We went with a travel agency on a Vienna-Florence-Rome-Venice-Prague tour in July 2024. An excellent newest bus, as comfortable as possible, with sockets under each seat, air conditioning and a wonderful, cheerful team of drivers (Andrey and Vitaly). A well-organized program, wonderful hotels for overnight stays (only on the first day of the overnight stay there was a simple hotel, a former hostel, but with a good breakfast). We spent two nights in a hotel with such a gorgeous view of the city, unreal sunrises. The excursions are interesting, but you need to realize that the tour is busy, the trips are long, so there is a little lack of free time in the visited cities, each of which is magnificent in its own way. But these are the normal costs of a bus tour. I really liked that there were additional excursions to Padua and Wroclaw. The move itself (not counting the long downtime at the border) was really easy and interesting, mostly thanks to our wonderful guide Vladimir T. Last year we went with a well-known travel agency to Greece, Olga was the guide (or rather, not the guide, but the usual escort of a group of tourists), absolutely zero (rude, always late with each the whole bus was waiting for her, we just watched an endless number of movies the whole way). Our Vladimir is a complete delight on this tour! Before Vienna there was a film about Austria, and we left the city to the sounds of a Viennese waltz; on the way to Rome there was a documentary about the construction of the Colosseum; before visiting the capital of the Tuscany region, Florence, we watched the release of Heads and Tails. Tuscany"; diving into Italy, we watched the film with A.Celentano and Ornella Muti "Madly in love" and "cherry" was watching the film "Eat.Pray.Love me." Additionally, Vladimir talked interestingly about all the cities that we just passed through, not to mention the visited ones, I do not know how the tail of the bus, but the first half listened "excitedly". In my opinion, in addition to a carefully thought-out program, it is very important to have such cool guides on the tour. We were very pleased with the trip, thank you very much!

We went on a bus tour with a vacation at the sea in Croatia!
Such a tour (with a vacation in Makarska, and not in small villages) was found only in this tour agency, and I am very glad that we got there. Fell in love with Croatia and Makarska)
There are nuances everywhere, which I will tell you about below, but they did not spoil the feeling of the trip in any way.
•The bus number came to us in an SMS notification, but another one arrived at the station, we left Minsk and the bus smoked 10 km from the border) We waited for a new 4.5 hours, as a result, the original one arrived, which should have been (how can we not believe in the signs?) and that was the end of all the bad things)))
•Two additional excursions were lost due to insufficient number of people and time
And speaking of excursions, everything was so fast, in a hurry, they gave 40 minutes to inspect the castle with a huge beautiful territory, and it still took 15 minutes to get back to the bus, everyone rushed back out of breath, what was, what was not
• It was a bit boring on the bus, they rarely turned on movies, on the way there they showed us only heads and tails, six issues in a row) My head was already boiling, I wasn't interested, it would be better to watch some good movie that was shot or somehow connected with the city/ country we are passing through, or just an interesting movie.
On the way back, they turned on the Russian TV series, here everyone became animated and even though time passed unnoticed
•Unfortunately, it was not possible to get a Croatian visa, so they applied for another country
We are using Global Travel services for the first time. In general, we are satisfied, the emotions of the trip cover everything, thank you!

In September, I went on an excursion tour with a vacation in Italy with the travel agency Global Travel. I found out that I was traveling with this travel agency on the bus. I processed all the documents at another travel agency, but I did not regret at all that it happened. The entire route was built as conveniently as possible for tourists. Only the weather made changes to the program. But it absolutely did not spoil either our vacation or our mood! The bus is Chinese, not old, with a phone charger, only not enough legroom, but I had 2 seats, so it was fine for me.
The escort Tatiana and the drivers Pavel and Alexander are real professionals. Thanks to them! Moving with them was not difficult.
There are many different excursions both on the road and at the place of rest.
I'd love to go somewhere else with this team.

We went on a bus tour of Rothenburg an der Tauber-Paris-Amsterdam-Wroclaw on November 3. I want to thank Tatiana, the escort, and the drivers. Everything was organized as comfortably as possible: from crossing the border to rest and food. The issues that arose were resolved quickly and clearly. I had the opportunity to explore Paris on my own. We got an unforgettable experience from the tour. Thank you so much for the trip!

