5. You can go down to the reception in the morning and find the administrator sleeping on the sofa in the lobby bar
6. The bathrobes in the rooms look like a shabby second-hand. I don't use them, but the view itself was unpleasant.
7. There was no iron in the ironing room. I had to ask. The ironing room itself is meter by meter. To stroke, you have to stand in the hallway. There is only room for the board. There is no place for a person.
I am not writing this for the sake of criticism just like that, but in order for the owners or managers to pay attention to the shortcomings. Because the loss of customers with such a service is inevitable.
