The restaurant is primarily about food, but we didn't really like the food here. This is undoubtedly the best restaurant in Nesvizh, but not everything is delicious here. I did not like their signature salad "Nesvizh", strangely fried (apparently for a long time), so cold pork in combination with red caviar did not work. The birch sap was smelly. The refrigerator was on kefir, I had previously tried it in different places in Belarus, I met such a serving with kefir for the first time - I did not like it. The rest of the dishes are normal, simple, without chic. The prices are not cheap. The feed is pretty fast.
The service is excellent, the staff is very nice and polite, in beautiful suits, very stylish. The interior is very good, I really liked it, it's nice to be there, the furniture, tablecloths, dishes, atmosphere - everything is gorgeous. The cook needs to be changed)
We lived in a suite, the breakfasts were in the Hetman, cozy, clean, for breakfast porridge, fried eggs with salad, fresh vegetables, herbs, meat and cheese cuts, juices, coffee, croissants. Both children and adults found something to eat. I liked the atmosphere: the fireplace, the view from the window to the courtyard of the castle, the waiter girls were dressed in historical costumes. I will also note the speed and quality of service.
The kitchen is delicious, the staff tried their best too, but...
we got to the day of the banquet. Considering that there was no decent establishment in the neighborhood and this restaurant was highly recommended to us, we were upset. At first there were no tables. But then I realized that they hoped we wouldn't come back. But we really wanted to try the cuisine here. We saw that people had gone out and returned. We made an order. Some items were missing from the menu. For example, chicken noodles on the children's menu. We waited for 2 hours. First they brought the second one, when they clarified about the first one, they were surprised and brought it about 15 minutes later. While we were sitting and waiting for the order, a lot of people came and were denied service because of the upcoming banquet. We, as owners of a restaurant and a banquet hall in Maloyaroslavets, looked with tears at the departing and dissatisfied people. I am sure that I will not be the only one to leave such a review. The staff is not set up to work to earn money. The atmosphere is pleasant, beautiful and entourage.
A wonderful restaurant. If you could put 10*, I would) it's expensive, but sometimes you can afford to sit in this style of restaurant. VERY large dishes, VERY tasty, everything is cooked from the heart. We are not full - we are full! It was so delicious! Interesting surroundings and interior design. The breakfast was also very hearty and delicious) thank you very much
Utter delight. Very tasty dishes in the Belarusian national flavor. Draniki are super! Great salads. The interior is in an old style for the Radziwills' living room. The staff is hospitable and pleasant. After visiting the museum, I advise everyone to visit!
Delicious soup and tea. A polite, quiet waitress. Beautiful interior and serving of dishes.
But in general, I didn't like it, because:
A small portion of pumpkin soup, bland draniki. They've redone the draniki - they're just as bland, which is very strange. Not everything is as delicious as in the restaurant. Quite expensive. And yes, they wrote in the reviews that they communicate unfriendly with those who have not reserved a table - I confirm. I've made reservations, but I'd rather have dinner at the hotel cafe.
If you, dear travelers, want to stay at the Palace of Nesvizh Castle hotel, I strongly recommend that you stop at the Pony shopping center in Novogrudok and buy ready-made food. Because staying in a hotel with beautiful rooms, with amazing views, walking through the parks, you will definitely want to have dinner. Having had enough of visual beauty, you will enter your beautiful room, your legs will buzz pleasantly, a feeling of hunger will appear in your stomach, after seeing the menu in the room with alluring names and descriptions of dishes from the Hetman restaurant, order them (or go to it for dinner), you will look forward to sublime cuisine in order to get gastronomic pleasure... Instead, a fiasco awaits you.. It would seem that there is a lot of difficulty in cooking pancakes (which, by the way, are more like pancakes soaked in fat) or what is difficult in stewing duck with cherries (again, by the way, stewed duck in dozens of defrosting, poured with cherry jam). And so, returning to the beginning of the review, take a ready-made salad or other dish, put it beautifully on the plates available in the room and you, seeing the beauty of the room, eating simple, mundane dishes, will get much more pleasure, both aesthetic and moral (since there was no disappointment from taste and frustration from overpayment). Good luck to all travelers.
