We had a rest together with my wife. I really liked the hotel. The excellent cuisine is diverse, everything is delicious for any gourmet. Apartments with balconies, comfortable beds, in-room safe, private air conditioning in each room. The elevator pool is right in the hotel under a canopy. The street opposite the main entrance leads directly to the beach. There's plenty of room for everyone. The beach is free. Many people buy folding chairs. Along the beaches of the squares, where people sit right on the grass on these chairs they eat and drink beer, restaurants nearby along the entire okoloplyazhnaya street. The market is also not far away. The street buzzes in the evenings. There is live music all around, performances for every taste. A sense of celebration. Excursions are reasonable as everywhere else. I liked the hotel for its location, cleanliness, delicious breakfasts and service. The sea is a 5-minute walk away, the promenade is beautiful, the beach is equipped. Cafes and restaurants for every taste are nearby. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the bus stop at a calm pace. If they went on excursions early in the morning, they gave lunch boxes with them. The breakfasts at the hotel are varied (unlike many hotels there are porridges, a choice of fresh scrambled eggs or omelette, potatoes / pasta / salads / sweets), in general, no one was left hungry. The staff is friendly, Sabina especially helped at breakfast (it is convenient that there is a staff who knows Russian, sometimes I had to find out useful information). The room is cleaned every day.

Overall a great, pleasant hotel! The breakfasts were excellent, you could order fried eggs or an omelette that is prepared in front of you, coffee from the coffee machine, fresh orange juice, and much more (buffet).
You can also eat at the hotel restaurant for an additional fee, we had dinner there one day, there was a delicious kebab (photo attached) You can order room cleaning, although it didn't work for us once (by pressing the button in the room), but you can ask at the reception. The only disadvantage is that we were not seen in the booking upon check-in and we waited for almost an hour to find out (we booked through the islet service)
The room itself is pleasant, the bed linen is fresh, the towels are too.
The wish for the future is to put a watering can with a hose in the shower or at least a swivel one (sometimes you don't want to swim completely, but due to the fact that the watering can was in the wall and it was impossible to turn it)
The location of the hotel is on the second line (very close to the embankment) 8 minutes walk from public transport, nearby there are shops and many places where to eat and drink

I think that the hotel did an excellent job for its three stars. Good quality cleaning, thoughtful rooms with amenities, towels to the beach, which is very close, you can walk almost directly in 5 minutes. In 15 minutes you can walk to a public transport stop and get almost anywhere in Antalya.
Of the small, but disadvantages.
The food is not to say that it is 10 points (there were only breakfasts), but in general it will go..
There was a room with a sea view, but there was some fencing and a construction site ahead, so we didn't see much of the sea..
In general, I recommend the hotel.

I liked the hotel. Literally 50 meters in a straight line to the sea. The hotel is clean, the room is cleaned every day. A very good breakfast - lots of vegetables and herbs, a variety of desserts, hot dishes and fruits. The staff is friendly. You can climb to the roof and admire the views or meet the dawn.
Bicycles should not be rented from them, they are all in poor condition there. This is the only comment about the hotel.
Everything else is 5+.

It's a good hotel, not the freshest, but you can fall comfortably. There is air conditioning in the room. We had a room on the 2nd floor with a partial view of the sea (yes, it's true in the street) and a view of the pit. But you can also see the mountains. In principle, in November it is not particularly noisy there, I think there is more fuss on the first line. There is an opportunity to go to the roof, there are already more cool views. We liked the buffet. There were more foreigners among the visitors, but this did not bother us. There is a gym in the basement, quite decent, and at the reception you can rent a bike, give a towel for the pool or beach. The cleaning is good, although we did not ask for it.

It is quite decent, clean, the repair is fresh, at the reception they have repeatedly really helped out - the girl even gave her travel card for the bus. They rented a car without me while we were walking around the city and gave them the keys. The hotel is located away from noisy roads. The sea is nearby. The breakfast is very decent - a buffet. The Internet is not like at home, but my wife could always work remotely.

We were in December 2023, we took two standard rooms for four. We chose according to reviews:
- parking is free and there are plenty of places
- they asked for a kettle in the room, they gave it everything. We applied to the restaurant for dishes - they gave us everything
- the rooms themselves are a bit battered. The handles are loose, the showers do not close well, the bedspread may have a hole, but it does not bother us much
- the room has a large comfortable sofa and a separate pillow and blanket
- the staff is very friendly and it justifies a lot
- the beds are good, the linen is clean, we cleaned every day, shampoos, gels were added every day, we did not have time to spend
- the Wi-Fi is good. But we were in December
- THE RESTAURANT!!!!! Only for this 5 stars. The breakfasts were included and they were very good! We are thrilled! Although it is not a big restaurant, but everything is there for every taste
- the restaurant staff is beyond praise, always with a smile, always ready to help. Especially the girl Aysel (if I remember correctly) is a native Russian and an amazing sense of tact. Thank you very much, thanks in large part to the restaurant and the staff in it, our stay was very good. Although he was extremely active.

