We visited this institution with the company, in general we liked everything: the waiter girl was slightly unable to cope, could not advise on the cocktail list and did not advise anything, then there was a shift change and a very pleasant, polite young man began to serve us, who always turned out to be nearby at the right moment and did his job at the highest level. According to the dishes: caesar salad is excellent, lasagna did not quite meet expectations, a small portion, little meat, not as tasty as it happens in other establishments, pasta with shrimp did not like it at all, duck with mashed potatoes is super, the beer set is huge and delicious. In general, there are only positive impressions, we will come again

I've been there many times: all the dishes are very tasty, the serving is beautiful, the staff is friendly)
In the evening, live music is very useful, fits into the atmosphere.
The waiting time for dishes is from 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the workload and complexity of the dishes, but the waiting goes unnoticed)
The menu is varied, the tea list is large, the desserts are just perfect :)
The price tag is average, does not bite, and taking into account the service and gastronomic pleasure, it is just right)

I was most disappointed in this institution.
1. The waitress met with a dissatisfied face (5 girls in the company came): we asked if there were any tables available, she said "no" with a clatter and rolling her eyes, although there were 5 empty tables and I had to show them to her.
2. The waiters insulted the guests in front of us
3. Guards swear obscenities
4. The receptionist threatened to "hit" the guest who annoys her.
I am silent about the service itself and the quality of the dishes.

Speaking of hot, the same dish in Golden at Dana Mall was visually much bigger and more appetizing than here. The website says that the birthday party has a surprise from the institution, but I did not see it.

I came in for tea and dessert. In a half-empty hall, they clarified whether I had booked a place?)) they sat at the first table near the cash register and the exit to the terrace.
As a non-smoker, the smell of cigarettes was strongly drawn from the terrace.
I ate for 28.5 rubles. I asked for the bill. They brought it. Within 30 seconds, I put 30 rubles on the check (the money was visible). The waiters pass by 15 times, no one took the bill (yes, they still sat for 10 minutes waiting for the calculation). As a result, when I got up and started to leave, the bill was taken away immediately. I didn 't get the change . But it's not about the delivery, but about the attitude and approach to the client.

This year I was dissatisfied with one of the positions of draft beer, in my opinion, it was far from the first freshness. Wines and Grimbergen are on the level.
