We settled on Geely Emgrand. We bought into loans, the availability of spare parts in warehouses (as we were assured), their fast delivery if necessary, assembly is still in Belarus.As a result, everything turned out to be sad.There are no questions about the car yet, as we have driven less than a thousand km. And then they smash the back of the car for us. The inspection of the insurance company, the issuance of a conclusion, took a week.Next, we contact the painting and body shop, give the insurance conclusion (based on it, spare parts are ordered).At the moment, we waited two weeks for the spare parts and called them back. To which, we were told, to wait at best for two more weeks.And this is only an order for spare parts.It's scary to think when our car will be restored.And now I would like to ask the DEALER where your warehouses are filled with spare parts, fast delivery and impeccable service. For so many years, we have not been able to organize an elementary one.......And you PEOPLE, make the right choice for yourself.....

attention. CHEATING AND DIVORCE. I contacted the service with a request to sort out the brake system of the GEELY COOLRAY warranty car, the rear wheel jammed. After the diagnosis, the warranty manager said that there was a hole in the anther of the brake caliper piston and that the piston was rusted, and this was not a warranty case. After that, I was offered to change the caliper entirely, since there are no spare parts for repairing the caliper. I agreed to change the caliper, the price of which is 650 rubles. When I picked up the car from the repair, they gave me my old caliper and I wanted to work on it and see for myself. Yes, indeed, there was a hole in the duster, but there was no rust at all and there was a perfect mirror on the surface of the piston. As a result, the whole problem was in the caliper guides, which were smeared with some very bad solidol, which looks more like plasticine. I AM SURE THAT THE HOLE IN THE DUSTER WAS NOT ACCIDENTAL.
The first time I applied here 2 years ago, I was picking up a car. We saw a Coolray with my wife, I really liked it, but it was not available, so they recorded us and promised to call. We are still waiting for the call. The second time I applied for the purchase of Tugella. This time I really liked the manager's work, I told her everything, explained and showed her and it was almost agreed. But then outbidders from the car market came and gave a ridiculous price for a car in traydinn. There was not even a desire to bargain, I immediately went to another salon, where I bought this beautiful car. And yes, do not show customers the storage area for new cars, you immediately lose the desire to buy or cultivate it first, the canopy and asphalt will not cost much, the image is more expensive.
