Lovely spacious rooms with everything you need. Super comfortable huge and high bed with orthopedic mattress. Induction cooker with a set of dishes. Cleanliness in the room.
Large panoramic windows and a balcony with magnificent views of the sea and the city.
BUT, there is one huge drawback if you arrive by car. COMPLETE LACK OF PARKING!
The car will have to be built somewhere nearby and every time it's another quest!
The second disadvantage is the lack of catering in the hotel itself. Of course, no one will stay hungry, but I want to be able to eat without leaving the hotel. The shops nearby are completely unimpressive. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the supermarket along a not very well - maintained road .
And yet, the construction around is not finished! It is running in a sluggish mode.

Great location and cozy rooms!
We were with my husband on New Year's holidays and were delighted. There is a good infrastructure nearby. And what is very important is the view of the beautiful embankment from the room on one side, and the mountains on the other.
I can't hear the neighbors, everything is quiet, no one interferes. A beautiful hall and atmospheric musical accompaniment . 6 high-speed elevators, which helps to quickly get to the desired floor.
I recommend it!

In Batumi 4 times.. We stayed in this apartment for the first time..The room was on the 17th floor..Matches all photos..
Pros and cons: great view from the balcony - the sea and the mountains, but there is still construction work going on below..There was a noise from the tractor during the day.
At night, the equipment did not work, with the door closed and the air conditioner it was comfortable to sleep..
The bed is huge, soft. Pillows, a blanket..Clean, snow-white linen. 2 towels each
Shampoo. Shower gel. We had a large frying pan and a small one in the closet. There were cups, plates, forks, spoons, a knife, a kettle.
We lacked a proper refrigerator. There is a refrigerator-bar in the room. But since the light turns off when you leave the room, it was warm in this "refrigerator". There was only room for a bottle of milk on the shelf.. Do not put large bottles.
A stove with one shelf.
There is no microwave.. Those who won't cook, I think they can survive this.
There is no washing machine..
In the morning and in the evening you can go up / down safely.
But in the afternoon, 12 elevators could not cope..Once, after standing for 55 minutes waiting for the elevator, we went up to the 53rd floor, and then to the first.
There are not enough parking spaces around the buildings.
Near the hotel with Parking 500 rubles a day..or just drive off to the 9-storey buildings, you can park the car there.
For me, the downside was that the building would light up, flashing different lights until about one o'clock in the morning.
Curtains let in all the light. The room is like a disco ...

We stayed on the 43rd floor, the view is gorgeous on one side of the sea, on the other side of the city and mountains. The room is nice, comfortable, everything you need to relax is there. The refrigerator is small, a bar, if someone wants to cook, then the pan will not fit there. It's too bad there's no washing machine. It is very difficult to get into the elevator during rush hour, although there are 12 of them here, 6 in each wing, but there are a lot of people, you can stand for 30-40 minutes. If you close your eyes to this, then everything else is gorgeous, the room for two is just right, clean, cozy. The bed is super, the mattress is high, moderately soft, just right.

New modern apartments, very well located in relation to the beach, the promenade, the old town.
Nearby there are cafes and shops, fountain shows.
We were in these apartments in August (peak season). There are a lot of people, you can expect an elevator for a long time, since the house has 50 floors, and if you live on the middle floors, you may not even enter the elevator, there is not enough space, you need to wait for the next elevator again.

A wonderful hotel on the first line by the sea! Magnificent views from the balconies, excellent service, courteous attentive staff. There is a beautiful coastal boulevard nearby for walking with children. There are many attractions, pavilions with souvenirs, drinks and ice cream. Grocery stores are within walking distance. There is a fabulous Greek restaurant nearby. I want to go back there!!!

I am very pleased with the proximity of the sea, cheap canteens, Spar, Magnet and benches with homemade wine. A pleasant lobby with a restroom and good internet connection. It is even possible to conduct video calls. Any cleaning requests are resolved instantly. The impressions are good.

This is some kind of dormitory. The doors on the floors are slammed very noisily, no one keeps order in public places: if someone makes noise at night, there is no one to turn to. There are no instructions and rules for using appliances in the room and in the apartment complex as a whole. And the elevators are not adjusted, they follow each other.
After the response of the author of the comment to my review, I will add: author, I understand perfectly well that orby owns only part of the apartments. I wrote to the owner something that applies locally to his property. Here in the review is information about the complex as a whole. Your elevators and your common areas are in terrible condition. Don't come up with vague excuses.

I put one star on the view from the window.
minuses:
- at 47, the room stinks of sewage (it was fixed but only after two weeks of our presence, but the smell was still small)
- there is a constant noise of construction, and something is constantly being built on both sides
- 12 elevators are cool, but it works at most 4, queues are constantly accumulating, I was out of season, I can't imagine what's going on here in the season
- when the wind blows to the apartment outside, it makes your ears pop
- there are terrible TVs everywhere with poor image quality and they slow down very terribly
- the Internet is also terrible during peak hours at 5 mbit/ s, it is not possible to work, I don't say anything
at all - our lock was constantly buggy when the repairman was called, he came checked, everything worked for him and he refused to check what was wrong with him.
Of the advantages:
- beautiful view, if you take the right side of course
- close to the sea
To be honest, I don't understand why the rating is so high, it seems that there are more minuses than pluses.

The hotel is not bad. Everything is beautiful, clean and stylish. If you have noisy neighbors , consider yourself unlucky , the audibility is good . They also strain the garbage cans right in front of the entrance to the main lobby . When the construction is finished around the building , it will really be gorgeous.

This is the first time in Georgia . We booked through Booking , there are no problems. The room is two-room, large, clean, TV in every room, towels are clean, there is a kettle, a saucepan (who cooks himself, the stove is induction by the way). The room was on the 8th floor, average occupancy, of course, there were a lot of tourists on weekends, there were a lot of elevators, everything was busy, of course it was a long wait, but for us it was not a problem. The quality leaves much to be desired... Almost everything in the room is of poor quality. Curtains and towels are full of holes. The forks are strange. Everything falls off in the toilet and in the bathroom. We stayed 3 nights in February, it's terribly cold. There was also an earthquake in Turkey, it reached Batumi and we were reeling on the 45th floor like on a ship. You wait for the elevator for a long time, and then you go down and on every 5th floor it stops and picks up people. In general, it takes 10-15 minutes to go down from the 45th floor. In case of a building collapse, you won't get out of there. Panoramic windows are one of the advantages. We had a view from the window of another lame Orbi building. I do not recommend it.

It's a very noisy, uncomfortable place. The queue for the elevator can be waited for 10 minutes. Cars are always scattered at the entrance in a chaotic manner, there are no parking spaces at all, absolutely. At night, loud music can be heard from the embankment, it's hard to sleep, you can only sleep with your ears plugged. + one star for the view from the window. The view is right on the sea. + one star for cleanliness in the hall and corridors and for novelty. Everything is new, not worn out, as the complex has just been built.
