A terrible place. We went to the institution at 23.30, immediately the staff looked like ..., asked for documents. The cafe is "very high level", after checking the documents, they were waiting for an invitation to a free table in the end - they asked "why are we standing here?", take any table yourself. After such a friendly conversation, we turned around and left for another institution.

The waiters are not particularly friendly and uncivil.
Maybe I'm wrong, of course, or the stars have come together like that.
I don't remember the exact date of our visit.
The order was accepted, not quickly (uncritically because there were a lot of visitors.)
But the most important KPC happened when we ate and found that we had no napkins at our table. The fact is that we ordered "club sandwiches" and we were not offered disposable gloves. (This is also not critical) But napkins.... And it's okay if you just didn't keep up, BUT we asked one of the waiters to bring them to us. Spoiler: "He never brought them."
They asked us to calculate and bring the complaint book.
And then praise the administrator, because he came in less than a minute with our bill in his hands and a book of complaints. First he asked what happened, then he apologized and gave me a book of complaints. Also, huge praise to the administrator for offering us coffee with him at the expense of the establishment.(We refused)
So we left well-fed, but dissatisfied, but with the pleasant impression that at least the administrator was working well.

A good place, if you get there successfully.
Responsive staff. Large portions. It's quite a restaurant serving. Delicious and interesting cuisine. I tried the good old apple americano. Cold is just super. There is a smoking veranda and a summer option in the open air, called Golden Garden.
With a full landing, it is better to find out the speed of cooking and serving dishes, otherwise you may get hungry

It's always delicious, the price tag is expensive everywhere. Alcohol is generally a separate topic. The staff is usually always polite. They asked us to pour alcohol into an empty container so that we could take it with us, we were refused, although we drank literally a couple of glasses from a full carafe. Otherwise, one of the few places where you can still come to "sit out" after a party, there is also a smoking room.

The service is disgusting. We waited for the waitress, after she was called (asked to help choose a cocktail), for half an hour. Considering that she repeatedly passed by us and paid attention to us. As a result, the waiter who served the other tables helped. After paying the bill, no one even bothers to bring change) At the next table, the customers themselves asked to return the change, but we did not wait.
The cocktails are tasteless. It would seem that a great price for such a gram, but there remains a whole glass of ice) 3 out of 4 cocktails were mineral water with vodka (to taste).
I added one star for the kitchen, there are no questions about that.

It used to be a favorite cafe in the city. I do not know what happened, but I was ashamed in front of friends who came from another country. We ordered a warm salad, steak, two portions of noodles, coffee and sea buckthorn tea. We waited 40 minutes for our order. We reminded the waiter about ourselves twice. As a result, our order was carried past us, put on the table where the menus are. Another waiter put our food on another tray and brought it to us. The warm salad was no longer warm, like everything else. Realizing that the mood was spoiled and we didn't really want to eat the cooled, sticky noodles, we asked for the bill. The waiter remembered that we had ordered more tea and coffee. As a result, the coffee went through two tables, because the waiter guy did not know who ordered it, put it on other tables, and they told him that they did not order it. The coffee was not the same. which we ordered, but we refused tea. At that moment, a group of 15 people came into the cafe. The receptionist told them that the tables were occupied and there was no room for their company. But they decided to stay anyway and the waiters began to arrange new guests throughout the cafe, completely forgetting about the rest of the visitors. We also waited 40 minutes for the bill. They stopped the waiter, once again asked us to calculate. The girl rudely replied, something like "yes, I'll pay you off, wait." And we waited another 20 minutes. The impression was disgusting. But I decided not to write a review, considering that it happens to everyone, a one-time case, the same thing will not happen again.
But, unfortunately, it didn't get any better.
A month later, they came with a friend after work, the time was 22.00. We are tired and hungry. We made an order. After 20 minutes, the waiter asked us to move to the bar, since it was just the two of us, and a company of 4 people came to them. We didn't have the strength to be indignant and we just agreed. But apparently they forgot about us after that, because we waited another 30 minutes. The company that sat in our place was already eating when our salad and burger were brought to us. We asked the waiter to bring us more honey cake and strudel with ice cream. The girl informed us that the kitchen is very busy and I will wait 40 minutes for the strudel. And she will bring the honey cake in 5 minutes. I changed the order for two honey cakes and coffee. The bartender made us coffee right away, and we waited 30 minutes for the honey cake. The coffee was already drunk and we decided to take the honey cake with us. It was a huge mistake. Dessert was passed to another waiter. He went with him to the menu table. I met new guests there, escorted them to a table and only then carried our honey cake to the kitchen. We asked the bartender to calculate us and tell the kitchen that the honey cake was no longer needed.
I don't go to this particular place anymore and I don't recommend it to my friends.

We have booked a table for the New Year for four. We made a full prepayment, made a pre-order. We got a check (the money was deposited three or four weeks before the date). On New Year's Eve, the bill was brought and we paid it without looking. After comparing the check with the pre-check, it turned out that the prices were raised decently. In total, the difference reached 45 rubles. No one warned about the price increase after our pre-order. In addition, they also left a tip of 50 rubles.
PS the girls from the next table made a fuss during the payment-but at first we did not understand what they specifically did not like at that moment.
