Of the advantages, only the interesting design of the pick-up point and the automated delivery of parcels. That's all, the rest are solid disadvantages, starting from delivery, and ending with the support service. In total, I ordered 5 parcels from TaoBao through them, of which only 4 came, they managed to lose one parcel and did not return the money for it. But that's okay, it wasn't that expensive. They did not want to take the other parcel at all, allegedly they did not receive it at the warehouse, and in general it was like taobao's fault. But thank God this package eventually arrived, I recently picked it up. Shipping prices are also crazy, for some reason, shipping from China is more expensive than from the USA. If you order through globbing, I warn you, THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PARCEL AT ALL. I asked the support service directly that if, for example, they lose an expensive order, or this order does not come to their warehouse, then it turns out that I will lose my money and no one will reimburse me, they said yes, and no one will return the money to me. In short, don't set foot here anymore.

2 terrible joints from them in one month:
1. My husband's passport data was used to order a tablet and thus chose his entire duty-free limit for the quarter. At customs, we were informed that globing itself had paid this duty and now we cannot order goods on sale. We were not informed of the data who received this tablet.
2. An empty box from the store allegedly entered the American warehouse without my goods. Of course, she did not provide a video of the packer opening my box. Well, then they can't process my refund request for 2 weeks

Although he knew about the existence of Globbing, he did not dare to place an order. Although, friends and acquaintances have been using their services for a long time and everything is fine. As a result, my curiosity got the better of me and I decided to try and see how it all works. I made the purchase on Amazon. At first I wanted to order from the bestbay, but something didn't work out and they (the bestbay) didn't want to deliver to the globbing address. After the order was received at the globbing warehouse, delivery to Tashkent took 10 days (fast enough). The next day I went to pick up my order. After scanning the barcode in the service center, the system issued my order, upon receipt of the order, an employee of the center kindly packed my order in a branded package and handed it to me. I definitely recommend this delivery service. Of course, I've seen negative reviews here, but in my case, everything went great. The order arrived intact, no traces of careless transportation were revealed. Transportation in globbing is quite neat and careful. A box weighing 1.8 kg., with rather expensive contents. My opinion is that you can safely order and not worry. I hope my review will be useful to someone and the person will decide to use the services of this delivery service. :)

I have been using the services of this company for more than a year, everything was fine. Once again, I ordered a package, an Apple Watch.An empty box came in, only the charging wire inside. The seal of the box is broken. The most interesting thing is that globbing repacked the goods in the states, opening the original box from Amazon. Globbing provided a minute-long video about repacking, where you can see that their employee opens the Amazon box, packs the watch box into a bag, wraps it with tape and puts it further into some kind of prefabricated container. That's all. History is silent about what happened next. Also, upon request, globbing provided a letter stating that there was no fault on their part. The product was purchased on the website Amazon.com , the seller is also Amazon, with a high rating and a mark of #1 Best seller. More than 7000 orders per month for this product and there are practically no bad reviews from customers. I do not know at what stage the watch eventually disappeared, the fact is that globbing takes money for delivery BEFORE the customer receives the goods, thereby the customer agrees in advance that the goods were accepted. Despite the fact that the parcel was opened in their center and recorded on video, it did not help in any way. Globbing has, as they say, "a hut on the edge." Their specialists could not help in any way.

I confirm the words of Vicky Ka, in globbing, a certain employee Artyom, when entering data at customs, overestimated the number of laptops, instead of one he made 2, which coincided with the holidays, so I had to urgently go to customs on Saturday to the other side of the city with an invoice and prove that I ordered one laptop and did not fall under customs duties. Because of this, the package was received a week later than promised.
I also ordered the service of checking the conformity of the received and ordered goods in the warehouse . When consulting by phone, the support employee explained that only the compliance of the order will be checked, the health check is not included in it. I agreed and eventually they sent me a notification that everything was checked - whether to send the goods back or to the recipient. In fact, I received an item that did not match the order. The service costs $ 2, instead of returning them, they arranged a trial with the promise of viewing cameras in the warehouse. But judging by the answer, the ladies forgot about it. The box was not opened as promised, the fact that the description was written on the box with what was entered in the office was not compared.
I was tormented for a long time in support, send this screenshot, send the price, send a description, although all this is in the globbing account.
So, I do not recommend ordering additional services, they simply do not turn out in fact. And you will not be able to prove anything, and no one will provide you with the promised cameras from the warehouse. I have been using Atlantic's services for more than 10 years and never had such incidents, Eugene called the stores at my request and found out directly why, for example, the wrong goods came, without any additional charges, just an employee compared what was indicated in the client's account and what came in fact. And here, even for money, they cannot provide normal service.

Filled up wrong ... and customs officers will intimidate that they will now confiscate the goods and you will be accused of commerce. P.S. There were shoes and bags in the parcel. I'm a doctor. As a result , they counted the customs clearance for me at 9 million . But then they said that in a brotherly way they would give the parcel for 3 fophotomillion. I had to pay. Bargained up to 2 million. She allegedly called the director, promised to solve the issue and disappeared. They also do not hesitate to respond in Google reviews, they will allegedly contact, ask for contacts ... they have all my data. They always lie! I will attach a photo of what I indicated correctly in their application. And they charged me 2000000, claiming that I did not fill out correctly. Instagram reviews are erased with lightning speed. And the check that I paid the customs officers to pick up my parcel. Fraternally made a discount. They intimidated that they would confiscate and that the real customs clearance costs 7 million . It is better to order through Atlex. There have never been such problems with them.
