The place is great, 2 bowling lanes, several billiard tables, a pool and a Russian. There is a separate room for banquets and feasts, as well as tables for meals, delicious items on the menu, a large variety of alcohol, there are M/W toilets, comfortable serviced. And the bartender Vitaly lost 20 rubles to me at cards, so 5 stars for sure!!!

I have been visiting this institution for many years. I want to share my impression: on September 14, a wedding for 20 people was celebrated in the City. When preparing the menu, the director of the restaurant Natalia Leonidovna and the administrator Tatiana helped to make the menu correctly, recommended the dishes, as a result - the table was gorgeous, the food was amazing, everything was delicious without exception. In short, the cuisine is excellent, the prices are reasonable. We were served by the waiter Ekaterina, an attentive and polite girl, the tables were clean throughout the banquet, hot dishes and snacks were served on time. The administrator Elena helped to meet the young people with a loaf, together with Ekaterina they organized a beautiful presentation of the wedding cake, and the singer Anastasia told the newlyweds beautiful words of congratulations from the restaurant. The singers worked hard, the music was "live" almost the whole evening, the repertoire was excellent. The wedding was held at the highest level, everyone was very satisfied!!! We express our deep gratitude to the director of the restaurant gorod Natalia Leonidovna, the administrators Elena, Tatiana, Vladimir, the guard Pavel, the singers of the restaurant for a wonderful banquet. A great place to relax with any company. Everything is very tasty and the prices are normal. The only thing that I didn't like when I pre-ordered was the attitude - no involvement with the client. I asked about dessert, if only they had warned me that it had to be ordered in advance. The desserts were over for the evening. It was unpleasant, because the person had a birthday, I had to put a candle in the ice cream.
The waiter girls have changed - they are very professional now and attentive.

There are only 2 and 1 by 8 balls of 7 kg, no one wants to give in, because everyone paid the money and I want to play normally, and not guard the balls and stand with a dissatisfied look. It is very difficult to purchase a second set of balls so that no one quarrels, as we once observed a quarrel with insults from the outside, and people enjoyed the game. Любим здесь обеденное меню (составляется на неделю). Вкусно и довольно недорого.
Можно придти поиграть в боулинг и взять легкие закуски в баре.
Минус звезда за обслуживание. Официанты, бармены, администраторы постоянно ходят с таким уже замученным видом. Причём и в обед и вечером ничего не меняется

Отличное заведения. Всём рекомендую. Кухня национальная и вкусная. Алкоголь по цене как в магазине. Хороший персонал. Есть боулинг. Хороший ремонт. Ольге Александровне Высоцкой, заведующей заведением, Привет. Приятная и культурная женщина. И очень симпотичная.

Кухня не понравилась. Живая музыка тоже не очень, выходили раз в час несколько песен споют и снова уходили (после того как высказали им свои притензии, исправились). По итогу - не советую это заведение.

Заведение не плохое,но отсутствие кондиционера в зоне боулинга испортило всё впечатление.Хотелось бы обратиться к руководству заведения с просьбой его установить, потому что в летний период играли в боулинг в условиях "парилки"

Обслуживающий мою компанию мужчина на ресепшене не знаком с правилами этикета! Общался очень грубо , как с ненавистниками. Прошу принять меры , научить общаться с людьми , чтобы ваш персонал не портил настроение отдыхающим людям.

Ставлю две звезды из-за трёх причин:
1.Что бы заказать еду,нужно ждать по 5-10 минут
2.Заказали сырный соус за 1.50 ,просто ужас мне показалось что взяли обычный сыр и поставили его в микроволновку.
3.Бортики в боулинге работают только для детей до 11 лет.
