dark, steep, and the railing inspires fear to everyone who is afraid of heights. On the 2nd floor there is a balcony - you can admire what the neighbors are doing, but the main thing is not to go far from the wall - the railing with huge holes.
- The number. At first glance, it seems clean and cute, an interesting design of the faucet in the bathroom, small shabby pads. But you turn on the light, start looking closely and see spots on the couch, and in the bathroom you meet a cockroach running across the mirror. The reaction to our red-haired neighbor was interesting. At the reception they said that this whole cafe was cursed, but it was gone, and the cockroaches remained.
- Speaking of cafes. I had food with me, I was asked to put it in the refrigerator, this was refused. And when we were surprised that there was a cafe, but there was no refrigerator, we were told that there were no cafes here and in general the cafe was not their property and they had nothing to do with it.
- There are no extra blankets and pillows in the hotel. At first, this caused confusion, but then everything fell into place - more on that later.
- The walls are cardboard, so there was coughing on the left, and it was quiet on the right... until 4 a.m. And then HELL broke loose. Lovers of night adventures with ladies with low social responsibility settled into that quiet room on the right. The whole hotel must have woken up, screaming, moaning.. and so for 2 hours in a row. We couldn't get enough sleep, and by 7 a.m. we were already running from there, dropping our sneakers.
But this is not the end of the story either. When we checked in and left, we had to go back for the forgotten thing. A lady from the reception was found in the room, who did not remove dirty linen from the bed to wash it, as is customary in normal hotels, but carefully corrected it for the next guests.

A clean and cozy place, good repair in the rooms and in the hotel. He lived on the attic floor. I didn't like that there is no extractor hood in the bathroom and the sockets next to the beds are not connected.
The rooms have good audibility, but no one made much noise at night. The MKAD is visible from the window, but it did not interfere with sleep at night.
Unfortunately, payment is only in cash. There is nowhere to withdraw money in the area in the evening.