I've been to this restaurant twice. The first time we came in October on a weekday, there were very few visitors, of course we were served in the highest class. Very tasty dishes, which only cost draniki. But on holidays, it's a completely different story here. It is necessary to book a table, this is understandable, but when no one went through an empty, supposedly reserved table in an hour and a half, and they apparently did not want to put one person in, well, that's it. As a result, I ordered a takeaway. It was cooked for 40 minutes, but the appliances were not given, referring to the fact that they simply ran out. All ten points for the menu, but 2 for the service.
On October 30, 24, we went on a car-walking
tour with a visit to Nesvizh, the Church of the Corpus Christi, NIASVIZH Castle and then Mir and MIR Castle from 11 to 19 o'clock.
The tour was interesting. But if we looked at the first castle slowly and managed to hold our gaze on the objects that interested us, then we just walked very quickly through the second one, albeit with a guide. And all because the Hetman restaurant, which the guide advised us, is a very decent institution (both in terms of cooked food and in everything else, but expensive!) Everything didn't go according to plan. For some reason, there was a confusion with the order. First, the first courses were brought for only two people, and the rest - the second one at once. To the question: "Where are our soups? 😲", they condescendingly threw at us: "they're getting ready! ".
It's strange, we thought, and decided not to wait for the first one to eat the second one anyway (so as not to get cold). Then they began to wait patiently for the ordered soup. And dessert, by the way, too. But the waiters were running past us and completely ignoring us. We were perplexed... Our guide came to pick us up, also wondering why we were not going out, and as a result expressing his indignation at the slow service of his tourists.
As a result, it turned out that no soups are prepared or collected for us, since they are not in the order ...
When voicing the order, everything was said when receiving it. Moreover, I ordered mushroom soup later than the others and his order was announced by the waitress additionally.
It struck me that when clarifying all these misunderstandings, the administrator talked to us in raised tones, indignantly and peremptorily, as with naughty schoolchildren who were to blame for all their mistakes. On my advice to lower her tone, she still uttered words of apology and promised fast delivery of the missing soups (which she no longer really wanted to eat, her appetite had already disappeared). They also remembered about the strudel that had not been brought for tea. Finally! Although the tea had already been drunk by that time.
Less than five minutes later, the long-awaited soup was brought to me. However, outwardly it somehow did not match the name. I took a spoon and tasted it... Wait a minute, Carl: it was fishy!!! But even after clarifying all the circumstances of the order (I'm not talking about the order itself), it was announced several times that the ordered MUSHROOM soup was not brought to me.
I no longer knew whether to laugh or cry...
And again, after another apology, I had to wait until the mushroom soup was brought.
The receptionist reappeared and informed us that, as an apology, we were given a 50% discount on the entire order. But somehow I was not happy about it.
Instead of the promised pleasure of visiting a prestigious (allegedly, it did not seem like that to me at all) institution, our nerves were frayed, the time for the tour itself was reduced (we arrived at the restaurant for an hour and a half! instead of at least an hour).
And another small one (as if...) a stone in the garden of this institution.
Since there was unexpectedly a lot of time between meals, I admired the family of 4 people at the table opposite me. It was nice to look at them and their communication.
But the family had dinner and left. A man came to clean the dishes. He was without a tray and I wondered how he would be able to carry away all the used dishes.
He collected the cups in a pile. Everyone looked through the glasses and even sniffed some of them. As a result, one glass was not certified for takeaway, it was left on the table. After a while, he brought more glasses for serving.
But! The boy drank from a glass that had not passed the certification! And now someone else is going to drink... 😂.
Draw conclusions, gentlemen!
It's a great place. We traveled with a large company, 16 people, so we booked a table in advance by phone. We were offered to pre-order the dishes to reduce the waiting time. Since we had lunch during the tour, 1.5 hours were allocated for lunch, we agreed. They also prescribed all the dishes from home and did not lose. Indeed, the kitchen was ready for the arrival of our company, we were able to have lunch in a short time - in an hour! Thank you very much! The dishes are delicious! The draniki are divine! The staff is polite!
