We ordered dog food 4 weeks before that day, as a result, we sold the whole evening from 18 to 22, the order was not delivered. The phone was not answered. As a result, after correspondence with this store, we were informed that our order was not included in the list of couriers, and it was suggested to come and pick up the order yourself or wait for the courier the next day. Considering that we arrived in Minsk for 1 day, it was not very convenient for us to wait all day for the courier. Upon arrival at the store, the staff could not find our collected order for a long time. They called us non-locals, not very respectfully, considering that we paid more than 500 Belarusian rubles for food.
A complaint was also sent to the company's management.

It was a vicious circle until one day we tried heart medications and pneumonia was treatable. I even had to take rats to the clinic in the oxygen chamber for 4 hours every day for a week.We bought rats with hereditary heart disease. If the product is out of stock, it seems to me that it is not difficult to just write about it. I'm not even talking about the fact that I was promised at least some quantity of goods. It's good that you don't work with life-saving drugs, and other people's lives don't depend on your work. God is your judge. If you are called an "online store", then be kind enough to keep in touch, accept orders or refuse them if you do not have the necessary drugs!!! And not to lead people by the nose and not to mislead! I could have gotten what I wanted at another store, but it never occurred to me that I would be left with nothing. Provided that the product is really scarce. Naturally, upon arrival, I did not find a replacement in any store, not that in the right amount, but in general!!! You stole a week from us and gave us a complete NOTHING. "Thank you" to you. Personally, especially Maria, who never bothered to get in touch with me.