A small nice hotel, I liked everything. The location is good, 5 minutes to the sea. I took everything inclusive, the breakfasts are served by themselves, everything is satisfying, there was enough of everything. Lunches and dinners can be selected from their restaurant menu. I've been wanting to write a review for a long time. My husband, my baby and I were here as a family for 6 months from October to November 2022. Very pleasant impressions! We lived for a month in a cozy three-bedroom apartment with an adequate price tag on the outskirts of the city. The sea is across the street. The hotel itself is neat, the reception is responsive, there is a gym (which is rare for 3*!)
The breakfasts are hearty, the dishes change.
And they screwed a flexible hose to the shower, so there was no way to wash the baby with a built-in watering can.
I recommend.
Price-quality - excellent!
The old town is far away, the main park is 15-20 minutes on foot.
But there is a super market nearby, a couple of restaurants, and a Starbucks. Quiet retreat) near a couple of large hotels.
If you need a budget hotel near the sea, this is a great option.
The waiters are also very responsive and pleasant)
Used the laundry service, everything is fine.
They asked to bring some extra hangers - they did.
You can also order food from the restaurant to the room)
There is a swimming pool! We did not use it, it was cool)
We were satisfied. There is something to compare, we traveled to several resorts from Dalaman to Antalya, stayed in 10 hotels from 5* to 3* during the entire trip.

The hotel is very beautiful. Really a minute to the beach! And there are many cafes, bars and parks nearby. The rooms are cleaned every day. They give out free water. There were three of us: my husband and my two-year-old daughter, they gave me three small bottles.
But you won't know how many towels you will be given today. At the entrance, we had three large and three small ones. Then they gave me only two large ones and two small ones. There are different portions for breakfast. Then two plates of fruit, then one. Sometimes they offer soup of the day, sometimes they don't. What is offered for adults and what is for a child is a mystery. It feels like we paid for a 2-year-old daughter as a full-fledged resident, but we didn't give her food. Like, let him eat from shared plates. On the first day, they didn't even bring her a portion of water and juice. There is a refrigerator in the room, but it did not work. More precisely, it worked, but it didn't freeze! Everything remained warm and covered with condensation. The staff speaks English passably. But we were "tricked" with breakfast. They said it was until 11:30, but it turned out that it was until 10:30. Apparently, the receptionist at the reception confused the numbers 10 and 11 in English. But he denied everything. English is poorly spoken in the cafe, but there is a Russian menu.
We rested for 5 days, we can be patient.

Since we were with the child, I asked for additional vacuuming, when we checked in, the cleaner did not refuse and vacuumed efficiently) of the disadvantages- the showers are very small, they do not want to do anything at the reception, they asked to bring glasses or mugs for 2 days ... bring a towel to the child, they also repeated three times and then only brought it. And the most important joint, which I absolutely did not like. We went to a room in the category with a sofa, gave a nice spacious room, after 4 days the lamp that is built into the bed broke, it just didn't turn off, they called, said they would send a master, the time was 22:00, it was terrible to leave a burning lamp in a wooden bed overnight, a young man came from the reception and He said that he needed tools to disassemble the lamp, they didn't have them, they would be there tomorrow morning, just turn the light the other way and go to bed. It's not very fun with a child, sleeping with the light on, but okay, we fell asleep. The master came at lunch and just took off the lamp and left. Then the girl from the reception called and said, we thought, you're sorry for the inconvenience, you're also with a child and we decided to offer you another room, larger, with a sea view and a newer one so that nothing breaks. We agreed, moved all the things ourselves, the staff did not help us, although we asked, but no one came to the room. We moved to another room and it turned out to be much smaller than ours and without a sofa, just a more spacious balcony. In general, we were disappointed with this, because in the end we exchanged the deluxe, which we honestly paid for the usual standard, which was distinguished by a direct view of the sea, instead of our side one) and a smaller size. They did not move, because they were too lazy to move things to another building again. But the situation is not pleasant.

Among the disadvantages: the bathroom is very cramped, the shower cabin is inconvenient, the rooms are cleaned in threes, bed linen and towels are changed only on request.
In general, the price corresponds to the quality, I would like to wish the owner of the establishment to pay more attention to the hotel, since there is a feeling that he does not care at all how things are going.
