This time, the service simply did not meet the Emirates brand standards. Flight Ho Chi Minh City-Dubai EC 326 dated 03.04. Flight attendants served only foreigners and Arab men on the flight. The Russian contingent was seated in the center of the aircraft cabin with four people each. I personally sat in 41st place. We didn't even get any water or food. There was no reaction to the flight attendants. But as they took and tasted alcohol for themselves, they chose food and took it to their place - they did it without hesitation. Just a disappointment! And of course, it's not pleasant for such an attitude towards passengers who speak Russian....although I spoke in English. Please, what is indicated in the menu. They bring it, throw it, and say there's nothing else. And immediately they collect garbage, even from those who have not finished eating or are still eating. Well, it's just not pleasant.... I've never seen such an attitude in so many years....what happened? If this continues to happen, customers will leave for other airline companies....Good luck to you gentlemen. I can't thank you enough! The precipitation is not good from the flight.

We took off in January 2025 from Dubai airport. Everything is clean, good, fast, but....the prices are high. I didn't notice that it was duty free. French cognac is more expensive than ours in Nizhny Novgorod. The prices in Armani, Boss and other stores are higher than in Italy.

I often fly from terminal 3. Everything is quite clear. There are many check-in counters. I fly Fly Dubai. I use the 3-5-6 racks. The only disadvantage is that there are often not enough specialists, the main part of the racks is 'idle')))There is a self-service baggage claim department opposite. Then everything is clear- passport control, customs, duty-free and gates.
Since I have a premium at Tinkoff, I spend the time before departure in the Merhab lounge.

Everything is quite simple and convenient. There are automatic check-in desks at the entrance for those who only have hand luggage. I have registered and received a tag. Well, if you have luggage, then racks 1,2,3,4 for economy class, the queue goes fast. We checked in our luggage, went to the smart passport control, opened the first page in the vending machine and looked at the camera... The door opens and that's it... Then there are only check-in services for personal belongings and hand luggage. They ask you to take off your shoes, be ready. Everything is correct and polite.

This is not an airport, it is a separate city!!! )) It simply amazes with its size! I liked it here, despite its size, unlike Istanbul airport, everything is very well organized at this airport. There are even special mini-trains that will carry you between terminals. A very clean, well-lit airport, a huge number of shops for all tastes, a sufficient number of cafes. Since this is the largest international hub, there are always a lot of people here, but even with this condition, I managed to find places to sit without any problems. I also had a chance to visit the business lounge, it is also gigantic, the food there is just great, unlike many airports. Everything is very comfortable.

A cool airport can not be compared with the airport of Almaty, I fly to the UAE quite often, there are places to relax to charge phones, a lot of foot courts the best duty free for any wallet, of the cons there are few places for smoking and they do not announce boarding a flight! Clean, comfortable. There are many shops and eateries. We had to wait 5 hours between flights. It was early morning. Everything works. But it didn't work out to rest. The chairs are hard! There are no reclining places, as it was before. Or are they in another terminal? But there were none at gate 22! And we are so tired! I had to go to a cafe where there are soft sofas with pillows.

There are many business halls of different prices, there are smoking rooms, places to relax with soft sofas and comfortable reclining chairs. The prices in Duty free are high, but the assortment is huge, something can be found for gifts and souvenirs.

We forgot the laptop in the rush at one of the verification stages, we were very upset... But thanks to the airport staff, the loss was found within 20 minutes!
