The Golden Apple cosmetics store is already selling fakes with might and main!!!! And it's not a feeling, it's my bitter experience - I bought such an obvious fake that it's just a horror. I bought a film mask with an excellent composition there, and indeed everything that the manufacturer claimed was available - care, lifting effect, peeling effect. Just love! Of course, I ran to buy another one before the promotion ended. And after a couple of months, when one was finished, I opened the second one (bought just a couple of days after the first one on the same shelf, no different from the first one). And oh , the horror ! - having frozen, the mask did not come off in one movement, but rolled down stupidly - it was not a pleasant feeling. I filed a complaint with the store. They showed me the documents for the shipment and told me that I should have contacted them within 14 days of purchase. They didn't even apologize to my indignation that they had fakes on the shelves next to the original.
Be careful - holiday discounts are coming soon, don't pick up the item! Buy only what you test within 14 days and at the slightest suspicion of low-quality goods, write complaints and demand a refund. Remember, in the Golden Apple, there are fakes mixed with the original on the shelves. And their documents are in order - a certain percentage of the original in order to show you the documents the store buys. I'm afraid the percentage of the original is decreasing significantly every day - soon only the testers will remain the original.

Then I go up to another consultant girl, ask the same question, and she says, "now I'll find out," she walks away, I follow her, she didn't find out anything from anyone, and just stood there and did nothing.
I have never seen such a selfish attitude anywhere else!

There is no logic and loyalty to customers. On March 6, until 19:00, I place an order for certificates (37 pieces). I will arrange delivery on March 7. During the day, the company does not respond to any WhatsApp messages, and the hotline phone does not work. Upon arrival at the store, we are told that our order has been canceled and a refund has been issued. Although there are a sufficient number of certificates at the cash desks, the manager's response was that they could not help in any way. It's just a mocking attitude to customers, 37 girls will be left without a gift on March 8. Think before you get involved with such a disregard.
