We booked a tour, they said that they accept mir cards. We arrived at the office, there is no terminal. They sent us to another office. And the terminal doesn't work there. This is not about customer orientation. People are probably coming to you not only from Belarus. We will not recommend it to our friends either!!!! Moreover, we offered that we would leave part of it in cash, and pay the rest on the spot when we withdraw it. They refused.

Disgusting service. We wanted to book an excursion. They called the dates, we agreed, then asked to send the age of all participants to Viber. Exactly the age! The answer came only the next morning, namely that our date was already taken. How can this be? Bullying attitude towards the client. The manager called later and didn't even apologize for the situation. I am attaching a screenshot of the calls
