The mazin itself is good, the pastries are almost always new, the finished food in the form of pizza and sushi is almost always new. (Why almost? Because in all stores there are products that are already stale.) I found Persanl to be nice and responsive. Now about the bad stuff. The queues are very long, even if the self-service ticket office is taken into account. The worst store I have to visit, because I live nearby.
If you want today's bread, come tomorrow, rolls are sometimes soft, fresh meat happens once a month, chicken will be smelly in 90%, milk is generally fine if you dive deeper into the window, one star only for drinks that generally do not spoil.

There are not enough qualified personnel, unfortunately it is noticeable... Queues form at the ticket offices for the same reason, and the presence of contactless terminals does not save this situation.
The souvenir department probably occupies such an area and location now. Perhaps this is a trump card for further rearrangement and expansion.

As long as I stayed in Minsk, every day I found an excuse to look into Hippo (The choice of goods is simply amazing, starting from bakery products and ending with Minsk sausage.... And what are 500 types of sweets worth?... I arrived with one weight, and flew home with another....) I bought tea, coffee, and candy gift sets for gifts to my family and friends.....