Everything is fine, except for one thing so far, the castle is very stuffy, the heat is very good, as they say, you will not freeze, but the fact that it is very stuffy there is not enough air, groups of people walk there.
And there is simply no oxygen to breathe, and because of this there is no desire to be inside.
Inside it is very beautiful and the guides are well done, they tell everything in great detail and beautifully and show small details that are really very beautiful when they rotate
Pleasant restaurant, beautiful interior, delicious food and drinks. Lemonades are amazing! The prices are like in Minsk, but the food is very high quality.
Breakfast is provided in the morning, if you book in advance: English breakfast (oatmeal, scrambled eggs with sausages, vegetables, cheese and toast, tea/coffee/juice to choose from).
The place is atmospheric. I liked the interiors of the hall and the service. The kitchen is ordinary European, I would like something from the menu of the old kitchen with original recipes, according to the palace setting.
We were here 2.5 years ago, completely delighted with the cuisine and service, and this time we were absolutely disappointed. The fat has become inedible (last time we bought everything we had with us at home). Moreover, the menu indicates two types - raw and smoked, and brought two types of raw, which are not chewed... The tinctures have also changed. The pancakes were brought very cold. When asked to replace them, they brought them to me, heated in the microwave. As a result, I refused the dish. We will live in Nesvizh Castle for three days, but we decided not to even go here for breakfast. Of all the things we tried, I liked only the beef carpaccio.
I read the reviews. Both the bad and the good. And I want to say that this is a very nice place with a beautiful interior, friendly waiters and pleasant music. The food was very tasty. They promised to serve it in 20-25 minutes. They even brought it early. The coffee is excellent. I really liked it. I don't regret coming here
We had dinner after visiting the castle. Beautiful interiors and delicious food. I've read reviews, a lot of negative ones, I don't understand why. Duck salad is generally a masterpiece of gastronomy. Pumpkin soup is a little bland, but it's also very decent. Stewed beef with cherries is the softest. We really liked everything, I recommend it.
We were in the evening, there were no seats left in the first hall, we were offered a large table in the second. The menu was quickly brought and... that's it. We chose, waited, then again and again -no one came to take the order. I had to go find the waiter myself. The price tag is above average, but the quality of the dishes is not very good. There are no obvious complaints, but compared to other places I did not like it. One of the advantages for us is that there is a children's menu. We won't come here a second time.
We used to love this place very much.
Now everything has deteriorated somewhat.
The food is not as tasty and high-quality as before, the carpaccio is frozen, tough beef in medallions, it is impossible to eat.
Desserts and liqueurs are still on top.
The service has sunk very much.
Not a single smile or friendly face. The waiter guy confused everything and took orders as a favor, one dish was simply not served - either he did not write it down, or he forgot.
I would like to see the same level ...
There were 2 times. Both times it was late enough and it was just us.
On Sunday evening, not everything was off the menu, but the atmosphere was pleasant.
The second time I especially liked the service. The bill is issued on a special form, my daughter even wanted to take it with her.
The price tag is above average. But in general, the situation is "gentry"
Beautiful interior , delicious national dishes . I highly recommend breakfasts for those who rent a hotel room. Very good portions , everyone will be full .
The restaurant liked both the interiors and the cuisine. The situation with pre-orders for the company was somewhat wild, when the waiters brought the ordered dishes to those who ordered already in the restaurant, and not ahead of time, but in general everything was friendly, although for a long time, which also gave some negativity when it became clear that the dishes were served not to those who ordered ahead of time, but to those who ordered already inside.
The price tag is metropolitan, but the dishes are cooked deliciously, which is worth the money
A good restaurant on the territory of the palace complex, small in size, they cook for a long time, but everything is delicious. Good decoration, as it should be in a castle.
The most honest review that you should read: I have never regretted the time spent and the money spent so much.
Chapter 1. The first impression.
The place is an entourage! Thick tablecloths, serving on the tables in the form of drinking glasses, beautiful white plates and a bouquet of wildflowers. The chairs are upholstered in a material similar to leather, with large buttons on the upholstery. Waiters in 18th century attire deftly walk between the tables.Wow! I'm hooked! I want to get into the spirit. I take an empty table: "Waiter, the menu, please!".
