The excellent location of the hotel in the beautiful city of Baku!
I really liked the location of the hotel, on the embankment, within walking distance of the historical part of the city. It takes about 20 minutes to walk.
Beautiful view of the embankment, the sea, the city.
I liked the sound insulation of the room. The hotel is located by a noisy road, but with the windows closed, the noise from the road is completely inaudible.
I liked the attitude of the staff to the guests, we are ready to help solve any issue. Many employees speak Russian and English.
I liked the food for breakfast. Despite the limited choice of dishes, we always left breakfast well-fed and satisfied. Delicious coffee and juices.
I liked the room cleaning. I liked the presence of a gym and the presence of a swimming pool, but I will tell you about the pool separately.
I didn't like the dirty windows. The hotel claims to be 5 stars, but the dirt on the windows is so thick that it is impossible to open the curtains. We had 2 rooms per family. And if the windows in the room with a sea view were less dirty, then in the room with a mountain view there was just terrible dirt on the windows! :(
The second thing I will pay attention to is the cool water in the pool. The pool was among the priorities when choosing a hotel, but in 6 days it was never used.
And the TVs in the rooms didn't work, the channels weren't set up, but that's a small thing.
The room is budget! Huge, cozy, with panoramic views! I really liked it.
Yes, it is clear that the carpet is not the first freshness! But, this does not reduce the pleasant stay in the room.
Although, the taste and color will not please everyone!!!)))
Excellent hotel staff. Excellent accommodation and check-in at the hotel. The guys at the reception are very polite, communication is both in English and in Russian.
The room was on the 9th floor, with a great view, panoramic windows, spacious and quiet. There are all amenities and accessories: bathrobes and slippers, smart TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, bathroom accessories.
A good breakfast until 10 am.
We liked everything.
The hotel may have once been 5*, but now it is a little worn out. The furniture is shabby in places, the remote control from you did not work. I spent 1 night on a business trip, so it was not critical. The breakfast is good, buffet, delicious, although the choice was not great. The rooms have a great view of the embankment.
We were from 12/28/2022 to 01/04/2023 celebrating the New Year at the hotel. The holiday was a success, the hosts are in Russian. The room is large with panoramic windows on the embankment and the sea. The staff is Russian-speaking, will always come to the rescue, very responsive. In general, we are very satisfied with Baku, a lot of impressions.

A hospitable hotel.
Coming to the city for the first time, you do not feel like a stranger, thanks to the hospitality of the wonderful friendly staff of the hotel, in the person of the respected Sena, who speaks Russian perfectly. Sena answered all your questions about the sights and how best to get there.
Excellent location, possibly the best: panoramic view of the bay and the city, which is beautiful at any time of the day.
When checking in, it is better to choose a room with a view of the "Flame Towers". The evening show is amazing and unforgettable!
To the city center by taxi 5-7 minutes.
There is a bus stop nearby.
Wonderful breakfasts! Delicious and fresh products. Cream and Sour Cream are the tastiest!
Thank you, dear Sabina, for your attention and excellent work. Your kindness and concern are excellent.
The rooms are cleaned daily.
Tea and coffee table.
A hotel for a comfortable stay.
Near shops, restaurants, cafes, developed infrastructure. A walk along the embankment will be a pleasure.
Thank you, beautiful Baku!!!
