Hello everyone I want to share my impressions about this car service @sto_batumi, and draw your own conclusions.
I recently put the car on a turbine replacement. The turbine, of course, was installed, but after installation, defects began to appear: somewhere the pipe was not screwed, and somewhere the wire was clamped with a clamp, this is fine, fixable.
The biggest disadvantage is the damage to the new radiator. When dismantling and installing the turbine, the radiator was not removed, but they tried to install everything in place, which led to its deformation, to put it mildly.
After contacting the service, I was offered to drive up to discuss the situation.
We talked....
- "It has already happened."
-"It's not us."
-"Well, he's working."
And this is for 350 GEL!
As a solution, it was proposed to straighten the radiator back, but this, unfortunately, will not correct the negative impression. To dispel doubts, I will give an analogy: it's like if a dentist accidentally sawed off a neighboring tooth, treating caries, and said, "Well, you can chew!"
I give an assessment corresponding to the quality of services with an advance guarantee that errors will be corrected.
ps. Arsen geparts there are no questions for you, everything is clear on spare parts.
I brought my Kia Sorento 2 for all-wheel drive diagnostics (kicked when driving downhill or with the steering wheel turned out). Before that, I contacted another service, which was favored by reviews, in which I was first offered to change the outboard bearing of the gimbal, and when it turned out that the gimbal was not collapsible, then the gimbal itself (which flew in the price from $ 300-400). However, during the diagnostics in Georgia Like Auto, it was proposed to travel with the rear axle clutch disconnected, but with a gimbal. After that, it turned out that the knock was gone, so it's not about the gimbal. Further actions showed that it was enough to replace the oil in the hydraulic clutch (oil 30 GEL and 150 GEL work), and after that it stopped knocking. As a result, saving money, time and nerves. I recommend it!
We brought the car to the service to diagnose the suspension (since there was a grinding on the bumps on the left side), change the oil, filters and replace part of the exterior of the gearbox handle, namely the tip and the dust cover itself. For some reason, an electrician was engaged in replacing parts of the exterior, and the price tag was also taken from the ceiling, because there is no price list for such services and he thought about how much he would take for this work…
Eternal waiting, lack of information about what is happening now and how much longer to wait. Every time I arrived by appointment, I had to wait 10-60 minutes.
When changing the oil, a leak was detected, and it was suggested to change the crankshaft oil seal and the left oil seal of the drive. (after a month, it turns out that the right oil seal needs to be changed, but they could not immediately identify it)
When diagnosing the suspension, nothing was revealed, except that it was time to replace the discs and pads (was it really necessary?). The reason for the screeching was not found, no one wanted to do much searching. We did the job just to get it done.
After that, we took the car. We left the service, accelerated and.... the car is shaking all over, it's driving, it's impossible to drive. Why wasn't the car checked? In what condition do you give it to customers? They called the service, they arrived, the master got behind the wheel, felt the problem, decided to take them back to the service. The reason was unclear, again a silent expectation, no one says anything about the time. They began to disassemble the left drive (previously the oil seal was changed there), the master claimed that no one had touched it, nothing could be there. At the same time, he says that apparently no one has ever disassembled it. Of course, but why, since the car was driving normally until it was brought to this service! As a result, the drive was cleaned on site and told to change the inner joint. To our questions, “why did this happen?” the answer is “The car is old, what do you want?!”, very convenient.
After this story, we decided that we would not go to this service anymore. We only waste time and kill the car with the intervention of non-professionals.
After that, a month passed, we didn't drive a lot, because she didn't behave very well at speed anyway, we went to another service. There we saw that the oil was FLOWING anyway!!!
Signed up again for this service, again waited 30 minutes for us to be accepted, they reported that our master had gone somewhere for a test drive after we asked where our master was. As a result, the master who dealt with us last time was called, although he was very busy with another car, which he told us several times - “I have no time here with you.” This master said that allegedly then we had a problem with the left oil seal, and now with the right one. Big questions for the diagnosis, because then the master claimed that “everything was in oil,” whereas he identified a specific oil seal in which there was a leak - remains a question. The manager only repeated the words of the master - “Then you had a problem with the left one, so it was changed.” and of course the favorite phrase is- “What do you want, the car is old?!It also turned out that when changing the oil in the engine, they did not put a copper ring, which is why the oil is still oozing.
In general, as there was a problem with oil leakage and grinding, so it remained. The money has been paid, but the problems have not been solved..
We used to contact this service and everything was fine: the work was done on time, additional work was coordinated, the cost was immediately announced. Now the management is a complete mess, no manager is responsible for anything, there is a huge queue of cars on the territory of the service. It feels like people are just being bred for new parts. New clients come because of the high marks earned by the previous management.
I advise you to bypass this service, you will leave with more problems than you came.
The client is not respected, his time and money are not appreciated.
