It is necessary to refine the quality of service, attention to the client is minimal. Managers often send messages from one to another, they cannot give a clear and precise answer. After 7 years of service at AtlantM, Sukharev's comparison is not in favor of Borova, unfortunately.
I would like to express my deep gratitude to manager Natalia for her individual approach and huge contribution to my purchase of exactly the car I wanted.
I would like to thank her separately for the fact that she raised everyone's ears so that it would be convenient for me to pick up the car at the right time and very competently and promptly solved all issues. The car was ordered from another salon, but before buying that salon decided to put forward "new terms of purchase". Natalia helped with the car, and even the color that was needed (tugella), of which only a couple of pieces were brought to Minsk.

The low professionalism of Nikita's sales manager. There were 3 times, I was always absent from the workplace by the appointed time, our time losses ranged from 40 minutes to an hour and a half. They invited us to the car acceptance by 17:00, the car was submitted for inspection at 18:30 with an explanation that they had a lot of work. There are problems with planning a working day in this place. Advice to Anastasia's head of sales department: analyze the work of your manager. In my opinion, he failed in his duties. Unfortunately, we did not get the pleasure of buying a new car, plus a defect was discovered. The general impression is that there is a lot of fuss, managers are not required, they do not have information about additional work. It was very unpleasant to hear, "we arrived on a Duster and they are pumping their rights here." This is a statement accidentally heard in the salon. P.S. we bought Atlas Pro in a top-end configuration.
The impressions from this dealer are twofold:at first glance, everything was fine, we drew up a contract for the purchase of a black Coolray, the bank approved the loan, a little bit not for the amount that was originally expected, after communicating with manager Vladislav and a representative of the bank, we decided to "book" the car (the offer came strictly from the manager) and come 15 days later, try again to apply to the bank for the required amount (if the bank does not approve the required amount, then they would have taken the one that they originally gave), but two weeks later, and perhaps even earlier, our deeply "respected" Vladislav, without notifying me, sold this car to another client!!!! Just the god of marketing, just simply call and tell us that they say so and so, but no, of course he did not do it!!! Thank you very much, Vladislav...
Terrible service, after buying the gili emgrand x7, beat the steering wheel from the first day. They balanced it, the steering wheel stopped pounding, and the car was shaking. So in this wonderful place, they dragged their time, took money for balancing and nothing changed.
Then they generally said that this is a common problem and they say they are collecting loans and will send collective complaints to belshina. Then they politely sent it, saying that it was improper operation.
The problem was solved at a private tire shop. It turned out that all the wheels were unbalanced by at least 35g. Photos from the tire shop. The wheel was at the off center two weeks ago.
Horror. A shame, not a dealer

Definitely the best dealer of Gili and one of the best car dealers in Minsk in principle. There are many familiar faces from the Ford era, but the new employees are also professionals. I talked with Nikita's manager, I had strictly positive impressions: I organized a wonderful test drive, talked with interest about models, including future ones, it is clear that I am passionate about work, I communicate not "according to the script", but humanely.
Slightly inconvenient entrance and, as a rule, the absence of pestilence in the parking lot, but inside there is good coffee and a waiting area, pleasant staff