I would like to say that I traveled a lot with this company before covid. One of the most wonderful tours was Budapest-Prague-Vienna.
In November 2024, we went with them on a tour of Paris-Blooming Rottenburg on the Tauber. The tour was wonderful! I bought it from the company TravelLab. The Global Travel company organized everything. The pace is of course very intense, but it turned out to see a lot. The guides were very interesting. Most of all, I remember Andrey, the guide to Paris. He talked very interestingly and remembered a lot of things. Apart from Paris, which I dreamed of seeing, Rottenburg on the Tauber is the most memorable. It is a beautifully preserved old and very nice town. I didn't want to leave it. We also visited Amsterdam and Wroclaw.

I went on 05.09.2024 on an excursion tour with a vacation at the sea in Croatia (Makarska), organized by the Global Travel travel agency. I signed a contract with another travel agency because I thought they were the organizers.
First of all, I would like to say about the buses: the first bus that took us to the sea was new, clean, with USB chargers under each seat. There was also a bus from the Chinese company Yutong on the way back, but it was older. There was charging on this bus anyway, which was very gratifying.
Separately, I would like to say words of praise to our group leader, Oleg! It was very informative, interesting and fun with him! He made our stay as comfortable and informative as possible!
And now about the holiday destination itself – Makarska. There's a sea of amazing color. Everyone will be able to find a beach to their liking. And what a pine aroma there is, it is impossible to convey in words. I enjoyed every minute: from the sea, from the air, from the mountains.. from everything around.
All the villas were located near the old town and in the port part of the city. This part of the city, in my opinion, is more peaceful. In general, Makarska is divided into two parts by the peninsula of St. Peter: the port part (where there is a beach near the Ferris wheel, we got used to it) and a part with many coastal cafes, restaurants and souvenir shops. In the second part, there is a beach area along its entire length. The beach here is not wide, but as we noted, according to other vacationers, there are gorgeous waves here. The sea has always been calm on our beach.
From the wishes, I would like to suggest that you indicate in the description of the tour that it is possible to order an additional one.excursions at the host party during your stay at sea. I think this information will not be superfluous, especially for those tourists who, like me, do not like to sit in one place.
Despite some kind of weather drinking, I rested both body and soul 200%. I really liked our group. I went alone and for me such trips are always new acquaintances, but not after every trip, I want to meet these people again and rush somewhere else.
Therefore, I can safely recommend this tour. Croatia is a wonderful country that will give you a lot of good impressions and emotions!

What was that?
My family and I came to this "travel agency" with a specific question - to ask about vacation options in Georgia. The tour operator Marina sat as if in prostration and all the time offered a bus tour to KALMYKIA. To the answers "no, it doesn't suit us," she just stubbornly talked about all the charms of this wonderful place and tried to show photos. When this orgy passed 10 minutes and we were about to leave, it was only then that she apparently realized that she was doing something wrong. After a short search, she finally offered some options on Georgia... We were satisfied with one of the options. As a result, it turned out that such an option does not exist in sight. Everyone knows about the situation with air tickets this year. But why did you have to lie?
When it turned out, Marina promised that she would select options for other hotels and send them to Viber in 5-10 minutes. When she didn't call back even an hour later, I dialed myself. I was again assured that the options had already been selected and they would be reset to me within a few minutes. An hour has passed again. I called a third time and was assured again that the options would be reset any minute. This went on for three days. After that, I called for two more days, but now Marina chose not to answer the phone. As a result, we lost three whole days that could have been usefully spent on other travel agencies.
Along the way, on our first visit, we asked if the travel agency was providing assistance in opening a Schengen visa. Marina, again, with a smile, said that they provide such assistance, and bypassing all sorts of "gray" schemes that other travel agencies practice. We were told that they are opening an Italian Schengen and at a very attractive price. A couple of days later, my son came to sign a contract... Marina, smiling, said, "WE COOPERATE ONLY WITH THE HUNGARIAN CONSULATE. AND WE OPEN A VISA ONLY FOR THE TOUR." To her son's surprised misunderstanding and his question, "But you said something completely different a couple of days ago," Marina repeated over and over again, "We ONLY COOPERATE WITH THE HUNGARIAN CONSULATE. AND WE OPEN A VISA ONLY FOR THE TOUR." When she repeated this mantra for the third time, her son just got up and left.
What is the outcome? A great travel agency if you want to waste your time and are looking for a place where you will be made out to be complete idiots...
P.S. It's a pity that this "wonderful" travel agency cannot be given minus 5 points.