I look around the menu for 3 seconds, I see a morse! ON HONEY! I'LL TAKE IT! Deftly I scroll through the "salads" tab and yes, here it is "a warm salad with sweet pepper, chicken fillet stewed in teriyaki sauce."
It's been decided. We are waiting. I'm looking forward to: the rich taste of mors d'oeuvre on honey. I tried it once, in Yelnya. Rich, sweet, with the smell of honey. I need it!
BOTTOM LINE: I get an ice cream that goes into my teeth (I signed up for a dentist) it tastes like water with sugar, remotely with the smell of cranberries. It was served in a clear glass glass (I had a beautiful drinking cup on the table) but, alas, hold a glass with a morse, as in a STUDENT CAFETERIA.
SALAD: for 26 BYN I get a salad. Imagine: a tomato is cut into 4 pieces, and you have 4 horse pieces of tomato on a plate. Judging by the appearance of a piece of tomato (I'll fix the photo), they cut off the rot from it and put it in your salad. Next, an iceberg, 3 pieces of some steamed pepper and a couple pieces of tasteless chicken. By the way, I didn't feel the teriyaki sauce. Rather, it was the taste of nut sauce. (is there a suspicion that this happened because the chicken was stale?)
Back to the entourage:
Music - minus vibe. Were you expecting a classic, or "nakrajak" something from "game of thrones"? But no :) English-language pop music was playing in the hall, a fast-paced playlist from McDonald's, that's for sure.
Can you imagine? The RESTAURANT of the castle complex in the style of a laconic castle composition, in which Katy Perry, Pink, perhaps Rihanna and the rest of the hitmen from abroad play.
After leaving this place, I really regretted that I did not take a cappuccino and sausage in dough in a shop on the territory of the complex and did not eat it in a beautiful place, on the shore, but went to this RESTAURANT.
result: if you are very rich and want to eat a tasteless salad for the price of a salad at the Grand Cafe and drink a morse from the university canteen, you should visit this institution.
If you are for a vibe and a walk through a beautiful park, then it's better to take a coffee and a warm bun somewhere nearby, sit on the shore and eat like a knight admiring the beauty of this place.
I have all.
According to my wife, the most delicious pancakes in all of Belarus are served here. We were lucky enough to live in the castle where the Hetman restaurant is located, and all this atmosphere creates unforgettable impressions, filling life with a magical fairy tale.
An interesting restaurant in the Radziwill Castle itself. In the kitchen, it's delicious, but it takes a long time. The waiters are responsive, they will tell you about the menu. Draniki and signature salad are top!
Everything is fine, you can even say gorgeous. The truth is, the prices are high. Also, the "guests" in dirty shorts and flip-flops on bare feet somehow do not fit into this interior. I would introduce some kind of rule on the form of clothing.
Nesvizh Castle is beautiful, the hotel at the castle is good, the restaurant is acceptable. The menu is small in terms of the number of items, everything is good, but warmed up, and weakly. The staff is very friendly and diligent. The guys are trying to help. I found a couple of bottles of excellent Bordeaux in their bar (it wasn't on the menu, I found it by accident))))). They make great lemonade. I recommend it to everyone. In general, they have a lot to grow and I think they will succeed. They would certainly like to see how the Paradores and Poussades are arranged in Spain and Portugal. How to approach historical hotels and restaurants in them.
I regret that we went into it. Because the "restaurant" left an unpleasant aftertaste after a wonderful walk through the castle and the park. I don't know what good to write - the staff is not fish, not meat, inhibited and indifferent, the interior in the photo is much better than in real life. The dishes were carried for a long time, but that's okay, it was very tasteless (like in some kind of eatery in the village.
Bottom line - I do not recommend it to anyone, it is better to have a snack at least somewhere else than to get upset by unjustified expectations in the Hetman.
I liked the food very much, the staff is very friendly, the time for serving hot dishes is about 20 minutes. The place is very beautiful and festive, but in this regard, the prices are 2 times higher than in the city.
You can eat, it doesn't taste better than in other places, there is no such thing right now, the price is about twice as high as in ordinary restaurants +-.
The waiters are friendly guys, they try their best.
The entourage is more or less, but you will not surprise people from megacities.
But the kitchen does sooooooooooooooooo long, right here sooooooo.
Oh yes, there are also amazing acoustics-what the neighbor at the table says is almost inaudible, but conversations at neighboring tables sound as if they are shouting in your ear personally.
There are no complaints about the castle, it is stately and beautiful.
There is no desire to come here a second time.
I definitely recommend you to visit!
The atmosphere of the castle in the restaurant hall with the appropriate Internet is simply amazing😃
And separately I would like to thank and praise the waitress girls❤️ insanely cute girls, very pleasant, good-natured, responsive, in beautiful dresses of those times... Thank you very much for the emotions and delicious coffee.
A very atmospheric restaurant. The waiters are dressed in the fashion of the time. The menu is huge. My eyes are running away. The dishes are big and delicious. The prices are low.
The restaurant has deteriorated in recent years. The quality of the food, the service, everything has dropped to the lowest level. The dishes are brought cold or already overcooked, they say that "the cook missed it." When asked to bring normally cooked, not cold pancakes, they are simply heated in the microwave along with sour cream) Accordingly, the restaurant is empty, even in the evening. I don't recommend it to anyone, run away from here
The restaurant is located right inside the Nesvizh Castle, which gives a special entourage. We took pancakes in different variations and they were all very decent, delicious soups, pickles and fruit drinks. Despite the heavy workload, we were served fairly quickly. Although the place is a tourist destination, we were pleased, it is an excellent option for lunch on the day of visiting the castle.
The interior is gorgeous, and the restroom is in terrible condition (which does not go well with the entourage of the institution itself)!
The service in the restaurant is not very good, but the dishes are unusual and delicious!
I recommend tincture of Krambambul with birch juice, pancakes with machanka in a pot, sausage with a finger, meat, onions and mushrooms
We came on an excursion to Nesvizh Castle, worked up an excellent appetite (and there is only fast food on the territory), so we were very lucky that we just looked in (the Hetman is on the territory of the hotel) and as a result had a very tasty lunch (ear, of course, draniki everything was delicious and good portions)
Positive:
Interior
Minuses:
Service
In general, my mother and I have different impressions, we arrived at 12, an hour after the opening, there was no one but us.. the waiter guy quickly brought the menu and accepted the order, but then the girl remained.. She's cute, of course, but Luntik is still.. you need to ask to clean up, ask to pick up the dish, and for everyone, ask for payment (2 times), ask to pick up for the delivery of change.. while removing them, glasses / forks fall.. In short, this girl is a mountain onion, and finally, they said "hello" to us. I left 5 rubles for a tip out of politeness, but my mother took it away, saying that they needed to catch up to paycheck, not to mention tips.
But I liked the kitchen) the soup is delicious, especially with bread and butter...draniki, as in all establishments of Nesvizh, strudel with ice cream is delicious. I will also note the interior ) Perhaps it is the best of all the popular establishments in Nesvizh) Light, spacious, gabelin tablecloth, fresh flowers .. all this is pleasantly pleasing and leaves an impression with its details))
Not only did Luntik disappoint with the service, but she was also wearing a brocade sundress that complimented the interior. I hope that next time we will come and the impression will be fully 5 stars
Waiting for draniki for 60 minutes is aerobatics. The food is canteen, the serving is exactly the same. The soup was brought to the children from the children's menu after an hour of waiting and it was clearly sour, although they assured that it was fresh. The children did not eat. Guys, you are in such a place, and the service and quality are just a canteen.
The waiters are not as friendly as possible, I would even say indifferent. 2 stars only for the interior and being in the castle. A complete disappointment.
Historical interiors have been recreated, a very soulful restaurant right inside the Nyasvizh castle. The staff is quite friendly and conscientious. Pleasant atmosphere. The gastronomic and cultural heritage of Belarus.
One star for the interior corresponding to the castle.
There is no maintenance, they can easily get confused in two occupied tables. The dishes are disgusting (duck salad: their duck is an over-salted balyk made of unknown meat, maybe duck, maybe pork - it's unclear. herring salad under a fur coat: this is a laugh, not a portion (herring also tastes questionable), stewed cabbage soup with mushrooms and meat: the meat is a piece of 2 grams, no mushrooms were found, as fresh as possible and also a small portion.
Dear ones, this is not how they work! The prices were raised 2 or even 3 times the usual institution, and in return you give the low quality of EVERYTHING. Worse than any diner!
Anywhere to have a snack, but definitely not here!
We arrived at the castle, and after that, of course, I wanted to eat. We went to a restaurant. The interior is in the spirit of the era, the tablecloth is tapestry.
But what won my heart was the combination of beef with cherries and shingles.
It seems in Lithuanian.
The place is popular, it is better to book a table in advance.
A pleasant atmospheric restaurant. Very tasty draft beer, but the moment has not been thought out for those who are driving and want to drink delicious beer at home, taking it with a sub in a bottle on tap, because draft beer tastes better than bottled, it was also nice to make tinctures with samples or as a gift. I got out of the situation by buying a bottle of water, poured the water and myself interrupted from the glasses into the bottle, because the waiters did not understand how this could be done (I was very surprised by the lack of logic of the waiters in the high-level vision)
The food is very tasty, the pancakes are awesome, I was pleased that sour cream is served in a separate dish for tributaries (for me this is a plus since I don't really like it) the prices are normal for Russia, it's expensive for Belarus, but an atmospheric dinner with food at the highest level is worth it and no amount for such impressions and rest is not a pity....
The restaurant is right in Nesvizh Castle. A beautiful hall. Quite an interesting menu and a beautiful presentation. Perhaps the prices are slightly overpriced, but the above compensates for this.
Among the advantages: the interior
Of the cons: everything else.
We were with our family on the weekend (07/06/2024) this "restaurant" spoiled the whole impression of a trip to Nesvizh. We arrived at 16.20. Only 3 tables were occupied. The waiter said that she could offer us a table until 18.00, then the reservation, okay, for 1.40 I was sure that we would be able to relax and eat. We chose and ordered it. There were 4 of us, the result is that after 20 minutes they bring one soup and one salad (2 identical salads were ordered), okay, the whole family is waiting for the rest to bring the order. Another 20 minutes pass , when I have already approached the administrator to clarify where the rest of the dishes are .. including the same salad, they began to be rude to me. They say we went to a meeting, allowed you to sit at the table. (Oh, yes, I'm sorry, we came to ask you for a piece of bread for free) after we were outraged, the rest of the dishes were brought in 2 minutes. From what I conclude , they just forgot about the order . One dish .. the usual mashed potatoes, by the way, were not brought.. They just forgot. I think everything is clear about the service, the boorish attitude, the level of the eatery on the highway. Further along the dishes, only cabbage soup and serving are among the advantages. Warm salad with sweet pepper, stewed chicken fillet in teriyaki sauce.... Only 3 lettuce leaves and one shameful, pinkie-thick slice of pepper... Thank God the sauce saved this obscurantism. The dish "princely meat with salsa sauce" could have left all your teeth there, so rubbery pork …
The conclusion is that the prices are too high, upbringing did not allow, but for such dishes and such service it was not necessary to pay at all. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone, change the staff, spoil the whole impression.
The place is nice and beautiful!
But the staff was very slow and unprofessional, the workload for people was not great, two dishes were waiting for more than an hour, and they forgot about dessert until they reminded me.
On this day, not only we were dissatisfied, people left and were indignant at the exit!
We were a couple of years ago and had good impressions, but recently we stopped by with a child, took both the main dishes and from the children's menu and, frankly, were disappointed. The children's cutlet had a very unpleasant smell of stale meat, although it tasted normal, but they decided not to eat.
The borscht also turned out to be somehow not tasty, the mushrooms were badly overcooked in the pancakes, the beef was too much filled with their signature cherry sauce and even a bone was caught (
Portions, serving and quality clearly do not pull at the restaurant and these prices.
